My native town is X. We have settled down here since my grandfather was a

child. In other words, my family has lived here for more than one hundred

years.

It is a small village. There are about one thousand inhabitants. Most of

them are farmers. The mode of their living is very simple. However, they have

already possessed television sets and refrigerators. They made up their minds to

live a modern life.

我班有个男孩子上课非常“活跃”,回答问题的积极性很强，喜欢动脑筋，学习成绩也不错，是个聪明、可爱的孩子，老师挺喜欢他的。但是他也困扰了我：他话很多，常常脱口而出，不分时机的讲话，时常要影响周围同学的听课状态，打断他们听课的思维。课间非常顽皮，不安分，喜欢招惹同学，一直有同学来报告我说他的不好，可是他常常不以为然，反而感觉他挺享受被许多人关注的滋味。这状况让我对他又爱又气愤。我把整治的目标就瞄准了他，因为如果不把他教育好，就会影响正常的班级管理，琐事不断。后来我试着让他展示优点，在全班同学面前大大地表扬他，在表扬之余再对他提出期望。我发现这样子，孩子能主动愉快的接受老师对他提出的要求，并且愿意去做。在接下来的时间，我时不时地找他来谈心，有时叫他帮我做点事，发作业本，收收本子。

我体会到人都需要被人认可，被人肯定的，学生更是如此。他们在意家长对他们的看法，在意同学之间的评论，更在意自己闪光点是否得到了班主任的认可。我需要时常反思改进教育教学方法，只有这样才能更好地开展班主任工作。

Do your teachers still use traditional techniques to teach you nowadays? A

revol- ution in teaching techniques is required now. In the past, we just took

it for granted that a teacher s aim was to teach the students all that he knew

and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things

on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability

to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge

that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which

might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve

practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help

the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills

to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the

students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first

thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any

problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the

students innate powers of making sound judgements.

Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is coming. Its a traditional North

American holiday,and is a form of harvest festival. In the United States, the

fourth Thursday in November is called Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving was about

the Pilgrims, the first settlers in America. They shared the first harvest with

the Indians and gave thanks.

Thanksgiving Day is usually a family day. People always celebrate with big

dinners and happy reunions. Pumpkin pie and Indian pudding are traditional

Thanksgiving desserts. Relatives from other cities, students who have been away

at school, and many other Americans travel a long distance to spend the holiday

at home.

On that day, Americans give thanks for the blessings they have enjoyed

during the year. And I am sure that we all must have a lot to be thankful for.

Maybe you would like to give thanks for being here with your family and for

being well,or give thanks for a healthy year, a good job,or thank your friends

for encouraging you when you are in dismay,etc.

This morning I woke up at 6 o ’clock is to the kitchen for mom made a bowl

of beef and tomato noodles, mother looked at me as she do breakfast is very

happy, she finally put all eat noodles, very delicious, also say I grew up, not

a kid, can look after himself, I listened also very happy.

经过了几天的适应期后，我慢慢的熟悉了公司的各种规章制度和运作流程，更明确了自己的工作内容。接下来的时间便开始为正式投入工作进行了大量的准备，通过上网查资料、看书、向同事请教等等多种途径在几天的时间内我补充了大量实际工作中所需要的知识。然而等真正投入到工作中后发现自己要准备的东西还远远不够。大学生活让我对机械工程理论知识有了一定的了解，但实践出真知，唯有把理论与实践相结合，才能更好地为我今后在工作及业务上能力的提高起到促进的作用，增强我今后的竞争力，为我能在以后立足增添了一块基石。

今天是我最累的一天，从早上八点进到里面，一直到五点半，累了一天，有同事对我说，你歇歇吧，坐一会儿。其实我不是不想坐下来，可是作为实习生来讲，要学的东西很多，要做的琐事也很多，坐下来，节奏就慢了下来。我告诉自己，我放弃了其他找工作的机会，花时间花精力到这也里来实习，我要对得起我自己，对得起我宝贵的时间。如果我到这里来慢慢悠悠的休息，还不如待到学校休息。我在全心全意的投入一种职业，投入一种工作。

Today was a fine day.My sister and I went to the park.We saw many trees and

flowers near the lake.Some were green ,Some were white ,some were yellow .We

played near the lake .We were sitting under a big tree,and we made some paper

ships.We hade a good time.

今天又遇到一个好老师，听他的课，真的有茅塞顿开的感觉，学到了很多，特别是突出重难点方面，两个公式就可以讲一节课，而且讲的很好，整堂课没有一句废话，真佩服，我以后也要朝那样的老师发展。老师还给我提了很多意见：

1.试讲是要以让学生理解为首要目标，其次才是完成整节课的完整性，因为你的讲课如果不能让学生明白，那么整节课完整的上了一遍也毫无意义;

2.要理解考试大纲的要求，讲课时要把考试大纲的主旨渗透在课堂上;

3.要理解课本的内容。

4.要理解应聘学校的学生的水平。

5.不能把大学学的而中学没学过的东西带入课堂，即使是正确的。

6.注意一节课的量的安排，在重点学校上一节课的内容，在普通学校可能需要三节课才能上完。好了，就总结到这里，明天还有一节，也有可能还是两节，加油!

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

sharp and orange mouth.Of course he has a pair of small and blue eyes and a long

tail with bright and black feather all over.

Do you know what it is? Yes,its a bird .His names KaKa. He is sometimes

very friendly and quite but sometimes a little naught.He likes singing when he

feels happy.He can even mimic what we say.

Becase of KaKa ,the whole family is usually full ofmuch more

happiness.KaKa is my favorite animal.

今天是星期一，也迎来了我们来到后的一次升旗仪式。这个学校的学生很有纪律性，音乐响起时，学生们迅速地排起整齐的队伍，不拖拉、也不喧闹。这几天的实习观察，这所学校的学生很高的纪律性给我们留下深刻的印象。

前两天还在为班主任没有让我们参与班级管理而有点小小的抱怨，今天才知道，她是想这个星期才正式开始“带”我们。早上升旗之前，班主任就详细地跟我们介绍班里的一些工作安排，作息安排，班主任的常规工作。其实作为班主任真的不容易，虽然我们还没有真正参与班主任的工作，但是在办公室见习了班主任们的工作状态，真的不得不佩服他们的耐心和细心。

下午，我们这些实习生都做一件比较有成就感的事----监考。我们班的纪律是没话说的，这点让我们觉得十分欣慰。基本上不用我们多费唇舌，都安静地完成试卷。

网站介绍了如何预防疾病，在遭遇洪水、地震、泥石流等自然灾害时的自救方法，还有安全交通……其中让我印象最深的还是地震类的知识。我明白了在地震时要有顺序、依次撤离，来不及的可以躲在桌子底下或空间狭小的厕所里，逃出建筑物了不要逗留，应立即寻找空旷的地方。有了这些自我逃生、防护意识，在任何自然灾害中，会大大增加生存的机会。

比如，一名叫倩倩(化名)的小学生，在地震时因没及时冲出大楼而被困在家里，有自我防护意识的她躲在了一个卫生间的狭小角落里，才有幸捡回了一条生命。

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。
