二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the 1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

C)只有年、月：September 2004或the September of 2004(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first.

2、星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

Saturday，October 22nd，2004;October 22nd，2004 Saturday

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy 等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

Saturday，March 4，2004，Windy;1st January，2004，Fine

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

一.理清思路

你会不会觉得，心情不好时，写出来的东西就是在倾诉，在发泄？

记录下自己的愤怒哀伤，就像自己再一次经历一样？

在这种情况下，记录下来一些东西，其实是在帮你理清自己的思路。

脑海中看似有联系的想法，如：按照事件发生的时间顺序在你脑海中进行放映；或者某个事物触碰到你的愤怒点，从而让你产生因果联系。这些现象会让你有种错觉，认为自己在脑子里能够把事情的来龙去脉，甚至是每个细节，每个与之对应的情绪都能看得十分明白。一旦你有机会，将这件触动你的事情，在夜深人静时写下来，你就会发现，笔根本停不下来。

一个人的视野始终是有局限性的，只有当你写下来，在这个抽丝剥茧一字一字的缓慢进程里，你才能看到很多自己思想的局限性，这时候，你还会为这件糟糕的事情而心情不好么？并不会。

浪费时间？这个，取决于你怎么定义它

我们最常做的一件事：在电脑上看着电影同时吃着零食并且玩着手机，美名曰，效率。

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

记流水账也有好处啊。初中时我的日记都是以“今天我……”开头，然后就是一些流水账。慢慢地你会在一些小事情上也能发表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一条虫，你大可以进行谩骂，然后在这个场景里你或许会看到旁边的好友，他的反应是怎样的？你对他的反应有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展开下一个场景。

三，知行合一

你觉得自己浮躁吗？

当你无法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情时，不妨试试每天坚持写下日记随笔。

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

当然，发生溺水事故的大多部分都是儿童，下面我就为大家讲述一起真实的溺水案例。今年的五月七日，一所中学八年级一班的一位女同学同班的两位同学在野外玩耍，下午约5点半返回途经挪城水库，那位女学生和一名同学不慎落水，另一学生立即呼救，水库管理员报警。5点40后落水学生被相继救上，并送往医院抢救。当晚7点左右，那位女同学不幸身亡。

下面，我跟大家说一说游泳的安全要点吧!

1、下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水;

2、下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋;

3、若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不能单独游泳;

4、不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，而且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全;

5、下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳;

6、跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全。

7、游泳时不要依赖充气式浮具，如游泳圈、浮床等，万一泄气，无所依靠，容易造成溺水事故。

8、遇到有人溺水时，应大声喊叫或拨打110请求协助，不可贸然下水施救。

我个人认为,因为现在学校抓升学率对老师的考核很严格,所以你的指导老师很难放开,让实习生大施手脚.这个时候我们不能抱怨,毕竟国家的教育弊端并非一朝一夕就能改变的.我们应该自己主动一些,为自己定一个小目标,自己想一些办法去适应,以达到自己的实习目的.

你不能因为指导老师的冷淡就放弃,不能因为指导老师的保守就不认真了,更不能因为学生的冷淡或是调皮就马虎.现在是你要学知识,是你去求他们,不是他们要巴结你,你就得拿出厚脸皮的精神.我想提醒大家:无论是考研还是找工作,实践证明实习非常非常重要.反正也要花那么多时间,何不好好珍惜一下呢.如果说我们湖大毕业的师范生还找不到工作,比不上一些诸如黄冈师范等之类的二类三类学校,不知大家有何感想.一句话:心高人又懒,眼高手低!

我认为,实习生实习关键在于与学生打交道,与他们打交道是一门深奥的艺术!语文老师是所有老师中最累的.(要批改的作业最多)不仅仅教知识,还教大家如何做人.最令人遗憾的是,现在的教育对语文也不似其他课重视.大家都觉得语文最简单,语文的研究生考,真的吗?在这里我不想同大家讨论这个问题。
