今天孙老师给我们布置了一项任务，让我们回家都去发豆芽，然后写观察日记。放学回到家，我去问姥爷怎样发豆芽?姥爷让我找来一个干净的碗，把绿豆倒进去，加入一些清水。姥爷说：“绿豆要先浸泡几个小时，等皮都变软了，才能有新的变化，不能着急，得慢慢来。”这些豆子都穿着深绿色的外衣，上面还有一个椭圆形的小白点儿。它们挨挨挤挤,舒舒服服地平躺在水底。我仿佛听见它们“咕咚咕咚”喝水的声音，它们吃饱喝足后，一定会美美地睡上一觉吧!

今天早晨一起床，我连忙跑去看我的“小豆芽”，可是什么也没看到。姥爷说：“这样是长不出豆芽的，还要找一块干净的白纱布，给它们盖上一层‘小棉被’，给他们保湿、保暖，这样才能长出豆芽呢。”于是，我找来一块白纱布给它们盖上，我的这些“小宠物”们现在可是既舒服又暖和了!怎么样，我给你们布置的“小家”是不是很满意呢?那你们什么时候能破口而出，生出又细又长的豆芽来呢?

今天一大早，我揭开纱布一看,“哇，快来看，长芽了!”经过了一夜，芽已经长了一大截，最长的已经有一厘米长了。有的绿豆挣破外衣，表皮一分为二，露出白色豆瓣儿;有些性急的绿豆，干脆脱掉外衣，丢在一旁，变身白豆白芽了。整个盘子里变得白绿相间，看着格外赏心悦目。小豆芽是从昨天的小白点儿处拱出来的，又细又长的豆芽儿白白嫩嫩的，很是好看。我轻轻地将两瓣儿豆子拨开来看，里面居然还含着两片嫩黄色的小叶子呢!盖着绿豆的白纱布被绿豆脱下来的外皮染成了绿色。几颗调皮的小绿豆还把根深深地扎进湿布里，它们还认为这是未来生长的土地呢!聪明的豆芽让我看到了种子力量的强大。

January 1st is New Year‘s Day. It‘s a great day for all the people throughout the world. As the saying goes, A good beginning is half the battle. So, many people go all out to celebrate the important day. On that day, I went to the Book City with my classmates. We bought a lot of useful reference books and interesting story books. Guangzhou is a good place to visit. In Guangzhou, there are many beautiful parks, museums, temples, etc.There are also many interesting places such as White Cloud Mountain, Yuexiu Park, the long grand amusement park and so on. So many people like going to visit Guangzhou. An other reason people like to visit Guangzhou is it has convenient traffic.

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a

note on the table for my mum and it said,"Today is my birthday,dont forget

it!"At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of

fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the

door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,"Coming

home late tonight,mum and dad."I try to call them but there was no answer.I was

so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I

couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother

called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I

couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends

and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries(杨梅). I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice.

When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

记事型是用英语记述当天自己生活学习中发生的事情。

议论型是对生活中的某一事情或情况现象谈自己的看法，发表议论。

描写型或抒情型，则是对某人物事物的特征做细致的描述，或针对某事物抒发自己的感情。

1.格式：一般是在左上角记上当天日期，星期，时间的`排列法与书信一致，星期写在日期之后;右上角写上当天的天气情况，表示天气情况的词一般是形容词，如：fine

(晴朗的)，cold

(寒冷的)，snowy(下雪)，sunny(阳光充足的)，rainy(下雨的)，cloudy(阴天的)等。日记的小标题写在下一行，也可省略不写。

2.时态：写日记的时间一般是在下午、晚上，有时也可以在第二天补写。因此，日记中所记述的事情通常发生在过去，常用一般过去时;但当记述天气、描写景色或展望未来时，可以用一般现在时或一般将来时。写法大致和写汉语日记相同，都是在正文之前有日期、星期几及当天的天气情况。注意内容表达要清楚连贯、准确。

I am free now as I am spending my winter holiday.

Although we have some homework, we can finish them in several days. And the

rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard

studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in

order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A

year later, we have grown riper. And we learned much more things and got new

life. We haven’t enough time to play, to waste and to lose the way. We only have

two years. Two years to go, we will get the real life which belongs to us.

I like autumn. I love the falling leaves in autumn. They cover the ground

with golden yellow. When you walk on them, they rustle beneath your feet, just

as if they are singing to you.

I know trees get ready for their next years rebirth by doing this, so I

enjoy them without any sad feelings. The fields in autumn are fruity. People are

easy to have good mood in a harvest season. So cant autumn sights bring

happiness to us as well?

1不要独自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情或比较危险且宜发生溺水伤亡事故的地方去游泳。选择好的游泳场所，对场所的环境，如该水库、浴场是否卫生，水下是否平坦，有无暗礁，暗流，杂草，水域的深浅等情况要了解清楚。

2必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳，以便相互照顾。如果集体组织外出游泳，下水前后都要清点人数，并指定救生员做安全保护。

3要清楚自己的健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者，不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳，要做好下水前准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水区用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水，镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落去食管或气管。

4对自己的水性早有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水或溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

5在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸或呼救。

6在游泳中，若小腿或腿部抽筋，千万不要惊慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃运动，或用力按摩，拉扯抽筋部位，同时呼叫同班救助。

7在游泳中遇到溺水事故时，现场急救刻不容缓，心肺复苏最为重要，将溺水者救上岸后，要立即清除口腔，鼻咽腔的呕吐物和泥沙等杂物，保持呼吸通畅，应讲其舌头拉出，以免后翻堵塞呼吸道，将溺水者的腹部调包，使胸及头部下垂，或抱其双腿将腹部放在急救者肩部，做走动或跳动“倒水”动作，恢复溺水者呼吸是急救成败的关键，应立即进行人工呼吸，可采取口对口或口对鼻的人工呼吸方式，在急救的同时应迅速送往医院救治。

意外溺水死亡已成为中小学生、幼儿非正常死亡的头号杀手。生命对于每一个人来说有且仅只有一次，哪怕是一次小小的疏忽大意，就有可能造成难以挽回的损害，给亲人带来巨大的精神伤痛。因此一定要掌握防溺水安全知识，防止意外发生。

During the National Holiday, I went travelling with my friend Li Ming in a

tour group. We went to Wuxi, Jiangsu and had a great time there.There were

fifteen people in our tour group. Mr. Li, our tour guide, left a deep impression

on us with his sense of humour. On the first day, we visited a tourist

attaction, which was in many great movies and TV shows. On the second day, we

went boating on the Tai Hu Lake, where we were amazed at the beautiful scenaries

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

this year‘s summer vacation was most enjoyable. i spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where i saw mountains fields covered with green plants. sometimes i went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.
