9月3日我们学校小记者应邀来到常州麻糕店，学做月饼。

来到麻糕店，老远我就看见黑底白字“常州麻糕”店的招牌，在阳光的照耀下显得格外气派。一进店里，一股古老的气息扑鼻而来。我们耐心地等待全员到齐，来到二楼我们都争先恐后地洗了手，我们都很好奇，美味的月饼到底是怎样做出来的。

首先由“月饼姐姐”向我们展示怎样做月饼，接着做月饼的活动就正式开始了。我们都摩拳擦掌，我心想轮到我大展身手的时刻终于来临了。我先把油酥包在水油里，这样它们就变成了一个小面团，因为它们里面都含有油，所以非常滑，我把做好的面团小心翼翼的放到台上，用擀面杖先下后上各擀一次，再把它横着卷起来压扁，再上下擀一次，接着把它竖着卷好，轻轻压扁像包团子那样把馅料包在中间，再用手把封口捏捏好，这样月饼的雏行已显现出来。用准备好的锡纸盖在封口上，把月饼的雏形放到做月饼的模型里，用手掌按匀，月饼就成型了，我拿起压有豆沙字样的印章，在月饼上轻轻一按，一个完美的月饼就成功了。经过三十分钟的烘烤，香喷喷的月饼就上桌了，同学们都惊叹道“哇”！真香啊！

我最爱的是牛肉月饼。

With the rise of Western economic and military power beginning in the mid-19th century, Western systems of social and political organization gained adherents in China. Some of these would-be reformers rejected Chinas cultural legacy, while others sought to combine the strengths of Chinese and Western cultures.

China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups. Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family. Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. 五十年代，百业待兴，中秋月饼成为一种求之不得的奢品。一些人家吃不到中秋月饼，只好用番薯饼代替。可是，使我安慰的是，年年中秋节都能品尝到月饼。因为，父亲兼顾做一些小生意，白天，他在田间参加集体生产劳动，晚上，他就代收乡亲们手工编织的草蓆，连夜走路拿到海口、那大圩镇出售，赚一些零用钱，维持家庭生活。一次，中秋节傍晚，我们吃过晚饭后，“十五”的月亮升上天空，此时，爸爸妈妈、姐姐与我全家四口人，像往年中秋节一样，高高兴兴来到庭院中围坐下来，一边品尝月饼欣赏月，一边听父亲讲故事。当全家四口人到齐后，父亲拿出一个伍仁月饼，切割了四小块，每人一块。这时，我想到 往年吃中秋月饼时，我的中秋月饼是圆圆的一个，今年仅一小块，我以为是父亲把月饼留给姐姐，不愿意拿出来。对此，我哭闹着说：“我的中秋月饼…我的中秋月饼！”父亲见我哭闹起来，他就赶忙解释说：“今年草蓆难售，赚不到钱，没有钱买一个人一个月饼。只买一个月饼分成四块，全家四口人，一人一块。好孩子，明年，爸爸再给你补回来！”尽管父亲耐心解释，可是，我仍然在哭泣。最后，姐姐提议，每个人从自己的月饼中再切割一小块给我。这样，我手中原仅有的一块月饼，一下子变成四块月饼，于是，破涕为笑。

父亲看到我笑了，他就指着天空上的月亮，兴致勃勃给我们讲起“穷秀才爱情故事”。明代时期，村里一户财主女儿阿香，生得苗条秀丽，她爱上了村里的一位穷秀才。财主得知这个消息后，因为门户不对，不准她们恋爱来往，并派出一名家丁监视，一旦看到她们恋爱，财主就把阿香拉回来鞭打二十马鞭，打得皮开肉绽。可是，她们情深意浓，已经到无法分离的地步，这样，财主越打越使她们的心贴得更近。八月十五晚上，阿香再也不能忍受财主挨打受骂，她约穷秀才一道投入村前小溪中自尽了。死后，阿香埋在小溪北岸，穷秀才埋在小溪南岸。乡亲们为了纪念这对年轻情侣坚贞不屈的爱情，把八月十五定为穷秀才与阿香团圆日子。对此，每年八月十五中秋节晚上，乡亲们都要用香蕉树做成一条小船，放在小溪中，让穷秀才坐着香蕉小船，从南岸划到北岸，与阿香相会……

唐代诗人王建《十五夜望月》一诗中道：“中庭地白树栖鸦，冷露无声湿桂花；今夜月明人尽望，不知秋思落谁家？”啊！在这美好的中秋月夜里，我的中秋月饼是醉人的，穷秀才爱情故事也是醉人的。几十年过去了，虽然，我年年都盼望着我这醉人的中秋月饼，盼望着父亲讲述那醉人的穷秀才爱情故事，可是，再也听不到了……
