老师还给我们讲过安全，要在电脑上做，有些同学一直不做，老师也很生气。所以我们要让老师开心，不能让老师生气，我们要帮老师抱作业，发作业，让老师天天心情好。

My father told me two air-conditioner and two netputer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Today my parents took me to my grandfathers house.I played with my

turned dark.After that ,it rained heavily.It meant our plan is impossible.What a

pity day!

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

2009年，我有幸参被借调到县委组织部帮助工作，逐步进入组工干部这个大家庭。刚开始进组织部的时候，很高兴。以为终于摆脱了乡镇繁琐的事务，春天不用下村劝老百姓调整种植结构，夏天不用防汛抗旱，秋冬不用森林防火，不用扯开喉咙和老百姓大声解释政策，不用每天下村进行各种摸底调查了。可是在组织部工作了一段时间之后，完全改变了我的看法。

“组织工作无小事”。在组织部，一篇材料要写好几个星期甚至好几个月，一改就是十几二十稿，组织部的材料不能出现任何差错，文中出现的每一句话、每一个文件，都要有政策依据，既要讲究政治高度，又要讲究理论深度。每次下发的文件都要核对3次以上，绝不容许有任何差错。组织部的任务重、工作急，不仅讲究高效率还要讲究高质量，加班加点是常态。在组织部，接到工作任务，应该从全局的眼光看问题，把事情的方方面面都要考虑到，怎样才能又好又快把事情做好。组织工作的政策性、原则性、严谨性很强，政策方面的答复不能轻易表态，这就要求组工干部每个人成为业务“行家里手”又要成为政策的“活字典”，我一度想过逃避，组织工作的要求高强度大，容不得一点点差错，我还不如回到乡镇，至少压力、工作要求、工作强度都不会这么大。但转念一想，我们工作的最初目的是什么?单单是为了每月的几千块钱工作，然后每天重复地做着不用动脑筋的工作?那人生将会一直简单重复下去，到老都没有什么值得可回忆的地方。所以我选择了留在组织部继续工作。

我认为作为一名组工干部，其初心和使命都落到一个“人”字上。共产党员宗旨就是“坚持全心全意为人民服务”，新时期组工干部要把群众利益放在第一位，真正体现出党群之间的“鱼水情”;要对不正之风勇敢说“不”，对自己高标准、严要求，以实事求是、勤奋踏实的态度对待工作;要摒弃陈旧思想，敢担当、善作为，敢于面对工作中的问题和困难，创新思路方法，立足实际，真抓实干，不负党和人民所托。

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

一.理清思路

你会不会觉得，心情不好时，写出来的东西就是在倾诉，在发泄？

记录下自己的愤怒哀伤，就像自己再一次经历一样？

在这种情况下，记录下来一些东西，其实是在帮你理清自己的思路。

脑海中看似有联系的想法，如：按照事件发生的时间顺序在你脑海中进行放映；或者某个事物触碰到你的愤怒点，从而让你产生因果联系。这些现象会让你有种错觉，认为自己在脑子里能够把事情的来龙去脉，甚至是每个细节，每个与之对应的情绪都能看得十分明白。一旦你有机会，将这件触动你的事情，在夜深人静时写下来，你就会发现，笔根本停不下来。

浮躁是现代人的通病，费时费心力的写下自己的愤怒哀伤，还不如与朋友High歌一场，或是狂吃海喝一番有性价比。选一个娱乐的方式填满自己的时间，然后进行选择性遗忘。也许那些糟糕的事情可以静静待在你的内心深处。但要提醒的是，它们其实伺机而动，寻求着重见天日的机会。

从心理学的角度上来说，屏蔽掉那些糟糕的事情，也会让你在心里建立起一堵墙。无奈的是，这堵墙会同时将糟糕的和开心的事情阻隔在你的心门之外。这种心理防御机制的后果便是，你将变得无比麻木，对于开心的不开心的事情你都没什么感觉，生活也没了激情，甚至变得爱无能。

生活平淡，开心或者无事，写下来就是流水账而已，浪费时间。

浪费时间？这个，取决于你怎么定义它

我们最常做的一件事：在电脑上看着电影同时吃着零食并且玩着手机，美名曰，效率。

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

记流水账也有好处啊。初中时我的日记都是以“今天我……”开头，然后就是一些流水账。慢慢地你会在一些小事情上也能发表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一条虫，你大可以进行谩骂，然后在这个场景里你或许会看到旁边的好友，他的反应是怎样的？你对他的反应有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展开下一个场景。

仅仅因为联想，你的大脑就比你想象的要八婆得多，你怎么会觉得自己的大脑空无一物，无事可写呢？

大脑的思绪纷繁杂乱，一天的起心动念有无数次，记流水账可以帮助你捕捉到更多内心的想法，觉察到更多生活中的细微真实之处，也会让你对自己更加了解。要客观的认识自己一件非常困难的事情，没有勇气剖析自己，面对自己的缺点和错误，就无法保持一个清醒的头脑对你手头的事情做出合理的决断和处理。

三，知行合一

你觉得自己浮躁吗？

当你无法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情时，不妨试试每天坚持写下日记随笔。

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

知行合一从古至今都很困难。日记随笔是个有利的载体，你写的字促进你“行”，你的“行”能矫正你的“知”，把你的“知”逐渐写下来，让“知”与“行”在一条道上重合，然后就能唤出阿拉丁神灯，达成所愿之事。
