上课之前，这是我期望看到的。但当局面真的变成这样的时候，我又显得有些手足无措，不知该如何是好。整堂课上大家的情绪都很高涨：有的是学习得高涨、有的是自娱自乐得高涨当时看到这样的场面，我想控制，却是心有余而力不足。

今天的教学中，不谈教学方法、不谈教学设计、不谈其它什么理论知识。光是课堂秩序，就让我极其无奈。从中，真的不难看出我的组织管理能力是何等欠缺，老师也是不能缺气场的。

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有许多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。

我在星期五的时候生病了，没有去上课。不知道班会课上讲的是什么?最后我打电话给朋友才知道是要写关于“安全教育”有关的网络作文，现在就让我给大家讲讲我所了解到的“安全知识”吧!

现在就让我给大家将消防防火的知识：

1、基本要求：小学生不得玩火：一是不能带火柴或打火机等火种;二是不得随意点火，禁止在易燃易爆物品处用火;三是不得在公共场所燃放鞭炮，更不允许将点燃的鞭炮乱扔。在火灾现场，小学生等未成年人要有秩序地逃离。

2、火灾的处理办法：如果家中起火，不要慌张，应根据火情及时采取相应措施：如果炒菜时油锅起火，迅速将锅盖紧紧盖上，使锅里的油火因缺氧而熄灭，不可用水扑救。房间内如果起火时，千万不能轻易打开门窗，以免空气对流，形成大面积火灾。纸张、木头或布起火时，可用水来扑救，而电器、汽油、酒精、食用油着火时，则用土、沙泥、干粉灭火器等灭火。若火势已大，必须立即报火警。被火围困时，应视不同情况，采取不同方法脱离险境。如俯下身体，用湿布捂鼻。

I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I

体育游戏课应该说是在大学里特别受欢迎的，就算是老鹰捉小鸡这样比较小孩的游戏大家也会玩得比较疯狂。在我的实习课上，我也采用了体育游戏，可是让我意想不到的是，他们的积极性特别不高，表现的很冷漠，有的学生还对我说：“老师，这样的`游戏好幼稚啊!”他们的态度让我的心里很不舒服，因为我们这些自称大人的大学生还在玩他们认为很幼稚的游戏，而且我们还玩的很开心。

课后我认真总结了一下，90几个人的一个班，要组织出一个体育游戏确实特别难，而且要使这样的游戏符合大众的口味就更难啦!像这样多人数的班，我一般采用的是接力性的游戏，理由是便于组织，而且适合的集体参与，可是学生参与积极性仍然不高。这里就存在着一个问题，学生的竞争意识。

由于学生的竞争意识不够强，因此在整个游戏过程中，学生只是被动的做游戏，而不是积极主动的参与游戏，这样让学生感觉到的仍是一种任务的完成，而不是以一种愉悦的心情玩游戏。所以这就是为什么大家对游戏表现冷痰的原因之一。另外一方面就是各个班所表现的氛围不同，对于同一个游戏不同的班也有不同的表现，所以针对各个班的特点，应有不同的游戏设置，绝不能一劳永逸。

我想其中最重要的原因就是，他们并不是体育生，体育生一般都性格开朗些，而且对于体育活动的参与也是万丈热情，所以在面对这此示是体育生的学生时，我们体育老师应该认清这一点，不能将我们对体育的热爱理所当然成为他们的热爱，只有认清这一点我们才可能更好的摆正自己的心态，更好的组织我们的课堂教学。

Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

volunteer labour.

We reached the park at nine oclock. The whole class was divided into three

groups. I was in Group Three.

Each group had different tasks. Group One planted trees and watered

flowers. Group Two was told to pick up litter left by the tourists and cleaned

all the benches. The group that I was in wiped all the equipment in the

the corner of our playground. At 3:00 in the afternoon, we got there.

the pits, some put trees in them and others watered them. We planted a lot of

trees. When we finished our work, it was nearly dark.

我曾经在报纸上看到这样一张图面，一位悲痛欲绝、泪流满面的家长怀里躺着嘴唇已是白色，全身冷冰冰的孩子。溺水事故就像残酷的杀手，夺去了一条又一条宝贵的生命!

每年夏天，老师都会千叮咛万嘱咐，一丝不苟地教育我们，严禁去小溪、泳池游泳，可是有些同学就是不把老师的话牢记在心里，而是当作耳边风，一转身就忘了。导致发生了一件又一件的溺水事故，这些事故其实是可以防止的，但是还是发生了，难道这些导致溺水事故的原因是同学们不听劝告的后果吗?

当然，发生溺水事故的大多部分都是儿童，下面我就为大家讲述一起真实的溺水案例。今年的五月七日，一所中学八年级一班的一位女同学同班的两位同学在野外玩耍，下午约5点半返回途经挪城水库，那位女学生和一名同学不慎落水，另一学生立即呼救，水库管理员报警。5点40后落水学生被相继救上，并送往医院抢救。当晚7点左右，那位女同学不幸身亡。

下面，我跟大家说一说游泳的安全要点吧!

1、下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水;

2、下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋;

3、若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不能单独游泳;

4、不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，而且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全;

5、下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳;

6、跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全。

7、游泳时不要依赖充气式浮具，如游泳圈、浮床等，万一泄气，无所依靠，容易造成溺水事故。

8、遇到有人溺水时，应大声喊叫或拨打110请求协助，不可贸然下水施救。

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mother’s company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. 因为没有注意安全，好多人游泳的时候溺死了。片子里的阿姨教我们，在脚抽筋的时候，或手疼的时候应该怎么去做。片子里的阿姨说，我们应该这样子，身体浮在水面，将腿伸直，双手放在脚碗上，将手像爬楼梯一样放在脚腕上，然后拉啊拉，用力将脚尖靠近头。有些人是因为不遵守交通规则被撞死的。有一班是214班，他们一起出去跑步，一辆大卡车没来得及刹车，全班的人都被撞到了，二十个同学受伤，二十个同学死亡。还有一辆幼儿园校车不知该怎么出了事故，两个老师受伤，两个小朋友死亡。还有些人是在楼梯上疯打，一个个压下去压死了。

看了这部电影，我的感受是以后要注意安全，这样才不会受伤。我以后要遵守交通规则，过马路的时候要看红绿灯，还要注意左右有没有车。以后游泳的时候带上游泳圈或者在小孩子的游泳池。

今天的第二节课是英语课，我们班不时传出一阵阵笑声，为什么呢？我先买个关子。往下看你就知道了。

“滴滴……”离下课只有五分钟了。老师突发奇想，笑着对大家说：“大家来玩一个游戏，名字叫‘伦敦桥到了’，游戏规则就是两位同学把手撑起来，做成一座坚固的‘桥’，然后唱着《伦敦桥倒了》的英文歌曲，等歌曲唱完后，‘桥’就会倒塌，被压住的同学就要表演节目！”同学们听完游戏规则，都跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌的。

这时，老师笑着说：“好了，现在我们选两位同学当桥。”“我”“我”……同学们争先恐后地把手举得高高的，我也不例外。最终，我和尚府荣幸地被选为‘桥’。我们两把手举得高高的，全班同学都排好队，“london,bridge.……”歌曲响起来了，同学们一个接一个地迅速从“桥”穿过去。突然，歌声戛然而止，我们的“桥”倒了，华南被“压”住了。“表演节目，表演节目！”同学们异口同声地喊着。华南没有办法，只好慢悠悠地走上讲台，不甘情愿地站在台上。这时，潇文自自告奋勇地要替华南将个笑话，华南听了，像抓到救命稻草似的，脸上顿时堆满笑容。

潇文走上讲台，讲了一个笑话。大家听了，都笑得前俯后仰，我差点笑倒在地上。“叮——”下课铃响了，一堂有趣的英语课就这样过去了。

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。
