西安的空气很脏，特别是冬天，同学们都有深切的感受吧，想想冬天的雾霾，咱们连正常的呼吸都会受到影响，更别说早操了，我们下定决心要爱护我们的环境。

今天的瑞思英语课，老师放了一部《爱护环境的电影》，电影中有五位爱护环境的守护者，他们分别是：土地守护者、水源守护者、空气守护者、能量守护者和心灵守护者。这五位守护者共同守护者我们的环境。不过，电影中依然要求我们爱护环境，从我们每个人做起。

后面老师又给我们讲了垃圾的基本分类：纸、玻璃、塑料、金属等等。同时老师教我们哪些属于纸类，比如酸奶杯；哪些属于玻璃类，比如窗户和酒瓶；哪些属于塑料类的，比如塑料袋，而且塑料袋是不可回收制品，老师说尽量不要使用塑料袋；金属的垃圾主要是有金属制成的物品。

今天的英语课，我明白了守护环境是我们大家共同的责任，而且生活中做好垃圾分类，变废为宝，可以做到很好的爱护环境。

近来雾霾天气影响愈来愈严重，这已经严重影响到居民的生活。在我上学时，周围灰蒙蒙，什么也看不清。这个星期六，爸爸送我去上古筝课，快到了，当时我没有看到周围的高楼大厦，还以为爸爸开错路哩!

雾霾能使人“旧病复发”，因为雾霾里包含细菌，灰尘和病毒等污染物，再加上人为地工业废气，汽车尾气等，严重影响人们的身体健康。现在，我们班里的一些同学得了重感冒，做什么事都无精打采，一副病怏怏的样子。所以大家一定要保护已经千疮百孔的地球啊，保护环境，从我做起，让蓝天白云永远陪伴着我们!
