今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

The summer is coming. I like summer very much. In summer days, I can do a

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

这次的英语考试我没有考好，主要原因还是归咎于我平时不够刻苦，没有在英语上面花上足够的时间。

我知道老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多以后一定要学习的东西。 首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

今天是7月25号，是我本次实习的第一天，我早早出门艰难的步行到了实习单位---河北野营搪瓷股份有限公司。由于年前已再次实习过的缘故，我对单位十分熟悉，我径直来到了财务部找到了带我实习的王姐。王姐对我很热情，寒暄几句后告诉我刚过完十五领导还没回来，虽然工人在干活，但是由于过年各种款项的收付和帐务结算都还没有办法进行，公司的财务部门的业务算是还没有正常开始，因此今天就没什么工作要做，随后王姐向我详尽讲述了公司的发展历程、业务范围、部门分工等情况，可能是公司经营规模小，财务部的出纳和其他人员都是其他部门人员兼任的，只有在有工作需要的时候才会出现，因此办公室里固定人员很少。午饭过后，王姐给我找了本《财会月刊》看，看完后又找了本《会计研究》，尽管和实习没有太大联系，但我还是希望多看看书，让自己懂得多一些，才能更好的使理论与实践相结合。这一天就这样平静的过去了。

Till today， the lantern festival is still held each year around the country。 Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets， attracting countless visitors。 Children will hold self—made or bought lanterns to stroll with on the streets， extremely excited。 "Guessing lantern riddles"is an essential part of the Festival。

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the lanterns。 If visitors have solutions to the riddles， they can pull the paper out and go to the lantern owners to check their answer。 If they are right， they will get a little gift。

The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in the Song Dynasty （960—1279）。 As riddle guessing is interesting and full of wisdom， it has become popular among all social strata。

People will eat yuanxiao， or rice dumplings， on this day， so it is also called the "Yuanxiao Festival。"Yuanxiao also has another name， tangyuan。 It is small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals， sesame， bean paste， jujube paste， walnut meat， dried fruit， sugar and edible oil as filling。

Tangyuan can be boiled， fried or steamed。 It tastes sweet and delicious。 What’s more， tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”， meaning reunion。 So people eat them to denote union， harmony and happiness for the family。 joozone。com

In the daytime of the Festival， performances such as a dragon lantern dance， a lion dance， a land boat dance， a yangge dance， walking on stilts and beating drums while dancing will be staged。 On the night， except for magnificent lanterns， fireworks form a beautiful scene。

Most families spare some fireworks from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival。 Some local governments will even organize a fireworks party。

On the night when the first full moon enters the New Year， people become really intoxicated by the imposing fireworks and bright moon in the sky。

Saturday， my grandma made dumplings， one of the dumplings like obedient

little ducks swimming in the bowl。 My in the mind have a little not to eat them。

今年的国庆，是个不同寻常的日子，是祖国母亲70周年的华诞。在这个不同寻常的日子里，我们一家踏上了去襄阳古隆中的路途。

刚进售票口，我就看见了许多人手里拿着小红旗，脸上又贴着小红旗，洋溢着幸福自豪的笑容，我被万众爱国心深深地震撼了。

古隆中，是诸葛亮居住的地方。他在《出师表》中写到“躬耕于南阳”，南阳便是如今的襄阳。

我们进入了卧龙书院。书院前放着一座诸葛亮青年时的雕像，虽然没有中年时那么稳重，但他当时已是才华横溢了。卧龙书院里有许多关于诸葛亮的故事，如三顾茅庐、挥泪斩马谡等，每个故事都体现了诸葛亮才高八斗，处事公正。令我感动的是诸葛亮对后主说的话，意思是说他家有一百亩田地和八百棵桑麻，自己的子孙足够用了。他是历史上唯一一个向皇帝坦白自己家产的官员，诸葛亮为官清廉的精神让我感动。

最壮观的建筑就是山顶上的腾龙阁了。他一共有十层，每一层里都有关于诸葛亮的故事，有诸葛亮与妻子黄月英相识的故事、诸葛亮七擒孟获的故事……当我登到顶层，走到窗外，襄阳整个城区的建筑都一览无余地呈现在我的眼前。从这面看，可以看见高楼大厦，到反面就看见了绵延不绝的山脉，真是令人叹为观止啊!

太阳快落山了，我们要回家了，我依依不舍地离开了襄阳古隆中。

在这个不同寻常的假日里，我感受到了诸葛亮为人公正，为官清廉的高洁品格，他的精神值得我们学习!

每到假期，学校都会对我们进行安全教育，今年，学校向我们推荐了一个网站，上面有关于假期安全的知识，于是，我怀着好奇的心情点开了那个网站。

我注册了一个账号，然后进入了网站的活动。我看到了许多小游戏、小视频，这些游戏和视频并不只是为了娱乐，它们还让我在不知不觉中学到许多安全知识。比如：在有人溺水时不要跳下水去救他，而应该在附近大声呼救，请求别人的帮助;地震发生时，我们如果在家里，要尽量躲到卫生间里去，如果是在学校里，能够跑到操场上，要是出不了教室，那就躲到课桌下面，不要从楼上跳下去;发生火灾时，不要乘电梯逃生，而是从楼梯下去，要用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，将毯子或被子用水浇湿披在身上，等等。我在游戏中学到了许多关于灾难逃生的知识，又了解到了一些安全常识。

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

sharp and orange mouth.Of course he has a pair of small and blue eyes and a long

tail with bright and black feather all over.

Do you know what it is? Yes,its a bird .His names KaKa. He is sometimes

very friendly and quite but sometimes a little naught.He likes singing when he

feels happy.He can even mimic what we say.

Becase of KaKa ,the whole family is usually full ofmuch more

I made cake today

Today,I suddenly wanted to eat cake,so I decided to make one. Firstly,I

prepared ingredent: eggs,flour,butter,orange juice,baking soda, sugar and milk.

Then started work. First step, beat the eggs.Second step,mixed the flour, butter

and sugar.Third step, put fruit,milk, orange juice and baking soda into them and

mixed.Fourth step, kneaded into a small dough.Fifth step,put the dough in the

oven and baked for one hour. Finally the cake was done!I ate the cake that I

made myself,that was very delicious,I was so happy.

在学好校里，老师常说：“要注意安全。”可是还是有同学不当回事。就前几天我们班发生了一起“血案”。原来是同学甲碰到同学乙的杯子，同学乙大骂，然后两人扭打起来，结果同学甲的头被撞破了。为什么会这样?就因为两个同学没有安全意识，缺少一份宽容和理解的心胸。这时，安全在我的心中扎下根。

今天，我们家举行了，家庭消防安全自查活动。我打开电脑，搜索了一些关于消防安全的资料。不一会儿，我就找到了一大堆有关消防安全的资料。我把这些资料抄到了纸上，开始进行检查。

我对照着纸上的资料，一条一条的检查。第一条是家里是不是有人抽烟我想了想没有，第一条通过。

第二条是家里的煤气灶烧东西烧完后有没有关闭煤气。我问了问经常烧饭菜的妈妈，最后得知原来煤气都没有关掉过，于是我告诉妈妈以后烧菜烧完后一定要关掉煤气否则的话很容易发生火灾。

第三条是看电视看完之后是否及时关闭电源，我询问了妈妈，爸爸，弟弟都没有人用完电视不关闭电源，这一条也通过。

第四条是电视离墙壁之间有没有空隙，是否能让风从中间穿过去。我来到爸爸妈妈的卧室检查了一下，没有问题。我又到自己的卧室检查了一下也没有问题。我又到奶奶的卧室检查了一下，没有问题，我又到客厅看了看也没有问题。这一条通过。

第五条是煤气罐的管子是否老化。我来到厨房打开装煤气罐的柜子，检查了一下煤气罐的管子，好好的，没有任何地方老化。这一条也通过了。

经过这一次的消防安全检查，我发现了家中存在着很多很多的消防隐患。并且在这次的自查中我了解到了很多很多的消防知识，比如说：

1、发现火灾迅速拨打火警电话119。报警时要讲清详细地址、起火部位、着火物质、火势大小、报警人姓名及电话号码，并派人到路口迎候消防车。

2、燃气罐着火，要用浸湿的被褥、衣物等捂盖灭火，并迅速关闭阀门。

3、家用电器或线路着火，要先切断电源，再用干粉或气体灭火器灭火，不可直接泼水灭火，以防触电或电器爆炸伤人。

4、救火时不要贸然开门窗，以免空气对流，加速火势蔓延。

我们要安全用火，不玩火，不乱用火。
