Next week I would like to go to Kaifeng and parents. Kaifeng has many great snacks， such as steamed buns， sesame seed Gaul. Kaifeng also on the famous Qingming River Park， I think it has to be very beautiful. My parents will be opened to see my uncle and live in his house one night.

Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning,

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

delicious and nutritious breakfast for me. I usually go to school at 7:20 by

bike. It only takes me ten minutes to get to the school. We have the morning

reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. I usually have Chinese, math,

English and other subjects. I go home at noon and have a short rest at home.

Classes are over at 5:30. I usually play at school for a while and then go home.

At night, I usually finish my homework and then watch TV. About 10:00, I go to

bed. This is my all day.

The winter morning is very cold. I dont want to get up at all. The bed is so

warm and comfortable, but the outside is too cold. Every morning, my mother

pulls me up from my bed. It takes much longer to get up. But I like the

breakfast in winter morning, because mother often cooks hot food for me. It

makes me much warmer. Because of the cold weather, father often takes me to

school, so I dont have to ride my bike or take a bus. In one word, the winter

morning is cold and I just want to stay indoors.

This is my first time to join the summer camp in Zhejiang University. In the morning, we took part in opening ceremony. There were more than four hundred students in this sumer camp. I felt very happy because I know I can make more friends in this beautiful city. It took us nearly one hour to listen teachers’ talk. Then we had to begin our first exam.it was not very hard. On, I forgot to talk about our headteacher. He was a student, too.but he becameour teacher for twenty days. I though he was a good teacher, too. He was very handsome. I was very happy t met him. He came from Australia. It was a very beautiful country. In his class, not only we can learn many English knowledge, but also can develop our spoken English. We talked about many things. On, it was very nice.

Today is my first day to come to this university. I am very happy.

Mother told me that we will go to Guilin for a trip today. I am very

excited because the views there are beautiful. But there is still one day to go

and I feel impatient. I think people there must be polite and so should I.

Otherwise, we couldnt get well along with each other.

I have a lovely dog, its name is Lulu. I like Lulu. Its very docile. It

小学班主任是一个复合性角色，当孩子们需要关心爱护时，班主任应该是一位慈母，给予他们细心的体贴和温暖;当孩子们有了缺点，班主任又该是一位严师，严肃地指出他的不足，并帮助他限期改正。于是，我认为班主任工作是一项既艰巨而又辛苦的工作。说其艰巨，是指学生的成长，发展以至能否成为合格人才，班主任起着关键性的作用，说其辛苦，是指每天除了对学生的学习负责以外，还要关心他们的身体、纪律、卫生、安全以及心理健康等情况。尽管这样，我也乐意在这块贫瘠的土地上默默无闻的耕耘。

爱，是教师职业道德的核心，一个班主任要做好本职工作，首先要做到爱学生，爱学生是教师更是班主任的天职。一切超的教育艺术和教育方法，都蕴藏在教师对学生的热爱之中，没有热爱，就没有教育。这种爱，有着巨大的吸引力。

低年级的学生好动，好奇心强，他们会满校园跑，会大喊大叫，影响别人学习，会损坏学校的花草树木、教学设施。老师的一双眼睛要时刻盯着学生，一张嘴要时刻提醒学生，一双腿要时刻跟着学生，不给他们任何乱“跑”的机会，但总有个别调皮捣蛋的孩子时刻找机会脱离老师的眼线，甩开老师的叮嘱。小禾同学就是个最调皮的孩子，开学不到两星期，就被校长逮到了两次违纪情况，一会儿爬树，一会儿玩水，一下课是第一个跑出去，一上课是最后一个进教室，自然，他成了受教育的“专业户”，但是效果不大。最后采纳了校长的“欣赏教育法”，我让他管理班级中的一群调皮男生，自然小禾就有当“猴王”的良好感觉，总是“早请示晚汇报”，报告我谁在爬旗杆，谁在跳楼梯，谁趴在地上玩卡片……在管理别人的同时小禾改变了许多，他总是自觉汇报：老师，我今天没有去爬!在期末复习时他表现得很勤奋，写字也认真多了。

低年级学生的自制能力差，但模仿能力强，他的主要模仿对象就是自己的老师，所以，我在日常学习和生活中，时时处处给学生做好表率，要求学生做到的，自己必须做到，比如升旗时不讲话，吃饭时不吵闹。每天到教室，发现地上有纸我总是把它捡起来，这样的举措给同学们做了很好的示范作用，从此，同学们看见地上有脏东西就会主动打扫干净了，对这些同学我及时予以表扬，奖励五角星。

班主任工作是需要付出努力的，低年级的班主任工作往往需要我们付出加倍的努力，学生每一个好习惯的形成，都需要老师付出心血和汗水，甚至小到文具盒的开启、放置，都必须严格要求。但是，低年级学生年龄尚小，对学校的一切还不能完全适应，生活中还不懂得照顾自己，老师就必须时时关心学生的生活、学习，处处为他们着想，让他们体会到家的温暖。只有在学校里快乐，才能安心地读书学习。我相信，给孩子一个微笑，他会给你一个明媚的春天。他时刻提醒我，要爱学生，因为只有在爱的雨露下成长起来的孩子才是健康的。期末复习时，我对孩子们说：小朋友，在最后冲刺阶段，你们能做到更努力吗?他们的回答响亮极了：能!当中午的阳光照射进寒冷的教室，当我守候着学生，我的心感觉暖洋洋的。

Ann’s Diary Today was Sunday. Today was September 30th, 2004. It was a

在村干部的带领下，我们开始逐户走访慰问前期工作中确定的17户困难群众家庭，在送上慰问金的同时了解他们的生活困苦，倾听他们的诉求愿望，和村干部一起为扭转他们的困难局面出谋划策。

来到凤家村中沙组郭楚才老人家，低矮的房子，外墙大片的霉斑，门前堆砌的垃圾纸箱，和周围几户干净漂亮的院落相比显得格外的扎眼。老人正好外出归来，挑着担子的身影佝偻而单薄。交谈中我们了解到，郭老今年82岁高龄了，老伴、儿子均已过世，媳妇携孙子改嫁，只有已嫁人的女儿隔三差五地过来照顾一下老人。看着老人坐在简陋家中的孤单情景，我们的心情很是沉重。当村干部说每月村委会组织人员给郭老家打扫三次卫生，每年还有经济补助时，我们顿觉欣慰许多。在尹局长的带领下，我们和村干部商量研究了后续帮扶措施，安排了具体人员一对一解决老人生活困难并负责与有关部门对接，落实相关帮扶资金。

在执意送我们出门时，老人嘴里一直念叨着“感谢党”和“感谢组织关心”两句话，这让烈日下汗流浃背的我们心中升起一种莫名的神圣感，挥别老人，继续向下一户进发……

走到哪里都会看到“注意安全”、“小心路滑”、“安全通行”……的标牌。是啊，安全对于我们来说是多么重要啊!虽然人人都知道，但还是会常常忽略了它的存在，发生了各种各样的事故，令人痛心疾首。一件件事故让安全在我心中扎下了深深的根。

童年时代有一件事让我记忆犹新：那是我六岁的一天，我和同伴们去河边捉蝌蚪，当我们蹲下耐心等待蝌蚪出现时，一位伙伴由于太激动，没蹲稳一不小心向河中滑去。怎么办?我们几个伙伴在河边不知所措，只好大喊救命，幸好有位好心的路人听见，急忙跳下水，救起那位伙伴。经过这件事，安全的种子在我心中萌发。

在成长过程中，从四面八方传来的消息让我吃惊。一桩桩交通事故，一起起安全隐患，造成的巨大生命、财产损失怎么不让人心痛?马路上常写着“人让车，车让人”可是你做到了吗?栏杆上常写着“请不要翻越栏杆”可是有人却置用罔闻。过道中常写着“不追逐嬉戏”可是你遵守了吗……如果不注意安全，那么灾难将会悄悄地来到你的身边，随时会夺去你宝贵的生命。因此为了你和他人的安全，还要从小事做起。安全在我心中渐渐成长。

在学好校里，老师常说：“要注意安全。”可是还是有同学不当回事。就前几天我们班发生了一起“血案”。原来是同学甲碰到同学乙的杯子，同学乙大骂，然后两人扭打起来，结果同学甲的头被撞破了。为什么会这样?就因为两个同学没有安全意识，缺少一份宽容和理解的心胸。这时，安全在我的心中扎下根。

安全是从自身做起的，只要我们珍爱生命，人与人之间相互宽容，那么我们生活将会更加美好，社会将会更加和谐。人的生命只有一次，就让我们把“安全”牢记在心中吧!让“安全”伴随我们健康成长。
