到了指定地点，工作人员热情地接待了我们，她们拿出了自己做的精美的冰淇淋，分发给我们每个小记者，在这炎热的夏天给我们带来了一丝凉意。

美味可口的冰淇淋吃完后，阿姨们告诉我们今天烘培的任务是做肉月饼。我的心情是既紧张又激动，紧张的是怕做不好，激动的是今天可以自己动手尝试做月饼了，小记者们个个情绪高涨，跃跃欲试。

开始前，我们先去洗手，围好围兜，一切准备就绪，阿姨就开始给我们讲月饼所需要的材料，工具等，她在上面非常细致地讲解，小记者们聚精会神地听着，生怕漏掉一个字。讲好之后，阿姨就给我们演示了一遍包月饼的过程，她的手法娴熟，不一会一个小巧玲珑的肉月饼就完成了。

接下来就是我们小记者们大显身手的时候了。刚开始我还觉得很简单，但是真正自己动手了就洋相百出，在用水油皮包住干油酥的时候，意外发生了，因为我把水油皮擀的太薄，放上干油酥包起来的时候，皮子漏了，根本包不上，看着其他小记者们完成的都不错，我有点急了，爸爸鼓励我：“不要急，知道问题出在哪里了，等下一个做的时候注意点就可以了。”在爸爸的鼓励和安慰下，下来几个包的还算对得起观众。经过搓揉、擀皮、包馅，一盘盘形态各异、大大小小的月饼终于完成了。最难熬的是等待，因为要把做好的月饼放烤箱烤二十分钟，小记者们都迫不及待的等在烤箱旁，希望能早点烤好。

激动人心的一刻终于到了，看着拿出来一个个金黄色自己做的月饼，一种成就感油然而生，我拿起一个，轻轻一咬，哇，好香，味道好美啊！吃着自己亲手做的，心里美滋滋的，这种感觉和味道跟买来的是截然不同的，我想每个小记者的想法应该是一样的。

活动接近尾声，通过这次体验活动，我明白了一个道理：做任何事，只要勇敢、自信、敢于去积极尝试，就会得到意想不到的收获和成功！

每年的八月十五，是我最喜欢的中秋节。

今年的中秋节，妈妈早早地买好了月饼。我看着这花花绿绿的月饼，心想：啊，好多月饼。有凤梨味，有葡萄味，有哈密瓜味，有芒果味，还有蛋黄味，鲜肉味，真是应有尽有啊！我有好几次想偷偷地吃掉月饼，但每次都失败告终。

等啊，盼啊！中秋节来了，我刚回到家准备开吃。妈妈说：“不能吃，要等到晚上吃。”真扫兴！吃完晚饭，我像百米赛跑一样冲向月饼，一口一个。啊！我吃了第一口就是一个辣椒味，我的嘴：“啊，好辣啦。”我快要喷火了。我把辣椒味全部丢掉，其他的品种不放过。一口一个，一口气吃了十二个。大人也开始吃月饼。妈妈告诉我原来月饼是纪念月神的，现在月饼代表了团圆，幸福！
