Today is Wednesday. It’s the third day of the summer camp. The weather isn’t very good. It reined all the time, and the wind blowed strongly. So I don’t feel happy. And the umbrella is too small for two persons my sister and me water always fell down into my shoes, so my feet got wet. It’s uncomfortable. I think it was really a bad day.

Today, we saw two films, but we only saw half of them. Lion King is very interesting. Tomorrow we will finish watching that. I hope this will get a good ending. Also our Chinese teacher changed a lot. I started to listen to his lessons.

This evening, we three taught Cathy about the language in my hometown. We said a word and then she guessed. She is really very clever. She can understand most of me said, and Mr.Zhang told us something about the ways to study English. I don’t agree with him. I think everyone has his (her) own best way to study English, right?

I hope tomorrow it will be sunny and we can travel around Zhejiang University, I hope so.

放暑假了，妈妈带我去龙江参加英语生日会。

我们到了那里，我看到许许多多的小朋友在看动画片呢。这是，老师来了，给我们唱起来生日歌，我们非常开心。接着老师让我们做一个游戏。老师说：‘’让一个女生，一个男生上去。2人把双手高高举起，然后剩下的同学 手拉手在一起钻山洞，谁被捉住了就要换人。“游戏开始了，我们就都跑了起来。老师说：”STOP。“我被捉住了，我换人了，我后面的杨飞翼也被捉住了。

下面老师给我们发了一顶小帽子，小洋烛灯，还拿来三层的蛋糕，老师让我们手拉手，许一个心愿。开始吃蛋糕了，我们非常兴奋，坐在我旁边的小朋友吃的满脸都是。笑的我们乐开了嘴。

要是下次还能来参加生日会，那该多好呀！

我们是祖国的花朵，未来的栋梁，好似一朵朵待开放的花朵，绽放出生命的活力。生命诚可贵，我们要珍爱生命。

夏天到了，天气越来越炎热。喜欢游泳这项运动的少年儿童异常多。水能载舟，亦能覆舟，更是一个夺人生命的危险之物。如果缺少安全防范意识，遇到意外时慌张，不能沉着自救，就容易发生溺水死亡事故。

常听大人们说起，我们家附近的金沙江河每年都有游泳被河水吞没的。就在去年夏天，来自少数民族的两位大哥哥，他们在职技院读书。

一天午时他们骑着共享单车来到河边游泳，由于他们不了解水情，其中一个被凶猛的河水无情的吞没了。一个年轻鲜活的生命瞬间就消失了，可想而知他的父母是多么的悲痛欲绝。看似平静温和的河面，暗中却隐藏着凶恶的魔爪，我们耳边随时敲响安全警钟，远离江河、池塘等水域。

如果我们要游泳，应在大人的带领下，选择有安全防范措施的游泳池。下水前要先活动身体，再下水游泳。在游泳时请勿与他人嬉戏，将他人按入水中，如果觉得身体不舒服，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

生命无价，一次溺水，一场事故都可能让人们丧失生命，父母给我们宝贵的生命，我们应当好好珍惜。让我们谨记“珍爱生命，预防溺水”。

我曾经在报纸上看到这样一张图面，一位悲痛欲绝、泪流满面的家长怀里躺着嘴唇已是白色，全身冷冰冰的孩子。溺水事故就像残酷的杀手，夺去了一条又一条宝贵的生命!

每年夏天，老师都会千叮咛万嘱咐，一丝不苟地教育我们，严禁去小溪、泳池游泳，可是有些同学就是不把老师的话牢记在心里，而是当作耳边风，一转身就忘了。导致发生了一件又一件的溺水事故，这些事故其实是可以防止的，但是还是发生了，难道这些导致溺水事故的原因是同学们不听劝告的后果吗?

当然，发生溺水事故的大多部分都是儿童，下面我就为大家讲述一起真实的溺水案例。今年的五月七日，一所中学八年级一班的一位女同学同班的两位同学在野外玩耍，下午约5点半返回途经挪城水库，那位女学生和一名同学不慎落水，另一学生立即呼救，水库管理员报警。5点40后落水学生被相继救上，并送往医院抢救。当晚7点左右，那位女同学不幸身亡。

下面，我跟大家说一说游泳的安全要点吧!

1、下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水;

2、下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋;

3、若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不能单独游泳;

4、不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，而且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全;

5、下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳;

6、跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全。

7、游泳时不要依赖充气式浮具，如游泳圈、浮床等，万一泄气，无所依靠，容易造成溺水事故。

8、遇到有人溺水时，应大声喊叫或拨打110请求协助，不可贸然下水施救。

我防溺水有高招，游前热身第一招。

It is known to all that Guangxi province is famous for its various culture, because there are many minorities. Recent years, the local government carry out a policy of taking a break on March 3rd, which makes it the special day for Guangxi Province. People can enjoy some shows which are full of local features, such as singing local songs, having dragon-lion dance and so on. This policy not only lets people take relax from routine work, but also makes people remember their culture. I am part of the local people and I am so proud of the variety. Today is the Duanwu Festival.It is a special festival in China.On this

day,we usually eat zongzi,a kind of food that is made of rice.So I tried to cook

some zongzi today.First,I bought some bamboo leaves.It is an important part of

zongzi.I made the leaves in the shape of small bottles.Next,I put in some rice

and meat.So the leaves can make the rice more delicious.Then,I found some thin

ropes and tied up the leaves——And then the zongzi was finished.The final step

was to boil some water and cook them.It was hard work,but I tried my best and it

was the most delicious zongzi I had ever eaten.

On Monday I went to school for the second learning. The weather was still very hot. But I was ready to face with my lessons.

This Saturday the typhoon came. It was really terrible. My father said that a pillar fell down when he was driving， and it nearly fell onto his car. It was really dangerous. But this Saturday my journalist lesson began and I had to go to the Youth Cnulture Communication Center (near Shanghai Railway Station) to have classes.

I had to go out! The wind was really heavy. And I nearly couldn’t walk! Many trees collapsed and when I arrived there， I was late. But I was surprised to find that there was only about 10 students. Our teacher said just now on an art lesson， only two students came. The typhoon was really horrible.

though my daily life is extremely monotonous, i try hard to adapt myself to it. why? because i intend to be a good student. i wish to render service to my country.

i get up at six o’clock every day. after i wash my face and brush my teeth, i begin to review my lessons. i go to school at seven o’clock.

after school is over, i return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then i begin to do my homework. i want to finish it before i go to bed.

Dreams and Reality

When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as

being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on.

Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have

motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have

to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life.

Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them.

First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we

have to know exactly who we are. Second, to make our dreams come true, we need

to adjust our dreams according to the reality。

光阴似箭，转眼间离开学校已有半年了。经过这半年来的实习，让我真真正正的体会到了“井底之蛙”的涵意。在学校的时候，我们只是学习课本上的一些理论知识。那时感觉理论这么简单，想必操作起来也并不难。但事实却并非如此。当我们刚来到朝川机械厂时，厂里按排了我们三个星期的厂规厂纪及安全问题的学习。于是，我们在这些初步的培训之后，终于迈进了我们期望已久的“实战”中

当我们踏入了厂线后，代班首先给我们讲的就是安全问题。听班长说就是在我们朝川，因为工作不认真谨慎，乱动设备而造成的失明，手指夹断，腿脚压伤压残等等都有出现过。这些听起来就让人心惊胆战的。的确，在现场如果忽视了安全问题就很容易发生公伤事故。当然承受痛苦的也是自己。因此，我们每天上班集合时都会一起喊口号：“安全第一”。为的就是要告诫我们自己不论做什么事都要三思而后行。更不要完全依靠自己的感觉和经验做事。

My aunt went to Nanning to see me yesterday. I was very happy. She arrived

on friday niht. On Saturday, we went to the zoo, which has many interesting

things. There are lovely delphis, sealions, special birds, acrobatic show, and

so on. However, the most excited thing is the Roller Coaster, which is the thing

that I dream to play but dont dear. Having hesitated for a long time, I decided

to play once. In fact,I wasnt too afraid to play it. When we went out the zoo,

我从睡梦中醒来，听见厨房叮叮当当的声音——母亲在做早饭。“来咯——”，妈妈端一碗喷香的面条，拿着几只黄瓜，仿佛刚从雾气中走来。我吃，她看。我看，她吃。不知怎地就达成了默契。我看着她黄黑的脸，盯着她有些混浊的眼睛，思绪又回到了上周傍晚……

I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did

my homework. The homework wasn’t difficult. After that, I played volleyball with

My winter holidays plans  My winter holidays plans me studying for my English , I will make great efforts to learn English. Persist in listening to half hours of English every day. 比赛开始了，男生，女生都不甘示弱，勇于站起来回答问题，外面狂风大作，里面却是这番热闹的情景，一分钟过去了，二分钟过去了，三分钟过去了男生和女生之间出现了距离，眼看第一大题就要结束，我们男生非常着急，想挽回局面，正当我们要开始翻盘时，第一大题居然就这然结束了，不过还好，还有第二大题，谁赢谁输还不一定呢？第二大局开始了，经过一番调整的我们，又开始追逐了紧张又激烈的气氛依旧未停，男生们依然努力的追赶着分数，能追一分是一分，女生好像有点骄傲了，回答的人越来越少，我们分数渐渐多了起来，直到最后一题是我们只差女生两分了，当我们认为胜负已定时，老师突然说最后一题回答对加两分，这是我们脸上又有了笑容，因为班长把自己的手举得高高的，他是我们最后的一线希望了，你是男生唯一的靠山了，当老师在黑板上花了两个大星星后就意味着我们的努力没有白费，我们终于胜利了！

今天的这节有趣的英语课给我们打来了许多欢乐和笑声！

Today I stayed at home. So I was very bored. I didn’t know what to do. My

aunt said, “ Help me buy a packet of sugar.” “All right.” I said. I went out of

my house, then walked into the supermarket. After buying, I saw a little boy

fell to the ground. I picked him up, and he said,“Thank you.” After he left, I

went home. I helped a little boy today, I felt very happy.
