而我今天要说的中秋砸月饼，则是我童年记忆中的趣事，在童年谁家的孩子能单独吃一个囫囵月饼，那是会被同伴们视为一种奢侈的表现而遭妒忌。或许那年月，是因为很多人都吃不饱饭，或许是因为肚子里油水少，加之月饼非寻常点心，在我的印象中，那时的月饼似乎是好吃的东西。

如今，总会听到有人说，现在的月饼不如以前的好吃，就我个人的体会，那时的月饼不是太好吃。只是那年月的人经常吃不饱肚子的缘故。不过，那时的月饼“质量”是相当的“好”，由于没有保质期，一个月饼放半年六个月，一点不会变质。而最大的特点就是“硬”，硬到什么程度？

在我的记忆里，小时候只用锤子砸过两种食品，一是榨过油的花生饼，另一个就是月饼。砸月饼，因为要与兄弟分享月饼，但力小又掰不开，刀又切不动。最后只好用锤子砸，砸开的月饼在当时完全可以用来磨牙的，牙口不好，想大口吃砸开的月饼，那是根本不可能的。可以说，那个年月的月饼是很少被浪费的。

记不清从什么时候开始，月饼已经不再是传统意义的月饼，什么天价月饼，黄金月饼、甚至打着无糖月饼的旗号，无所不用至极。但是却并不好吃，不是过甜，就是太腻，什么香精、色素、添加剂等，基本上吃不到原生态的味道。说好听一点儿，也就是一种新式点心，说不好听的，纯粹就是拿我们大众胃口开涮。

因此，每逢中秋吃月饼，我都会想到少年时中秋砸月饼的趣事。

我不服气地对老爸说。妈妈在一旁开心地点点头，让我系上围裙，戴上手套进入“备战状态”。

首先我们在大餐桌上铺了两张桌布，拿出称、各种各样的模具和烤盘，把各式各样的馅料装入盆中，一个一个有规律地排列好，然后由妈妈负责揉面，搓面，醒面的工作。我兴奋地坐在桌边，抢来称和模具等待妈妈给我下达命令。

“开始了……”随着妈妈的一声令下，我们开动了。我先称馅料，每个都要28克，我一边从盆中拿出一块块馅料，一边紧盯着称上的显示器，生怕一个不注意，称错了份量。然后再称面团，每个都要22克，这次就更要精准了，否则月饼就会在印模时长耳朵噢。

可是这称就像一个淘气的娃娃，动不动就跟我开个玩笑，刚才明明显示的是22，可当我准备伸手时，却变成了21，我真是丈二和尚摸不着头脑，欲哭无泪。妈妈见我有些不耐烦了，就给了我一个好玩的工作——印模。这个确实非常非常的好玩，我拿起妈妈包好的月饼团，在粉里溜了一圈。

然后把它们一个个放入模具中，用力一按，一个精美的月饼就呈现在我的眼前了。我开心极了，继续一按一印，没一会儿，烤盘上就整整齐齐地排列着我印出来的月饼“家、好、月、圆”，看着烤盘上一个个可爱的`月饼宝宝，我开心得手舞足蹈，一边得意洋洋地叫老爸来检验我的劳动成果，一边心急火燎地催促妈妈赶紧开烤。

过了一会儿，烤箱里飘出一阵阵香喷喷的月饼味，那个扑鼻而来的香味呀，真让人馋涎欲滴，直咽口水。我在烤箱前着急地等待着月饼出炉，大约又过了十来分钟，妈妈终于打开炉门，端出一盘月饼。我迫不及待地用夹子夹起一个，跑到老爸面前，老爸咬了一口，马上称赞道：“啊，甜而不腻、又香又软，真不错”。得到老爸的肯定，我开心极了！

太庙社区的叔叔阿姨们先给我们点名，再把我们分成了三组。开始学做月饼了，叔叔阿姨们先拿出准备好的面团，给我们示范：先把面团揉圆，再压扁成一个圆形的薄饼，接着在薄饼中心放上蓝梅馅，然后就象做包子一样旁边的面皮把蓝梅馅包起来。之后把包好蓝梅馅的面团揉圆，最后放到已经准备好的压制模型架上一压，一个月饼就诞生了。我们都很专心致志地听着细致的讲解，看着蓝梅月饼的诞生过程，心中充满了新奇。之后就是我们自己动手做月饼了。我先挑了个肥头大耳的面团，心里想着最好做个大大的月饼。于是我按老师教的步骤认真做，可是我第一个做的月饼很不整齐，有些凹凸不平。我有些懊恼，仔细回想了过程，可能面团挑得太大，而且模具的图案上没清理干净，所以做出的月饼不显图案。我做第二个月饼的时候就吸取了前面的教训，一步一步仔细做，最后终于在我手上诞生了一个美轮美奂玫瑰花图案的月饼。

做完月饼后，社区的叔叔阿姨们还给我们一起做游戏，其中我最喜欢的就是知识竟答：有关中秋节的知识。时间很快就过去了，我们最后还领了奖品，这真是一次难忘快乐的活动！

“小心点儿，这块太小!”“注意，让一下，小心烫!”我们在上午班队课办了一场月饼会，提前过中秋。简单来说，就是分享自己带来的月饼。

月饼会可热闹啦!电脑已经播放起苏轼的《水调歌头》。同学们拿出小刀，把摆在桌上的月饼一一切开。说不定个别贪吃的已经偷偷叉起一块送入口中。

月饼种类可多了，让人垂涎欲滴。当然有些同学带的是传统口味的广式月饼，如豆沙，莲蓉，蛋黄等，却让我百吃不厌。也有些同学带的是苏式月饼。广式的甜，苏式的咸，广式的软，苏式的脆。新式月饼有抹茶、紫薯等不同口味。我喜欢的冰皮月饼也在场。冰皮凉凉的，Q弹十足。在一个个美味的月饼中，也有不少“炸弹”-流心月饼。假如这是榴莲馅的，你一下子咬到流心，就“完蛋”了。这个汁像糖汁一样流到嘴里。如果你常吃榴莲，会觉得这是绝顶美味。如果不常吃榴莲的，会觉得榴莲味太冲。我脑海里不禁浮现出不爱吃榴莲的同学咬到这个“炸弹”时脸上夸张的表情。

回过神来，我的同桌已经泡好了热气腾腾的草莓茶，说是给我们四人小组的。我暗自庆幸柯老师把我排到这个组。我拿出同桌给的小杯子，准备一饱口福，可是早有一群同学围过来。“我要进去!”“明明是你挤我的!”招呼完这些同学，我才能尝一点。我们用自己带的月饼摆了个“全家福”。

一会儿我已经吃得大半饱了。月饼太甜，甜得我不想吃了。还好，草莓茶的苦味冲洗了我的口腔。苦中带点酸，几口下去，甜味完全没有了。

讲台那边已经被包了个里三层外三层。我踮起脚尖看不着，站在桌子上才看得清。柯老师用大部分月饼在讲台上摆了个中秋节的“中”字，正在拍照呢。“咔嚓”余音未落，同学们猛地伸出手来抢。某些“幸运儿”马上抢了月饼，立刻咽进了已经被月饼撑得圆圆的肚皮里。没抢到的也继续奋斗，一手拨开人群，一手拿着叉子往讲台伸;某些“贪得无厌”的手“摸”了三四块，那些眼尖的“可怜虫”就在后面高声嚷着，“给我留点!”高的踮起脚伸手拿，矮的猫下腰，手从大腿缝里伸进去。
