安全这两个字大家都很熟悉，没有危险就是安全。但是谁又能紧紧“抓”住安全不放呢?只要稍微一松手，安全就会离你远去，危险就会随机而来。

自然灾害是无法避免的，灾难一旦降临，我们的努力就会毁之一旦。损失的就是地震，地震来临时，许多人都惊慌失措，就没有在短时间内逃离危险地区，所以地震会带来伤亡，带来巨大的经济损失。如果地震发生时你还在家里，你千万不能跑出去站在屋檐下，因为屋檐一旦塌下来，你将会被地震“取”走生命。如果天花板塌下来时你还在屋内，你必须马上跑到角落。因为角落墙内有一根大支柱，即使天花板塌下来，大支柱也不会倒下来。天花板塌下来时，会在角落前面形成一个大三角，你躲在大三角里，里面的空气可以供你呼吸，你可以在里面静静的等待救援人员的到来。

人为灾害也很恐怖，其中发生比较多的是车祸。特别是没有经验的开车者，他们极有可能成为“马路杀手”。在走人行道的时候，千万不要横冲直撞，不然汽车司机会因为来不及刹车而撞到你。

日记是用来叙述一天中发生的有意义事件的文体。

第一，注意日记的格式：一般是左上角写当天的日期，右上角写当天的天气情况(cloudy/clear/windy/rainy/fine/snowy…)。日期通常采用两种写法：一种是按“月、日、年”顺序；另一种是按“日、月、年”的顺序。注意要在年份之前有一个逗号，而且月份通常可用缩写词（如：Jan.,Feb.,Mar.等）。如果需要写星期，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。如：Monday,May15th,2008或May15th,2008,Monday

第二，抓准日记的时态：日记记叙的时间通常是在当天的下午或晚上，因此所用的时态多为过去时态。但应灵活掌握，如果日记叙述天气、描写景色或为了描写生动，也可用现在时。

第三，日记一般按事情发生的先后顺序记述，所以常需借助一些表示先后顺序的词语，如atfirst,then,lateron,afterwards,finally,atlast等。一定要注意句与句、段与段之间的连接和过渡，适当使用一些过渡词语使其连接紧凑、过渡自然。

第四，确立日记的中心要点，尽量突出主题，可以通过对某个细节、某个侧面的描写来突出主题，千万不要写成一个流水帐。

六的早晨七点，我和妈妈坐在了电视机前，等着观看《中小学生春季安全教育第一课》。七点十七分，节目开始了，我屏住呼吸，认真观看。

安全教育是一个严肃的问题。要教孩子珍爱生命，安全第一，发生灾难时应该从容面对。通过案例分析以及专家的讲解，让我了解了在灾难来临的时候应该怎样自救。为了应对地震，学校平时应该加强演练。学校避震，地震发生时，要快速有序的撤离到空旷的操场上去。家庭避震，要选坚固的三角带、不易被砸的地方藏身，要蹲下，保护头部和颈部，保护好眼睛。地震时万一不幸被埋，千万不要惊慌，不要使用明火，不要乱喊乱叫，找东西敲击发出求救;外出游泳，要在家人的陪同下，不在游泳池打闹，万一不幸溺水，不要盲目下水营救，要呼救，请成人来救，借助工具来救人，最重要的是溺水者不要惊慌;发生火灾时，如有浓雾，要用湿毛巾捂嘴，迅速逃生，不可贪恋财物，不可乘电梯逃生，不可跳楼，万一身上着火，要地面打滚灭火;避免交通事故的发生，走路时要走人行道，横过马路要走斑马线，遵守交通信号灯，不在马路上追逐打闹，不要边走边看书。

中小学生的安全，举国挂心，孩子的安全不仅是家长的责任，学校的责任，也是全社会的责任。看了这次节目，不仅增强了我的安全意识，也了解了很多的安全常识。生命只有一次，让我们珍惜生命吧!

这两天事好多，好象连喘息的机会都没有，一件事做完接着做另一件事。开始感觉到自己睡眠不足，恩!看来得好好保养自己了。

今天是准备课件的最后，昨天忙到半夜两点才睡觉，本以为小莫姐他们能在12点前离开，没想到她的任务这么重，做到2点还没有搞好，总算帮她做好自己能做的那份，实在挺不住才睡觉，说好了走之前把我叫起来，四小时后醒来发现她还在忙碌，唉，时间的紧迫和甲方的紧逼，现在才体会到什么叫赶课件的累，再想想学校里那种无谓的讲课听课，真可笑。

学生的教育课程跟完，虽然自己没做多少，但觉得自己提高了不少，终于对自己的教学能力有了自信。

school by bike but I hurt my leg the day before yesterday. So I had‘to go to

school by taxi this morning. I left home very early. When I took the taxi， I

found the traffic bad. The traffic was so busy that the car couldn’t move at

all. I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run

it was the first day of our winter holiday. all of us were very happy. why? because we have one months to do things we love to do. we are free. although we have some homework. but we can finish them in several days. and the rest time we can make good use of. my god! we have been very tired after hard studying. in winter holidays, i want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. last but not the least, i will have a good rest.

It was sunny and very hot today. I got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. Then I washed the dishes and cleaned the room. After a short rest I did my homework in the morning. I woke up at two oclock in the afternoon today. There was nothing to eat

in the house so I went outside.

I wanted to go to a cheap restaurant and find some food to eat. When I got

to the restaurant, I realized that I forgot to bring money, so I went back

home.

Then I realized that I forgot my keys also, so I waited outside for my mom

to come home and starved the rest of the day.

记得考试的时候，我是擦了又改，改了又擦，前面两面才全对的。还有，第一题连线的，连单词和意思，这几单元的单词我都能背出来，称得上倒背如流，这种小题难不倒我。哦，我太激动了，还是收敛不住。

还有，还有，第五题简直是奇迹！这题的意思，我都不明白，只能跳过，等我全部写完了，再返回来写。这时，英语老师已经要收卷了，我也不知道是什么意思就随便填，没想到我瞎猫碰上死耗子，全蒙对了！

哇，这次我考得很满意，我又收敛不住了……

其实每一节英语课我都觉得很有趣，也很认真的听老师讲课，我喜欢英语我要好好的学习英语，要像我们束老师一样说一口流利的英语，长大以后能到国外去看看。

每个人的一生是不同的，有人可以平平安安的度过一生，而有人一生确实坎坷的。这个星期学校让我们收看了《安全教育》，看完后，我觉得自己学到的了不少，增加了对危险的防备。

火灾发生后，我们应该马上用毛巾或衣服打湿后，捂住口鼻，身体弯曲，朝安全出口跑去。如果火已经把出口堵住了，我们应该跑进房间后，大声喊叫，等待救援。还可以用绳索的一端在门、窗档或重物上，沿另一端爬下，过程中，脚要成绞状夹紧绳子，双手交替往下爬，尽量采用手套、毛巾保护好手。
