今天的月亮是一年中最圆的一天了，没错，今天是8月15中秋节。

俗话说的好，中秋月圆人团圆。下午，我们去了外婆家，正好赶上大妈妈做月饼，已经做完一批了，顺手拿了一个，想起来老师说要参加有关中秋节的活动，我想：这不正是一个有关中秋节的活动吗？就坐下和大妈妈一起做起了月饼。

我看着大妈妈做的有模有样，就向她探讨这个怎么做的，大妈妈告诉我有秘诀，就是手机上下载“下厨房”APP软件，就能找到你想做的美食的制作方法。我们做的是咸蛋黄月饼，查了出来，材料不少：咸蛋黄、黄油（或猪油）、水、面粉、玉米油、白糖、红豆沙、低筋面粉，有一些还要精确到克，差一丁点就可能改变月饼的味道。

接下来要开始做了一看步骤，没想到那么复杂：先把咸蛋黄放入白酒里浸泡一会儿，去腥，在预热180度烤10分钟，把白糖、水、玉米油和面粉一起揉成面团，摸着光滑，这是油皮，再把黄油和低筋面粉揉成摸起来粗糙的油酥面团，然后分成相同的数量，用油皮包住油酥，压成长条形，卷起来放一边松弛，同时利用松弛的时间做馅，把红豆沙做皮，包住咸蛋黄，和油团一样多，最后把松弛完的油团两边往上一拉，一边捏，擀园皮，把馅包住，再刷上蛋黄液，撒上芝麻，一个个搬至烤箱中，同时把烤箱调至180度，烤上30分钟，这样一个个白团团再水深火热中慢慢烤熟。时间一分一秒的过去了，烤箱中的香味扑鼻而来，我的口水情不自禁的流了下来，实在太香了，因为月饼还没散热，我只能对着烤箱垂涎三尺，等到温度一点点的散去，月饼一个个蹦跶在我的面前，我立马拿起一个往嘴巴里塞，这个时候我的味蕾得到了满足，实在是太好吃了，我两眼冒光，立马又拿了一个吃了起来，等到两个月饼光荣地躺在我的肚子里的时候，我终于饱了！

One day I hurried home for lunch after school, because there would be an exam in the afternoon and I had expected to go back to school early to prepare for the exam. But when I got home, the lunch was not ready yet. I felt unhappy. When the dishes were served, I forund none I like. I ran out of my house angrily and wanderde on the street for a while,hungry. 请假条(written request for leave)是英语学习者必须掌握的常用应用文之一，它包括请病假(note for sick leave)和请事假(leave of absence)。请假条是用于向老师或上级领导等因身体状况不好或因某事请求准假的场合。

英文请假条写作需注意三点：

1.英文中请假条的写法和汉语请假条相同， 它一般由四部分组成，即时间、称呼、正文和签名。

2.一般而言，可认定请假条是一种简单的书信文体。请假条一般写在纸上，不用信封。其书写格式与书信有很多相似之处，是书信的大大简化。
