一、心得体会

在培训中给我印象最深的是北美教师那生动幽默的教学方法和以学生为主体的教学理念。北美英语教师擅长用艺术性教学，艺术性教学指的是把教学活动作为创造性的，给人带来美感的艺术活动来对待，充分发掘学生的学习语言潜力的一种教学手段。在英语的艺术教学过程中，教师把一般性的听、说、读、写教学活动上升为美的创造和欣赏，使学习过程变得愉快、轻松。学生的动机、兴趣、情感、自信心等非智力因素自然得到开发。艺术性教学是通往良好的语言环境的重要途径。常见的艺术化教学形式有：游戏、表演、猜谜、唱歌等。

另外对于小学英语教师的培训我有一些不成熟的想法：由于小学英语教师大多是转岗教英语，水平参差不齐，大多没有经过正规的英语专业学习，因而在培训中，首先狠抓语言基本技能的培训，培训可采取分班教学，循序渐进的办法。培训的内容应涉及英语阅读、中西方文化差异、儿童心理学、英语教材教法理论、英语课堂教学设计、课堂活动组织、英语授课、活动教学等。其次，加强口语特别是语音的训练。小学英语教师除了要有娴熟的英语教学理念和技巧之外，良好的英语口语能力也是不可或缺少的。第三，集中与分散相结合培训。如暑假开学前集中几天培训为开课做准备。内容可讲字母书写、语音语调、教唱英语歌曲、简笔画等基本功训练，及熟悉英语教材的特点。学期中集中几天解决小学英语课的课堂操作，并进行课堂模式研讨会，优秀教师现场作课。进行集体说课、备课等活动，使绝大多数转岗英语教师尽快进入角色，在大胆的摸索中，逐渐掌握小学英语课每部分的操作力度，体现愉快教学。期中、期末各可集中培训一天，分散培训他们对教材重点、难点及考试评估形式的掌握。并要求以各乡为单位试出一份期末试题，以审查他们对该教材的重、难点的理解及对一至四会内容的把握。

总之，本次培训对我来说的确是受益匪浅，从中不但开阔了我的文化知识视野，同时也吸取了不少新的教育方法和理论，但是在我心中还有一点遗憾，就是有恨——恨这次的培训时间太短太短，太短了!自己所学远远不能满足教学的需要，在此我衷心的希望在今后的教学中多开展一些类似的培训活动，多给我们一些学习的机会，以便使我们的小学英语教学再登新台阶。

I am in primary school now, and I like my campus so much. The first time I

walk in the school, I am attracted by its beautiful scenery. There are so many

green trees and colorful flowers around. The environment here is so lively. So

many students do the sports in the playground. The comfortable environment makes

me study in good mood.

9月8日下午,教师节来临之际,由光明日报社、中央电视台和北京广播电视台联合举办的“寻找最美乡村教师”颁奖典礼在北京举行。石兰松、薛跃娥、李修雄、庄巧真、杜顺、徐其军、张桂梅、任影、达芳、孙影共10位教师入选“最美乡村教师”。全国人大常委会副委员长、民进中央主席严隽琪,教育部副部长郝平,光明日报总编辑胡占凡等领导同志出席典礼并致辞。

10月11日晚，我校全体老师在三楼多媒体教师集中观看了“寻找最美乡村教师”颁奖典礼，其实在此之前，我已经看过有关的报道，当时只是单纯的感动与佩服，感动于这些乡村教师，用几十年，几万个平凡的日子书写教育岗位不平凡的坚持，佩服他们那种面对死亡仍然坚持从教的爱岗敬业的理念，但真正感悟他们的事迹是处在和他们同样的位置的时候。

清晨，大龙湖上，薄雾迷蒙。一个农民模样的渡者摇着一叶小船，载着一群满脸稚气的孩童，缓缓而来，又徐徐而去。身后，是水光粼粼的V形波痕，前方，雾霭笼罩的山坡上，一个名叫“刁望”的教学点上，一面五星红旗迎风飘扬……

这幅画的主人公，叫石兰松;这幅画的作者，也是石兰松，而我在观看“寻找最美乡村教师”颁奖典礼上最先感动的也是因为石兰松的一句话：“也许一个优秀的教师最对不起的就是他自己的孩子”，当我听到这一句介绍的时候我的眼泪夺眶而出了，怕别人看见，只是默默的流着泪，调整着呼吸。因为就在看这个颁奖典礼的时候，我自己的孩子正在病床上躺着，由我妈妈陪着在吊点滴。听到介绍石兰松的事迹，特别是他的孩子拥抱他的时候，我也在心底默默对着孩子说着对不起。

玥玥从出生一直到我来云龙考试之前都是我自己带着，从我到云龙实习，到军训，再到参加工作，这期间，孩子辗转长沙和湘潭，托转于不同的人之间照顾，因为各种因素的影响，孩子的抵抗力逐渐变差，感冒成为家常便饭，每周五回家见孩子的时候，我真的很心痛，孩子那张拖着鼻涕瘦黄的脸，乱糟糟的头发，脏脏的衣服，陌生的眼神，让我几乎认不出她来，再也找不到当初那种无忧无虑、天真可爱的样子，亲人和朋友也看到了我孩子的转变，有时碰面或者打电话时有意无意的说着我的孩子现在是标准的留守儿童的样子了，我也只能笑笑而已，除了周五至周日细心的照顾，周一至周五的电话询问，我真的不知道还能做什么，亲朋好友都在说我狠心，说为了自己的发展竟然会置孩子于不顾，可我真的不知道该怎么办了，有时候我会问问自己，如果当初料到会变成这样，我还会这样选择吗?

对于自己，再苦再累我可以坚持，可是如果因为我所谓的坚持而让我的孩子一而再再而三的受伤害，我真的不知如何选择了~~~~~~~~~~~~

乡村教育因为有了乡村教师这个群体，才显得格外美丽。他们勤勉地耕耘在乡村教育的沃野上，他们因坚守乡村而美丽，因无私奉献而美丽，更因播种希望而美丽。为了宣传他们的高尚事迹，弘扬他们的崇高精神，倡导更多的人关注乡村教育，鼓励更多的优秀教师献身乡村教育，《扬州教育》发起“聚焦乡村教育 关注乡村教师”主题征文。

内容要求：

1.以作者身边的某一位乡村教师(也可以是作者本人)，讲述真实的故事。

2.不一定是光辉闪耀的事迹，只要能体现积极的价值追求皆可。既可以表现在相对清贫、困难的条件下默默坚守和奉献的崇高精神，也可以表现新时代乡村教师勇力教改潮头、奋力争先的昂扬精神状态。

3.注重可读性，以生动的故事、真实的情感和平常的语言打动人。

4.正文1800—2000字。另附所写对象简介300字左右，并留下联系方式。文章配图限定3张以内。

I am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having

answered your letter dated 7, December sooner, but when I have told you the

reason, I trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable. When your

letter arrived, I was just in Hong Kong. As my family could not forward it to me

during my absence, it has been, therefore, lying on my desk until the moment

when I took it up. Now the first thing I have to hasten to do is to write to you

these few lines to express my deep regret.

I enjoyed many pleasant sights during my trip. I shall be pleased to give

you an account to of them when I see you next.

Chinese New Year，is the most important festival for all of us. All family members get together on New YearEve to have a big meal.At the same time， everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is！

On the first early moring of one year， many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door. Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cutlings.

The Chinese New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days， we always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time， children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents， uncles， aunts and so on. The last day of the Chinese New Year is another festival. It names the Lantern Festival.

So the Chinese New Year comes to the end.

"Try and try until you succeed." This saying shows the importance of perseverance. I have found through experience that only through hard work can we succeed.Many people have failed in their work or studies, precisely because they had no perseverance. Life, in general, as in many things we do, has never been easy. No one promised us what it would be.

So, if we want to succeed in life, we must be brave to win. This is the standard that differentiates people who succeed in life and those who dont.
