前几天，老师组织我们收看了《校园安全教育短片》，我深受启发，感触很深。

我们是未成年人，行为、动作有的时候稍一疏忽，就容易发生危险。在学校上课、下课、课间活动的时候，我们要时刻注意安全。不要开过分的玩笑，以免发生意外。倒水时水不要装得太满，以免溢出来烫伤。不要追逐打闹，以免碰撞摔倒。不要将头探出窗外，不要攀爬到高的地方，不要做可能造成伤害的危险动作。

临城二中是临城县重点初中，无论是基础设施还是师资配备都属一流，全校共有两个校区，初一初二在北院，而初三毕业生在南院，共有教职工100余人，学生近__多人、现在在耳中顶岗共3人，一人为中文、其余两人为英语。我们居住在南院，而教学活动均在北院，在教学上均已安排了指导老师，其中中文系已独自带班，其余两人也早已开始承担部分教学任务，在生活生也已配备上了电饭锅等生活设施，在政治生活上也坚持每周开例会，小组成员互相交流心得，完善知识结构，提高教学技能，目前团支部也已经进行了一次征文活动与师大得社会调查任务，一切都在正规有序的发展。

It was the second day of our summer holiday.

I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My

parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t

do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV.

Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have

slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must

go! I am very hungry.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV.

Today is a happy day, because I’m full and the class is interesting. Sara and Jenny are good teachers. In the class we play games, study English. We have lot of fun.

But, some thing is unhappy., like I sleep late. So in the class I want to sleep. And today I will sleep earlier.

今天是暑假的第一天，我经历了一件很特别的事情：一个人在家。相信很多和我同龄的人都经历过一个人在家，但是像我这么长久的独自在家应该并不多见。

在学校开完休业式，已是中午时分。正午时分的太阳太大方了，把所有的光芒都洒向大地，金色耀眼的光简直可以把草的水分全部晒干，我稍稍一踩就可以粉碎成灰。我顶着烈日，稍微动一动，身上的汗就流成了小河，我只能一步一步地向校外“爬”去，就在我无助的时候，救星妈妈开着车来接我了。但是妈妈接我回家吃完午饭，就打算出门工作了，而且晚饭也不能回家吃。这也意味着暑假中我的第一个考验来临：长达6小时的独自在家而且还要独自做饭。

两点钟，妈妈走了，我情不自禁的想往电脑边靠，可我也在一遍一遍的告诫自己不能玩游戏，不能辜负妈妈的信任，几个小时忍下来了，我终于抵制了游戏的诱惑，我感到很自豪。接下来就是最令我难忘的一件事，要单独烧一顿晚饭。我想了好久，决定做我最拿手的番茄蛋汤，我做的汤在家庭菜谱中颇有名气。但是，以前都是在妈妈的辅助下完成的，今天就是完完全全地由自己主勺了。结果在烧的时候状态百出：首先我自作多情地加了一块黄油，结果不仅没让汤变得美味，而且在放进去的时候溅了我一胳膊的汤，要不是我用冷水洗了几遍，我的胳膊就会变成生烤人肉片了。另外，然后，因为懒，淀粉和水没有和好，倒到汤里调汁的时候变成一个一个块状物体，吃的时候简直恶心得我想吐了。

第一次在家，第一次烧饭，这虽然是一个艰难的过程，但也是一件有意义的事情，它让我知道做饭是多么不容易，父母照顾我们多么的不易。还让我知道，我完全可以依靠内心的力量抵制游戏诱惑。这次一个人在家的经历令我终生难忘。

Hello! I’m He Baoyi. We have three new teachers this term. But my favourite

teacher is English teacher. Who is she? Yes, she’s Linda.

Do you want to know her? Linda is very beautiful. Look! She has a round

I love my mother best, because she is my mother and she loves me, too. My

mother takes good care of me. Every morning, she gets up early and makes

后来，我不敢自己游了，必须让姐姐拉着我游。有一次，我咬了咬牙，自己游了一次，便奇迹般的学会了游泳，我兴奋极了。

六的早晨七点，我和妈妈坐在了电视机前，等着观看《中小学生春季安全教育第一课》。七点十七分，节目开始了，我屏住呼吸，认真观看。

安全教育是一个严肃的问题。要教孩子珍爱生命，安全第一，发生灾难时应该从容面对。通过案例分析以及专家的讲解，让我了解了在灾难来临的时候应该怎样自救。为了应对地震，学校平时应该加强演练。学校避震，地震发生时，要快速有序的撤离到空旷的操场上去。家庭避震，要选坚固的三角带、不易被砸的地方藏身，要蹲下，保护头部和颈部，保护好眼睛。地震时万一不幸被埋，千万不要惊慌，不要使用明火，不要乱喊乱叫，找东西敲击发出求救;外出游泳，要在家人的陪同下，不在游泳池打闹，万一不幸溺水，不要盲目下水营救，要呼救，请成人来救，借助工具来救人，最重要的是溺水者不要惊慌;发生火灾时，如有浓雾，要用湿毛巾捂嘴，迅速逃生，不可贪恋财物，不可乘电梯逃生，不可跳楼，万一身上着火，要地面打滚灭火;避免交通事故的发生，走路时要走人行道，横过马路要走斑马线，遵守交通信号灯，不在马路上追逐打闹，不要边走边看书。

7月6日，肩负着雨湖区地方税务局党总支的重托，我们一行人在副局长尹灿文的带领下驱车数十公里来到了韶山市银田镇凤家村，这里是我局开展“干群一家亲、党群心连心”精准扶贫活动的目的地，也是我们践行“两学一做”的重要载体。

在村干部的带领下，我们开始逐户走访慰问前期工作中确定的17户困难群众家庭，在送上慰问金的同时了解他们的生活困苦，倾听他们的诉求愿望，和村干部一起为扭转他们的困难局面出谋划策。

来到凤家村中沙组郭楚才老人家，低矮的房子，外墙大片的霉斑，门前堆砌的垃圾纸箱，和周围几户干净漂亮的院落相比显得格外的扎眼。老人正好外出归来，挑着担子的身影佝偻而单薄。交谈中我们了解到，郭老今年82岁高龄了，老伴、儿子均已过世，媳妇携孙子改嫁，只有已嫁人的女儿隔三差五地过来照顾一下老人。看着老人坐在简陋家中的孤单情景，我们的心情很是沉重。当村干部说每月村委会组织人员给郭老家打扫三次卫生，每年还有经济补助时，我们顿觉欣慰许多。在尹局长的带领下，我们和村干部商量研究了后续帮扶措施，安排了具体人员一对一解决老人生活困难并负责与有关部门对接，落实相关帮扶资金。

在执意送我们出门时，老人嘴里一直念叨着“感谢党”和“感谢组织关心”两句话，这让烈日下汗流浃背的我们心中升起一种莫名的神圣感，挥别老人，继续向下一户进发……

I like to listen to all kinds of music, music makes me happy, when I feel

sad, I will listen to music and it relieves me. My favorite song is Never Say

Never, the words are so inspiring. The song tells people never to give up, no

matter what happens. The song inspires me to move on and get over all kinds of

difficulties.

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

high places and low places ……”

Everyone has a dream, if you work as hard as the hero of the movie , your

dream will come ture, so I will learn from the hero ---Chris Gardner.

And I believe my dream isn’t far away!

今天，天气很热，烈日炎炎。妈妈五点带我去学英语。

I bought a jeans today

Today,I went shopping with my intimate.We set out at 11:00 by riding Ofo

bicycle.Because both of us hadn‘t eaten breakfirst.,as soon as we arrived the

street,we ate a cheese iscream respectively.Then we went to underground

market.In the market,I bought a blue jeans,and my intimate bought a short

jeans.After three hours of hanging around the street,we were very tired and

hungry,so we bought a new chicken cutlet,and then went home by bus.We were so

hungry that we ate the chicken cutlet on the bus.After I backed home,I tried my

new jeans on,my mother said that looks old,let it be,as long as I happy.

随后，在村书记的引领下，来到我的贫困结对户李源村程清华家。据了解，他家5口人，父亲因癌症去世，留下程清华兄妹，还有年迈的爷爷奶奶。因为治病家中已是债台高筑，如今家中的主要的劳动力没了，更有两位老人需要赡养，家里的主要经济来源靠母亲长年在外打工维持，家庭十分贫困。我表示会帮他联系项目，让他好好谋划清楚报到村里。并嘱咐他，有什么要求及时和我联系，我会尽力提供帮助。我拿出随车的大米、食用油交到他手里，把党和政府对贫困家庭的关心送到他心中，希望他们的生活变得越来越好。

不知不觉已到中午，村民们都热情地留我们吃饭，看到他们忙前忙后，不忍多打扰，就告辞返回了村部。回来的路上，看到老程家房顶上飘出袅袅炊烟，我的心里感到暖暖的。

breakfast at 7:10 with my parents. I said “Good morning!” to my parents. My
