接下来就是大家最期待的环节——做月饼。我拿起粉红色的皮，轻轻地将它压扁，然后在上面放了一些豆沙馅，最后将它封口，一个月饼团子做好了。我看了看这月饼团，凹凸不平的，我来给它“整个容”吧。我把这个团子宝宝轻轻地捧在手上，搓了搓，团子宝宝好似要跟我作对一样，扭着肥胖的身子，轻盈地从我手掌间滑过。“可怜”的团子宝宝，啪的一声，被摔成了一张大饼。我小心翼翼地拿起团子，接着搓啊搓，费了很大的劲，终于，第一个团子宝宝“粉墨面世”了。因为有了制作第一个的经验，我做起来顺手了，也轻松了许多。不一会儿，八个团子就做好了。

最后一道工序：成型。月饼模具是手压式的，有着一个粗粗的圆筒，圆筒底部是各种花纹，圆筒上面有一个大手柄。妈妈告诉我，把团子放进去，再将它倒扣在桌上，将上面的手柄按到底，再拿起模具，轻轻地推一下手柄，月饼就会自然脱落。按照妈妈教我的方法，我拿起一个模具，将月饼放进去，轻轻一压，一个漂亮的月饼就做好了。我拿起月饼看了看，原来是机器猫的花纹呀，机器猫的嘴角上扬，好像在对我说：“中秋快乐！”接下来，我又印了玫瑰花、米老鼠等图案。没多久，八个冰皮月饼就水到渠成了。

看着自己做的月饼，我心里充满了成就感。环顾四周，同学们都沉浸在兴奋和喜悦之中。这次做月饼活动让我们感受到了劳动的快乐。今天真开心，我的心情好像这月饼，美美的，甜甜的！
