格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family, the

air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants and trees on the mountain

all seem extremely beautiful. In the afternoon, I go to friends home to play,

the friend entertains me warmly, show me a lot of books of his , has listened to

his CD for me , then also ask me to eat a sumptuous dinner. Coming back home in

the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

早上，天气非常好!于是我和家人一起去登山，山上的空气非常清新，花草树木在山上都显得格外美丽。在下午，我去了朋友家玩，朋友热情地招待我，给我看了他的很多书，给我听了他的CD，然后还请我吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐。晚上回到家，我与家人坐在一起看电视，我们还一边聊天一边吃着水果，全家其乐融融。

这是以前看完《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的一篇读后感，真心觉得书中的每一句话都是那么平实而有感染力，她为了实现自己的梦想，大学和研究生都是翻越了一座一座的高山，而我的学生年代已经一去不复返，但是这本书给我的执行力加分，让我越来越能明白未来的路是要靠规划，并一步步的走出来的。

现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

看到这篇文章一堆的感叹号，说名当时鸡血被打的挺足的，还好现在走的方向与当初依然一致，只是“吃喝玩乐”已经不是我的追求了，我现在只盼着能多些时间、快些成长。

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

volunteer labour.

1、思想重视的不够

随着各种教学法涌入我国，对我国英语教学影响最大的当数“听说法”和&ldquo,日记;视听法”。这些教学法提倡将英语作为一门工具来对待，侧重学生语言技能的训练。然而，我们在着意于口头技能培养的同时却忽略了书面阅读和写作，在强调语言结构形式的反复操练的同时却忽略了学生语言能力的培养，从而导致教师和学生轻视英语写作现象的产生。

2、写作素材的缺乏

教师对小学英语写作究竟要写些什么缺乏明确的认识。大部分写作练习表现为简单机械的抄写，学生容易完成，老师易于批改，但写作内容与学生生活缺乏练习。

3、母语文法的束缚

小学生刚刚接触英语，在表达的过程中难免受到母语的构词法、语法和思维方式的影响，用汉语的方式组词或组句，以至于出现大量的文法错误，让人啼笑皆非。

I like winter holiday very much, although it’s very short. The Spring

Festival is interesting. I have many things to eat and I will have new clothes.

Besides, I can watch TV. I like cartoons. They are so interesting that I can

watch them all the day. I have a new computer, so I can play games with my

father. He promised to teach me. I will visit my relatives during the Spring

Festival and I can get lucky money. Therefore, I can buy something I like. I

have many to buy. Winter holiday is wonderful.

The delicious lunch

Today,when I went home after school at noon,the moment I opened the door,a

good smell drifted out.Then I saw my mother was cooking in the kitchen.Wow!That

were all my favorite food:lobsters,chiken wings,sweet and sour pork

ribs,kung-pao chiken and steamed fish.My mother said:“your uncle,aunt and your

little cousin will come to visit us soon.”No wonder my mother cooked so many

Today,I went to the park with my mother,when we walking along the lake,I

Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because it is so dirty. Then I cleaded it again. After that, I cleaned the floor and swept it. I thought it is dirtier than windows. Then I cleaned the tables and lots of chairs. We washed all of the clothes and quilts. Until four o`clock, we tidied all of the rooms up. [英语日记之我的校园生活

当地震发生时，如果我们正在教室上课要在教师指挥下迅速抱头、闭眼、蹲到各自的课桌下。地震一停，迅速有秩序撤离，撤离时千万不要拥挤。当地震发生时，如果我们在家里应就近躲到坚实的家具下，如写字台、结实的床、农村土炕的炕沿下，也可躲到墙角或管道多、整体性好的小跨度卫生间和厨房等处。要注意不要躲到外墙窗下、电梯间，更不要跳楼，而这些都是十分危险的。面对火灾时要迅速逃生，不要贪恋财物。受到火势威胁时，要当机立断披上浸湿的衣物、被褥等向安全出口方向冲出去。

穿过浓烟逃生时，要尽量使身体贴近地面，并用湿毛巾捂住口鼻。身上着火，千万不要奔跑，可就地打滚或用厚重衣物压灭火苗。遇火灾不可乘坐电梯，要向安全出口方向逃生。室外着火，门已发烫时，千万不要开门，以防大火窜入室内。要用浸湿的被褥、衣物等堵塞门窗，并泼水降温。若所有逃生线路被大火封锁，那么要立即退回室内，用打手电筒、挥舞衣物或者呼叫等方式向窗外发送求救信号，等待救援。但千万不要盲目跳楼，可利用疏散楼梯，阳台、排水管等逃生，而或把床单、被套撕成条状连成绳索，然后紧拴在窗框、铁栏杆等固定物上，顺绳滑下，或下到未着火的楼层脱离险境。

This is my first time to join the summer camp in Zhejiang University. In the morning, we took part in opening ceremony. There were more than four hundred students in this sumer camp. I felt very happy because I know I can make more friends in this beautiful city. It took us nearly one hour to listen teachers’ talk. Then we had to begin our first exam.it was not very hard. On, I forgot to talk about our headteacher. He was a student, too.but he becameour teacher for twenty days. I though he was a good teacher, too. He was very handsome. I was very happy t met him. 安全是我们永远离不开的好朋友，比如安全有：过马路的时候，开车的时候、在学校的时候、用电的时候、燃放烟花爆竹的时候等……都要用上我们的朋友——安全!下面我们就来采访一下我们的好朋友——安全吧!!!

首先，我先来说一说过马路：过马路的时候，我们要先看一看人行灯是否是绿灯还是红灯，要是绿灯的话，我们要过马路，在过马路的时候要当心，看见有开的很快车，要先让那个车过，记住，千万千万不能往后退，要是往后一退，万一来一辆车，那就麻烦了!如果灯是红灯，我们要在那里站着耐心的等待，等着红灯变成绿灯再走。

接下来我就要讲开车了，在开车的时候，要先看好红绿灯，要是不看的话，很容易和对面的车相撞，并且，也可能会撞伤人的!开车的时候，看见有跟你挤的车，就让他去挤，不跟他去计较。如果你看到插队的人，也是同样让他随意的去插，就是不跟他计较。

在学校的时候，有很多同学在下楼梯，我们都不要去拥挤，如果一拥挤，这样就会很容易发生踩踏事故。我们也不要再学校的楼梯上追逐打闹，这样会很容易从楼梯上摔下去。

在插插头的时候，不要去碰电，如果碰了电，后果可会很严重的哦!比如有电的东西有：电源插座、电风扇、电灯、电脑、台灯、电视等……这些有电的东西坚决是不能碰一下的!!!

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I

decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and

become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase

you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I

make a decision to be a good girl.
