20__年2月26日，我离开师院开始了我的顶岗实习之旅，挥手和好友告别，泪流了，心酸了，只是自己的选择，即使再多的不舍，我也要坚强面对，所以在车上默默地流过眼泪之后，我告诉自己：泪，只能留在心里;留给别人的一定要是灿烂的笑脸!

来到常宁教育局，我很是淡定，平静，因为当一切成定数，我们只能接受和适应。品味到了常宁教育局领导的热情，体会到院领导对我们顶岗实习生的深深期望，一下子觉得自己肩上的任务重大，一下子看到了自己的价值所在，这些很是让我兴奋!只是兴奋过后，留给我的是大大的压力。

在吃午饭的时候，透过庙前中学领导之间的聊天，了解到了我至少要教两个年级，那一刻，我真的有种懵了的感觉!两个年级!那得多少个班呢?真怀疑自己听错了!后来询问得知，庙前中学每个年级只有两个班。庆幸，四个班级的任务量不是特别大，这让我心里舒服了一点点，也有更坚定的信心走下去，更相信自己能够学到很多，成长很多。

经过颠簸，终于到达了目的地——庙前中学。看到校门，看到校内环境，我还挺满意的，觉得这里似乎还不错，比我们之前打探来的消息好多了，只是当看到住宿，我失望了!我们住在男生宿舍这边，上厕所不方便，洗澡不方便，没有热水，就连冷水都要从食堂那里打到宿舍来，仿佛又让我会到了以前住校的生活，让我想起了以前抢着打开水，提着水桶爬楼的那些时光……还好，我们不是吃不了苦的人，不然在这样的环境里，我真的很难坚持的走下去;还好，我是一个乐观豁达的人，什么事情都看得开，什么事情都能很快的适应……

在这一天，我还参加了庙前中学的老师会议。第一次以老师的身份坐在会议室，心里是有点兴奋和激动的，看到了这所学校所有的老师，同时也拿到了新安排出来的课表。这里的老师又让我大大的吃了一惊：我今天才到达明天就要直接上岗上课，而且他们的初一初二的思想品德都还没开始讲一课的，就等着我们的到来。一下子我觉得压力好大啊，在我完全没有准备的情况下我就要开始上课了，真的有种想死的冲动了，即使是让我明天上课的时候打酱油我都不知道怎么样混过这45分钟。

压力，紧张充斥着我，我真的有那么点无措!明天，我要怎么过呢?明天，又会有什么状况呢?明天，可不可以不到来呢?

今天，是见实习的最后一天了。

整个见实习过程中有收获、但也必有疑惑，目前这两点问题一直困扰着我：

（1）作为小学教育专业英语方向的学生，我们应该重视教师职业技能的培养还是英语水平的提高？很明显，小学英语课堂涉及到很多专业知识，所以作为这个专业的学生我们必须努力提高自己的专业水准，这无疑是重要的。但教师的专业技能呢？这两点孰轻孰重？又该怎样做到让他们相得益彰？

（2）领导们和指导老师都和我们说老师不能太温柔了，这样管不了孩子。我明白严师出高徒，同时我也知道和善是不能和温柔划等号的，和善又不失严肃是最好的准则。但真正操作起来，又该如何把握好这三者之间的分寸呢？

如今，见实习已经临近尾声。对于已是师范四年级、却才开始接触教学见实习工作的我，要顺利地从学生转化为一名人民教师的角色，这是一个艰难的蜕变过程。我要学会慢慢适应这个过程，并迅速地成长起来。争取做到对小学教育有实践性的了解，也许这些问题便能迎刃而解了。在这样的交替中，我想我能成长许多。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

如果我们要游泳，应在大人的带领下，选择有安全防范措施的游泳池。下水前要先活动身体，再下水游泳。在游泳时请勿与他人嬉戏，将他人按入水中，如果觉得身体不舒服，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

生命无价，一次溺水，一场事故都可能让人们丧失生命，父母给我们宝贵的生命，我们应当好好珍惜。让我们谨记“珍爱生命，预防溺水”。

今天上去，我们去学英语口语。我们的英语老师叫Tom，他跟我以前的外交老师Mike有点像。

我们先相互问候一下，Tom老师先问我们：“what’s your name?”然后，他把我们的名字一一写下。他一个一个的问，我们一个一个的回答。

然后，他问：“who can picture(draw)?”

我们都不举手，因为我们都不知道该画什么?

后来，英语老师Tom请了一个人，他的名字叫tony。我们看一看，原来呀，是叫我们画人物，按照书上的画。

他第二个叫的是dear,他第三个叫的就是我了，我画的非常好。等我们都画完，他把我们今天学的单词都画了下来，我们一节课学了6个单词，然后，他跟我们玩了一个游戏，就是喊到谁有的东西，我们就指向谁。比如说，老师：“who is wearing glasses?”,我们就指向他，一齐说：“tearcher is wearing glasses!”

这个游戏一直玩到下课。然后，Tom老师说：“class is over!let’s rest for five minters。”

等第二节课开始上课后，我们就先复习了一下上节课学的单词.然后，Tom老师又带我们做了游戏。正好来了一个老师，给我们发东西了。他给tony发了一个帽子，给jimy、dear各发了一副眼镜。这个游戏的规则还是跟上节课一样。

他问我们：“who is wearing a hat?”

我们就一起说：“tony!”

最好玩的是，有一次，让我戴眼镜，我不仅戴了眼镜，还戴了帽子。

我印象中，有许多老师关心过我，教育过我，但使我记忆中最深刻的是我的英语老师——刘老师。她既是我们一到四年级的英语老师，也是我们在外面学习的老师。

刘老师圆圆的脸上嵌着一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，高高的鼻梁下面有一张能说会道的嘴巴，乌黑发亮的头发，我一看就知道她是一个很有学问的人。她博古通今，满腹经纶，上知天文，下知地理，有许多老师都羡慕她有很多学问。

记得有一次，我英语默写没默好，心里很伤心总是闷闷不乐。“叮铃铃”，课间十分钟很快过了，我一直垂着头正准备趴下。突然，我的眼光与刘老师的目光相碰，她好像看出了我的心思，睁大了眼睛望了我一下，好像在用慈祥的目光在对我说“别灰心，加把劲！你这次默不好，不是代表永远默不好”。顿时，我感到一股股暖流流遍浑身上下。

记得还有一次，刘老师生病了。第二天，我们想她不会来了。谁知道当上课铃打响了，刘老师像往常一样满面笑容地走进教室。上课时，刘老师用沙哑的声音给我们讲课。在上完课后就去挂水了，一连几天都这样。

啊，老师，我敬爱的老师，您像慈母一样，用爱把我们从无知的儿童带到四年级；您像红烛一样，点燃自己，照亮我们……这就是我的英语老师——刘老师，您是天下最好的老师。

Early in the morning,we all set off for the beach.We took a lot of pictures on the way.By noon we arrived at the hotel.After having lunch there we went to the beach.We were so tired that we spent the whole afternoon lying on the beach and swimming a lot.On the way back to the hotel,we went shopping for presents.In the evening it rained.We all stayed in the hotel and played table tennis.We had a good time today.

今年4月15日是新国家安全法通过后的__全民国家安全教育日。国家安全教育首次被提到如此高度，主要与当前国家安全形势已发生巨大变化有关。

在改革开放之初，中国领导人对国际国内形势有一个简洁明了的判断，即对外，世界大战打不起来;对内，阶级斗争不是主要矛盾，因此需要抓住机遇，以经济建设为中心，一心一意搞建设、谋发展。我们在改革开放30多年里取得了巨大的经济社会发展成就。如今，中国已经成为世界第二大经济体，中国企业已经走向世界，于是在中国利益增加以及利益对外扩展的情况下，安全问题便越来越多、越来越突出了。

一、“国家安全”离国民生活并不远

以国民安全为例，比如，无论在世界任何地方，新闻中一播发发生重大交通事故、自然灾害的报道时，我们马上担忧是否会有中国人伤亡。这些年来，赴海外旅游、留学、探亲、经商、打工的中国人越来越多，遍布世界上安定的或不安定的国家和地区。走出去的人多了，发生危险的可能性在增加。如何保障海外公民安全，也是近年来讨论最多的一个话题。

从这个意义上看，“国家安全”四个字，其实离国民的生活并不远。国家安全教育已经不仅仅是防范泄密、反间谍或者国防军队方面的教育，而是适应新形势下的总体国家安全观的教育。

中国国家领导人于提出总体国家安全观，以人民安全为宗旨，以政治安全为根本，以经济安全为基础，以军事、文化、社会安全为保障，以促进国际安全为依托，走出一条具有中国特色的国家安全道路。

当前的国家安全教育应该有四个方面的主要内容：第一，是对总体国家安全观的理解教育，即对其内容、内涵的教育;第二，是国家安全法制教育，包括新的国家安全法、反间谍法、反恐怖主义法和我们的宪法、刑法中有关国家安全的规定，以及包括《反分裂国家法》在内的一系列国家安全法律体系的教育;第三，是要进行国家安全战略教育，中央通过了《国家安全战略纲要》，纲要内容应该让全国人民了解，特别是领导干部、高级领导干部需要对此了解掌握;第四，是要进行国家安全管理的体制、机制的教育，也就是要让人们明白中国的国家安全决策是如何出台的，管理的机构、机关都有哪些部门。比如，中央成立国家安全委员会，国安委要做哪些工作需要使全民有所了解。

二、安全教育重点对象首先是党政干部

根据上述四个方面的国家安全教育内容，显然，国家安全教育的重点对象首先是党政干部、高级领导干部。因为总体国家安全观是对全国的、全面的国家安全的规范、规定，应是高级领导干部必须了解掌握的内容，所以在党校、行政学院系统，要开设这样的课程，这是今后国家安全教育的一个重点所在。

其次，重点教育的对象应该是在国家安全职能部门工作的人员，这些部门包括了国防、外交、隐蔽战线上的国家安全部门，以及公安等涉及国家安全工作的部门。

当然，普通百姓也需要接受国家安全教育。这些年暴露出的很多问题显示，年轻人、尤其是大学生群体在国家安全意识方面比较薄弱。比如网上交友时、微信联络时，都有可能被利用。在高等院校，国家安全教育领域有两点需要提高：一是大学里应该开设国家安全这个专业，培养专门的国家安全人才;另一个是各专业的课程中应加入国家安全教育方面的内容。

三、已经进入安全和发展并重的阶段

具体在有关总体国家安全观的教育中，也需要重视以下内容：

1、要进行以人民安全为宗旨、国家安全一切为了人民、一切依靠人民的教育。以人民安全为宗旨，可以说是总体国家安全观的第一要义，总体国家安全观的教育首先要把这点讲清楚，特别是给国家安全工作机构讲清楚，给领导干部讲清楚，使国家安全的机关、机构职能部门能够在实际工作中真正落实、贯彻总体国家安全观的第一要义。

2、要普及五个“既重视又重视”。既重视外部安全又重视内部安全，也就是说，我们国内的安全、内部的安全，现在是安全工作的重点所在;既重视国土安全又重视国民安全，这也是一切依靠人民、一切为了人民的核心理念的体现;既重视传统安全又重视非传统安全，如网络安全问题、信息安全问题、生态环境安全问题等非传统安全问题，需要被重点关注。

此外，既重视发展问题又重视安全问题，经过近四十年的发展，中国的经济社会已经取得了巨大的成就，但是安全问题越来越突出，在这种情况下，我们的安全问题应该和发展问题放在同等重要的地位上。过去，我们一直有发展战略，如每五年制定一个经济社会发展规划，现在我们有了自己的安全战略，应该说已经进入了安全和发展并重的阶段。

最后，既重视自身安全又重视共同安全。换句话说，在当代全球化的形势下，任何一个国家都不可能独善其身，必须和世界其他国家联合起来解决反恐的问题、发展的问题，只有合作才能共赢。
