星期六的早上，火辣辣的太阳照着大地。天空中万里无云，街道非常的整洁，宽阔的路边绿油油的小草是那么的湿润，像刚浇完水一样，美丽极了，仿佛在画中似的。大街小巷处处都闪烁着和谐美好的光芒。但是，我们的视线有时也会触及到一些不和谐的音符，就像清波上浮动的一片败叶，就像白纸上的一片墨迹——小广告。

不过，只要人人都行动起来，这些和谐乐章中的不和谐音符一定会消失。你瞧，正说着，小小志愿者们就来了，小力先提着一大桶水放在地上，小强把铲子蘸一下水，用力地刮小广告，小高也把铲子蘸了一下水，用力地往上一跳，终于够着了。一张张小广告纷纷落下。小刚也很卖力，头上都出汗了。小胖更努力，眼瞪着，嘴噘着，呼哧呼哧地铲着。就这样，干了一下午，他们终于让电线杆又变得干干净净了。

The Pressure From College Students

In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and more students get the college education, college students are under great pressure. We hear from the news that a lot of students can’t find jobs after graduation, then the next year, the other students gets graduating, the two years’ students compete for the jobs! I just can’t imagine such situation. The pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some may distort their minds, once their emotion can’t relieve in time, some tragical things may happen. It is said that some students suicide themselves because they have much pressure. Everybody will have pressure, but we must know that pressure brings motivation, at the same time, it also brings burden, we have to balance it. When we deal with it well, we can live a better life.

在中国，大学生的数量每年都在增加，随着越来越多的学生接受大学教育，大学生承受很大的压力。我们从新闻上看到很多学生在毕业后找不到工作，第二年的时 候，另外一些学生毕业，两年的学生竞争工作!我无法想象这样的情形。大学生的压力越来越大，他们应该时而不时地释放压力，因为太多的压力会带来不好的影 响，一些学生思想扭曲了，一旦他们的情绪得不到及时释放，悲剧的事情就会发生。据说一些学生自杀因为过多的压力。每个人都会有压力，但是我们必须知道有压 力才有动力，同时，压力也是一种负担，我们要平衡压力。当我们处理好压力时，才能过得更好。

A volunteer is someone who works for a community or for the benefit of natural environment primarily because they choose to do so. The word comes from Latin, and can be translated as “will“ (as in doing something out of ones own free will). Many serve through a non-profit organization – sometimes referred to as formal volunteering, but a significant number also serve less formally, either individually or as part of a group. By definition, a volunteer worker does not get paid or receive compensation for services rendered other than reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses Many organizations (hospitals, food banks, etc.) have a continual need for volunteers. Other high-profile events, such as a marathon, require hundreds or thousands of volunteers for a one-time or annual need. The success of such events has a significant economic impact on the local economy. Thus, there is increasing awareness of the economic importance of volunteers. This, in turn, has elevated the importance of the volunteer manager for such events, people who formerly may have managed volunteers in addition to other duties but now may be viewed as professionals in the field.This has also increased the need for volunteer management software, e-mail broadcasts, texting and other technological tools, allowing the volunteer manager to register and communicate with large numbers of people who otherwise have no connection to each other. “I tell people they owe me nothing“. I volunteer to help other people not for rewards or any special treatment but because it is a way to make life better for everyone.

Young or old you can Volunteer for any reason. Volunteering will not make your life any better or have any rewards for you other than what you dream. Volunteering makes the United States of American a better place that so many hero’s have given just so you can be free. I told my friend continue to Volunteer no matter how bad the pain gets because others have it worse than you..

This afternoon, the school gathered the grade 4 to 6 selected volunteers to the gate to do one thing.

We all dont know what the teacher told us to go is to say, you look at me, I look at you, dont know the teacher came the designated place. I thought is to first in our class, but in front of us to have several class, grade six big brother, big sister sisters are talking about, I saw the teacher coming. The teacher also that a lot of paper in his hand, dont know what to write on paper. The teacher sent each of us has two copies, we have begun to seriously look after in his hand, oh, originally is the volunteer registration form! I can be happy, if you count, I from 3 grade you want to be a volunteer! I have been yearning for volunteers, regard it as a sacred job, I have been looking forward to a position, Ive always wanted to be the volunteers, but missed the opportunity again and again, this time, I finally have the opportunity, is really great! I will like to do a bit of everything, because I like the job, cant miss it, of course, I will work hard.

今天下午，学校召集了4到6年级选出来的志愿者去大门那里做一件事情。

我们都不知道老师叫我们去是要说什么，你看看我，我看看你，不知不觉就到了老师指定的地方。我还以为我们班是来的最早的呢，谁知，在我们前面来的已经有好几个班级了，六年级的大哥哥，大姐姐们都在谈论着，只见老师来了。老师手里还那着好多张纸，不知道纸上写着什么。老师给我们每个人都发了两份，我们拿在手里以后都开始认真看起来，哦，原来是志愿者登记表呀!我可高兴了，如果算的话，我从3年级就想当志愿者了呢!我一直在向往着志愿者，把它看成一个很神圣的职位，我一直憧憬的一个职位，一直想当上志愿者，可就是错过了一次次的机会，这次，我终于有机会了，真的是太好了!我一点会好好做好一切的，因为我喜欢这个职位，当然不会错过了，我一定会好好努力的。

志愿者啊，我的向往，一定要好好努力，一定要好好珍惜。

在新的一学年，学院青年志愿者协会将会按照校团委和校服务总队的指示认真开展每一次志愿活动，将志愿服务的精神在社会和学校内继续传扬。继续发扬奉献、友爱、互助、进步的崇高中国志愿者精神，促进部门建设和成长，以及推动学院学生会的成长。根据本部门特定情况，现制定出本部门新学期工作计划：

一、迎新活动

9月份，大一新生入校，为保证大一新生安全顺利地到校报道并且能较快地适应大学生活，为此，迎新活动是我们本学期首次活动，也是我们本学期一次重要的活动。

二、部门招新

9月底，由于本部门的自愿活动大都是由大一新生参与，所以为保证部门工作正常开展，将从大一新生中招募十来名新部门成员。

三、义务家教

10月份，义务家教作为本部门的特色活动，在十月初我们将继续开展在铁机社区以及建设社区的义务家教活动。

四、建立共青文明岗

10月份，由校团委和校服务总队颁发关于共青文明岗建设的方案，本部门将于10月底开展大一各班级参与共青文明岗的建设工作。

五、义务卖报

11月份，服务队将继续发动志愿者参与到阳光行动义务卖报活动中来。

六、老人慰问

11月份，同社区的领导商议社区所需慰问的孤寡老人数量，然后去参与社区老人慰问活动。

七、收尾工作

12月份，寒假将近，考试在即，因此，本学期部门工作都将告一段落，12月底做好对各项工作的收尾。

八、其他工作

建立部门博客，从而达到一个较好的宣传作用，同时也将完善部门建设。
