我中秋节那天问妈妈，为什么要吃月饼，妈妈说“中秋节吃月饼就是借着农历八月十五月儿圆圆、人也团圆的寓意表达我们中国人希望生活和和美美、团团圆圆的美好愿望。所以每逢八月十五，在外面的人要尽量的回到家乡、回到父母兄弟姐妹那里，享受亲情、享受天伦之乐。如果和亲人不能团聚，那么就中秋节这天呢，海上生明月，天涯共此时。抬头望明月，低头吃月饼，也表示大家在一起了。”

今年八月十五，我吃了不少广式月饼。它们有大有小，外面的皮金灿灿的；里面呢，有的包着豆沙馅、有的包着枣泥馅、有的包着莲蓉馅，还有五仁馅的，透着桂花香，很是让人流口水。我第一口吃下去软软的，第二口甜甜的，第三口我忍不住“啊呜”一口把它们全吃掉了！如果再喝上一口桂花茶，那就更爽了。

“八月十五月儿圆，中秋月饼香又甜”。中秋节是中国的传统节日，月饼是中秋节正式的应节食品，人们把中秋赏月和品尝月饼作为家人团圆的象征。我们七色花中队在中秋节前开展了中秋节DIY月饼活动。

我上完科学课回到自己教室，一进教室就闻到月饼馅儿那浓浓的香味，再看看教室里的同学：有的像脚上安了弹簧，走起路连蹦带跳;有的像刚出笼的小鸟，在教室里飞跑;还有的像坐在抹了油的椅子上，身子扭成了麻花，和前后左右的同学谈论得不亦乐乎。

上课铃响了，我们安静地听老师说：“软一点的是皮，比较硬的是馅儿。首先要把皮轻轻地拍大，然后用皮把馅包住，最后用模子把月饼印出花纹。这样，一个漂亮的月饼就做完了。”我不知道做月饼需要什么技巧，所以就依葫芦画瓢――照着做。我先拿了一个蓝色的冰皮团，把它放在手心上，它不动也不滚好似一个熟睡婴儿躺在我的掌心。用一另只手轻轻地拍打，把皮子拍大拍扁，大约手掌差不大的时候，取出一个圆圆的、金黄色的蛋黄馅，放在冰皮中间。当我把馅包到冰皮里时，问题就来了：手套又滑又大，月饼皮又十分的黏，如果戴着手套做月饼，一不留神手套就会掉，但如果不戴手套，月饼皮就会粘在手上，搓都搓不下来。我正不知所措时叔叔送来了面粉，这样月饼就成了我的手下败将。最后就要印花纹了，但月饼皮太薄，才压到一半，我的半成品差点就“壮烈牺牲了”。在这紧急关头，还是自己想出了一个办法：用面粉给月饼洗个澡再印花纹。果然，粘了面粉的月饼好压极了，压一次就是一个完美无缺的冰皮月饼。制作过程中大家都很调皮，我常常印完一个月饼想转头换模子时，就被突如其来的同学恶搞面粉阵呛得眼泪直流。

窗外虽然下着凉凉的秋雨，但七色花中队的教室里却充满了欢声笑语，还引来了其他班级同学羡慕的眼神。今天真是快乐而又有意义的一天。

算着，中秋节要到了。月饼是每年中秋不可少的东西之一，上上下下的工程，这周开工，正好。

未时，我与妈妈准备材料，一样样，陈在小备餐车上。未时一刻，我和妈妈沉干净手，戴上干净的手套，放上称，正式开工!

接下来要开始做了一看步骤，没想到那么复杂：先把咸蛋黄放入白酒里浸泡一会儿，去腥，在预热180度烤10分钟，把白糖、水、玉米油和面粉一起揉成面团，摸着光滑，这是油皮，再把黄油和低筋面粉揉成摸起来粗糙的油酥面团，然后分成相同的数量，用油皮包住油酥，压成长条形，卷起来放一边松弛，同时利用松弛的时间做馅，把红豆沙做皮，包住咸蛋黄，和油团一样多，最后把松弛完的油团两边往上一拉，一边捏，擀园皮，把馅包住，再刷上蛋黄液，撒上芝麻，一个个搬至烤箱中，同时把烤箱调至180度，烤上30分钟，这样一个个白团团再水深火热中慢慢烤熟。时间一分一秒的过去了，烤箱中的香味扑鼻而来，我的口水情不自禁的流了下来，实在太香了，因为月饼还没散热，我只能对着烤箱垂涎三尺，等到温度一点点的散去，月饼一个个蹦跶在我的面前，我立马拿起一个往嘴巴里塞，这个时候我的味蕾得到了满足，实在是太好吃了，我两眼冒光，立马又拿了一个吃了起来，等到两个月饼光荣地躺在我的肚子里的时候，我终于饱了！

在我和大妈妈的分工合作下，我们做了整整100个月饼，真的是自己动手做的味道也不一样，这真的是一个难忘的中秋佳节！

Dear Father Christmas,

So my friend has asked me to write to you... I have to confess its been

hard to know what to say. Mainly because like most adults I feel preposterous

asking anything of you because our time with you is surely done. Now we get our

own presents, control our own fates, take responsibility for our own actions,

and live in the world we have created... so its not for us to turn around and

plead for your help with the environment, the migrant crisis, the NHS,

education, food banks, human rights, fundamentalism and wars. Though God knows

we need all the help we can get with all these man-made problems and more.

And its not that you arent compassionate and full of joy. Youre great.

In spite of you being changed into different colours for corporations and being

bastardised to represent materialism gone mad - despite probably originating in

some season based pagan druid ritual a million thought miles from requests for

spontaneously combusting hoverboards... Kidadults cynically pointing this out

after having their moment of belief in you are wasting everyones precious time.

Because you are not for them. You are for the children. Children who need some

magic in a world where the borders between innocence and responsibility, playful

imagination and cold, adult obstacles are continually shrinking.

This is what Id like to ask you to help with. A little more time for

children to be children. Stretch the moment of magic and playfulness. Distract

them from the realities of a world gone mad so that they can laugh with their

breath rather than sob with their tears. Especially those caring for family

members, or suffering illness, hunger or poverty. Especially those hiding in

buildings as bombs rain down, or being handed shaking with fear or cold into a

boat to escape environmental disaster or war. Please help to light up their

worlds with a moment of joy and hope.

When I think about it youve got it tough this year... And when I really

think about it Im not sure that asking you for a lightsaber and getting one

(not that I ever did by the way) is equatable with controlling the space time

continuum and making the good of childhood last a little longer.

But you do inspire wonder and awe amongst those that write you letters and

go to sleep hoping there might be a new object in their possession come dawn.

You inspire good behaviour and, at least in my memory, some desperate last

minute attempts to redeem bad behaviour so as not to be overlooked. Spare a

thought too for those millions who want to write to you but through illiteracy

cant. Hear their words and help to give them the time and chance to learn how

to read and write so they can better their lives and escape their impoverished

beginnings.

I feel a little sorry for you. And I guess Ive done exactly what I said I

wouldnt... Asked you to help with adult problems and solve some of the greatest

worries we have for our children. I promise to leave some extra port and mince

pies for you!

我的朋友叫我写信给你……我真的不知道该对你说什么。主要因为跟大部分成年人一样，我觉得跟你要东西似乎很荒谬，因为我们和你已经没有交集了。如今我们自己给自己买礼物，掌控自己的命运，为自己的行为负责，并且生活在我们自己创造的世界里……所以我们没有理由找你帮忙解决这些问题，比如环境问题、移民危机、NHS医保系统、教育、食物银行、人权、原教旨主义和战争。尽管上帝知道，我们需要各种援助去解决这些人为的危机和麻烦。

我并不是说你没有同情心或不乐观。你很伟大。尽管你被各种大公司篡改的面貌全非;被妖魔化以代表那疯狂的拜金主义——简直像异教徒的仪式那样，每到这个季节就要用礼物填满欲望，比如那种可能会自燃的悬滑板。那些童心未泯的成年人竟然生气地认为你是在浪费每个人的宝贵时间，却忘了他们自己也曾相信你。因为你不属于成年人，而是属于孩子们的。孩子们需要一些魔力，因为这个世界上，天真与责任、欢乐的想象力与冷漠以及成人障碍之间的界限正在不断的缩小。

这才是我想求你援助的。让孩子们的童年更长久些吧。延长那充满魔力与乐趣的时刻。让孩童们忽略这疯狂又现实的世界，让他们拥有欢笑而非流泪。尤其是那些过早需要承担家庭责任或身患疾病的孩子们，又或者是那些遭受饥饿与贫穷的孩子们。尤其是那些躲在位于枪林弹雨的建筑中、或者是那些怀着恐惧与寒冷不断颤抖、被塞进船里以逃离灾难和战争的孩子们。请你用希望和欢乐照亮他们的世界。

当我想到今年你处境艰难时……当我仔细思考，我不确定这样是否合理：即找你要一把光剑(虽然我并不曾得到过)来控制时空介质，从而使得美好的童年时光再久一点。

但对于那些给你写信、期待着你会在天明前送给他们礼物而入睡的孩子们，你带给他们好奇和敬畏。你激发了善行，至少在我的记忆中，一些孩子在最后一刻试图弥补过错，以避免因此受罚。还希望你体谅一下数百万想跟你写信却不会写字的人。请你倾听他们的声音，给他们时间和机会去学习读书和写字，这样他们就可以过上更好的生活，逃离贫困的处境。

我对你感到一丝歉意。我好像做了我明明说自己不会做的事……我希望你能帮忙解决成年人造成的麻烦，缓解我们对孩子的某些担忧。我保证，我会给你留超多肉馅饼的!!

Sky in my hometown 家乡的天空

When I was very young ,the sky in my hometown was nice and beautiful, the sky was very blue,and the air was fresh. There were some birds singing ,and there were many trees in the fields. I often played with my friends in the open air.I liked it.

Now the people are rich ,but the sky in my homerown isnt blue .the trees were cut down , and there arent many birds. And the air isnt fresher than before. The rubbish is put here and there, it was bad for our health.So wo must do something to protect the environment. If we make a contribution to protecting the environment,the sky will become much more beautiful.

一年一度的中秋节就要到了，9月15日，我参加了亳州晚报小记者活动中心举行的做月饼活动。在去参加活动的路上，我的心情既激动又害怕，因为我怕一个月饼也做不好，我长这么大可没做过月饼呢！

我们小记者排着队来到商场的五楼，老师发给我一个号码牌。我是5号选手，今天我和姥姥可要挑战其他32组的选手呀！

开始的时候，公元烘焙的师傅为我们大家示范月饼的做法及步骤。只见老师把面团和蜜饯一个一个的分好，用面团包住蜜饯，然后放到一个木质的月饼模具中，轻轻按压，然后小心翼翼地磕出来。看着月饼师傅轻而易举就把月饼做好了，我紧张的心情也放松了下来。

第一轮比赛有8个家庭参加，我和姥姥要上场啦。我和姥姥撒了些面粉在模具里，然后把和好的面团拍成扁扁的面皮，包上莲蓉馅，放到模具里用力地按，按好后上下左右轻轻地在桌子上磕一下，一个完完整整的月饼就做好了。我和姥姥的速度非常快，6个月饼还没用到10分钟就做好了。我拿出牙签，在月饼上写上了“5”字，这样等烤出来之后别人就知道这是我做的月饼了。老师上来把我们做好的月饼收了起来，接下来就等着烘焙出香喷喷的月饼啦！

我们进入了休息区，商场里的工作人员为我们准备了喝的牛奶、果汁，还有水果，真是好开心呀。一会儿，我们又开始了下一个活动项目，台上的一位爷爷为我们讲解中秋节的习俗。原来中秋节还有这么多的习俗，还有很多关于中秋的诗句。今天可是学了不少的知识。

分分秒秒的等待之后，一个个香喷喷的月饼端了出来，还热乎乎的。我迫不及待地拿出一个月饼尝了尝，真的很香。今天是我第一次做月饼，所以我非常开心。也祝大家中秋节快乐！

Dear Mother,

Im really sorry about tonight. It was more than nine o clock in the

evening. I still went to my friends house and got to eleven o clock

I knew something big had happened, so I went over and sat down. My mother

cried and scolded me, saying that I had to go out so late and called all the

people I knew on my mobile phone. I was ashamed and I knew I was wrong, but my

mother asked me to tell me where I had gone and tell her the name of that person

and the method of communication

But I dont want to, because now young people dont like their parents to

worry about them, more dont like their friends to worry about me. I know my

mother is worried about me, but I hope you can put your heart at ease with me

because I have grown up.

I have the ability to distinguish the good and bad things and practices,

but in the eyes of parents, I am always a child mother scold me while crying,

eyes red and tears, my heart is so painful, I really know that I was wrong,

should not let my mother worry.

Mom, dont worry about me any more. I have grown up and have my own

privacy. I hope you can respect me.

中秋节是一个团圆的日子，今天我就来到奶奶家。

晚上，我们在院子里赏月。我们先搬出桌子、躺椅，然后拿出盘子，在盘子里摆上各种各样的月饼，因为团圆的月饼像天上的月亮，所以才在中秋节吃月饼。我们一家人悠闲地躺在舒适的椅子上，我一边吃着月饼，一边欣赏月亮。月亮就像仙女一样把月光洒向大地。今晚的月亮是那么皎洁，那么明亮，就像一个闪闪发亮的白玉盘。

我望着月亮，想象在月宫里，嫦娥正追着那只玉兔，让它捣药，而吴刚却在一旁砍着桂花树，嘴里还不停地说：“我什么时候才能把这棵树砍完呢？我看我怎么也砍不完这棵会起死回生的树了……”啊！我多么想上月亮去帮帮吴刚伯伯砍这棵顽强的桂花树啊！
