I was happy this summer holiday! Do you know why? Because I had enjoyed a

good summer holiday! In the morning, sometimes I went to NanHu Park to play

badminton with my families or friends. We always went to McDonalds to have

lunch after we finish the game. My sister and me like swimming, so in the

afternoon, we went to swimming with our father. It was so cool! It feels so

great to swim in such hot summer days.

This morning I woke up at 6 o ’clock is to the kitchen for mom made a bowl

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

July 6th Tuesday cloudy;

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to

do, I must write words and English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English, and then …… .

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. 一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

周三我们看了电影《安全知识》。影片里有说到游泳的安全，交通安全，火灾安全等问题。游泳安全说到了游泳的时候必须先热身，避免下水抽筋;下水的时候要有大人的陪同，不能独自一人下水。交通安全说到了过马路的时候不能在马路上玩耍，不能翻越路中间的围栏。火灾安全说到了火灾发生时不能慌张，要用湿毛巾捂住嘴巴;不能用杂物重物堵塞安全通道;火灾发生时不能坐电梯，要从楼梯直接逃生;不能在燃气灶放可燃物。

我们大家都要注意安全，保护好自己。

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

我在这为期十天的三下乡活动中担任初一的一名代理班主任，在今天晚上之前我都以为当班主任是一件挺轻松的事情，但是在今天晚上发生的一件事情让我尝试到了作为一名班主任的艰辛。

为了增进我们与学生们的感情，我们在晚上举行了一个聚会，来的同学大多数都是外宿的。那时大家都玩得挺尽兴的，都不想那么快结束派对，我们的游戏进行到十点才结束。如果是上课时间，十点刚好是下自修的时间，回家也不算晚。但现在确是放假时间，他们也是自愿参加我们聚办的这个活动。就有一个女孩子可能出来的时候没有告知父母她是来学校参加班级的聚会的，所以那时她回到家，父母可能语气冲动点说了她两句，她心里不舒服，就选择了离家出走来和父母赌气。那时已经是晚上十点半了!当我们知道这个消息的时候，我们心中的那种担忧是无法用语言来表达的。你说一个小小的女孩子，三更半夜离家出走能去哪里。况且这个社会上什么人都有，什么意外都有可能发生，如何能让我们不担忧?

我们提着心出去找人，直到十二点校警不让我们出去了，我们才回来。而回到学校后我们也把学校的每个角落都给翻了一遍，怕错过任何一个可以藏身的地方，亦惊动了他们的班主任。我们找到两点才回到宿舍，但由于担忧着她的安危，我们根本无法入睡，直到眼皮上下打颤，实在熬不下去了，才倒头就睡。我记得我是四点才睡着的，早上七点就醒了，一醒来就问那个女孩是否回家了，好在听到的消息是我们愿意听到的，她的平安到家让我们悬着一夜的心终于可以放下了。

通过这件事，我知道了当一名合格的班主任是如何的艰辛。他们不仅需要向学生们传授知识，还需要时刻关注着他们的心理变化。学生们有任何的风吹草动，班主任都是提着心去跟踪处理，无论处理的时间有多长，他们悬着的心唯有在事情解决的最后一刻才能放下来，过一个平静的时刻。所以说如果要做一名合格的班主任我们还需要付出很大的努力去学习，去成长。因为自己经历过，才有所体会。

昨天下午，我们班进行了英语考试。今天，当试卷发下来以后，成绩是60分!从未有过的低分数!我被这个成绩怔住了，我迫不急待地打开试卷，想要看看到底是怎么一回事。 通过整张卷子的卷面来看，我最大的问题在于审题。最后，则是积累问题。这点可以从我的作文中看出，在我想到一句很好的话时，却因为一个单词而放弃。可见我平时的积累还是太少。因为这次成绩不太理想，所以有好好的分析卷子，写下了这篇反思报告。希望做到以上几点，并取得进步。

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the

bike, eating a banana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street

randomly.

今天早晨，爸爸骑车带我去上学。我坐在后车座上，吃着香蕉。吃完后，我顺手将香蕉皮扔到了街上。

No sooner had I done this than I realized that I had done something bad to

our environment. And maybe someone would step on it and tumble over. I must pick

it up. Thinking of these, I asked father to stop. I jumped off the bike and ran

back to pick up the banana skin and threw it into a roadside dustbin. Seeing

this, father praised me and I felt very happy.

Last night, my friends and I went back to the primary school. We walked around the school and talked about the funny things that happened at that time. We were going to college soon, so we would be apart soon, but we were happy about our future school life.
