During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. 今天听了一节公开课，是一节高三的复习课，内容是柱体、锥体、台体的侧面积和表面积。老师讲得很有条理，内容很充实，用PPT将侧面积和表面积展开来让学生一目了然，但是问题也随之而来，这是不是在告诉学生每次遇到这种题目都要想着把侧面积和表面积展开呢?学生的空间思维能力和具象思维能力都很差，要是他们每碰一道题，都去想着展开，会不会很麻烦呢?比如一个正方体，一个圆柱体，要是这样也去展开，会不会花费时间呢?一目了然的东西，直接跳过展开，会不会更好呢?是不是应该强调有些简单的空间几何体是不用展开的呢?是不是应该把那些简单而有规则的空间几何体罗列出来让学生理解顺便记住呢?而且感觉老师讲得很快，和学生互动比较少，是复习课本来就互动少吗?还是老师的问题呢?还有那些复杂的公式，怎样才能让学生容易记住呢?这些都是我今天的疑问。还有今天改了学生的作业，发现问题很大，前天昨天讲的我快吐白沫，写到作业还是一大堆问题。怎样才能让学生更好的接受知识呢?特别是基础真的是很差的学生?有些学生我感觉他很用心，可是由于基础太差，真的很难拯救，怎样才能让他们的努力转化为收获呢?

第一天踏进_装潢公司的大门，心里有很多的忐忑不安，不知道迎接我的将是一种什么样的生活。一起进公司的还有2个人，我们将在一起进行统一培训。

公司实行选拔制度，通过了培训这一关，才有机会留下来，社会的竞争是残酷的，我们一起培训的有刚毕业的大学生，也有工作过的，甚至还有四十多岁的下岗职工。

第一天，我们上午在总部接受有关灯饰装饰的基础知识，下午出去在各个地方跑商圈，熟悉楼盘，了解市场价格。因为是第一次接触这个装饰行业，所以可以说是几乎陌生，特别是下午的跑商圈，从一条路走到另一条路，把小区的楼盘都记录下来，还要了解它的建造年代，市场价格，消费水平等等，下午回去再接受主管的考察。第一天我们就是这样的安排。

It’s also a happy day, isn’t it ?

我想我的老师走出bedon的错误方向今天下午，她就一直没有哭.我到办公室看到男孩不高兴.因为学生得到老师的山羊成为他们没有做功课..我认为这是我的老师不愉快的事业。今天，我看到了一个男孩，他发挥了handset.但是没有看到这样的墙壁，他使我们笑了我们套在他撞倒，但他伤了挪威在这起事故，他就铺设厚如何痛苦这是。

今天下午放学，我们跟着渠妈去上英语课。可是就在这节英语课里，引发了一件趣事。

我们到了地方，发现Miss Li 没来。就写作业等着，等呀等呀，直到我们把作业写完了，Miss Li 还没来。渠妈没有Miss Li 的电话，老妈的电话又打不通，教室里还只有Mr G ，他听不懂中国话，真是哑巴吃黄连，有口说不出，干着急。我们到最后实在不能忍耐了，就开始吃蛙鱼，刚吃几口，Miss Li 就来了。我们吃了一会儿蛙鱼就开始上课，上课之间，Miss Li 出去的时候，我们又开始吃蛙鱼。Miss Li 一来，我们就把蛙鱼放到一边继续上课。

上完课，所以家长都在我们耳边问了N遍，有没有忘带东西，我们也回答了N 遍，可是还有几个没带齐，比如我忘带课外书回来了，王思蕾忘带语文书了……明天老爸还得去四中把书拿回来。Miss Li

今天很急躁，所以让妈妈们把电话留下，这样就可以给他们打电话了。

这就是我们上英语课引发的趣事。

今日张海苒的妈妈来送孩子时告诉我，张海苒昨日回家说：“今日方教师表扬我了，还奖给我一朵小红花!”我明白表扬对于幼小的孩子意味着什么，但真没想到张海苒竟这么在意我对她的表扬和鼓励，因为在这以前我几乎没怎样注意她，更谈不上什么表扬了。

张海苒在早幼儿园不太爱说话，上课也不太爱回答问题，从不给教师惹麻烦，平时我也不太注意她，几乎没批评过她，表扬更没有几次，所以，我也常认为这样的孩子没什么问题。她那么让人省心，我真期望班上再多几个这样的孩子，因为做了好多年教师的我们都会有这样的体会：为了维护团体正常的秩序，使一些活动取得较好效果，我们常常为了一个行为问题突出的孩子费劲心机，以求得他的转变和提高，但却忽视了那些不太起眼的、安静的、让人省心的孩子。

This afternoon, we play a game called ‘Family Tree’. This game is very interesting. I’m very interested in it. Our teacher’s family is very large. She has many brothers and sisters. But I am unlucky, I has only a sister and I without brothers. But I think I have the best parents in the world. They are very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too. When they buy meat, they will give the best parts of the meat to me.

When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’. Qu Tang is far from our village. Now I grow up. I understand them when I think of this things. I will cry I can’t use words to say I love them.

高中英语日记（三）

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

今天看了安全教育的影片，又学到了许多安全方面的知识。

游泳容易发生溺水，所以没有大人陪着，不要去游泳。自己游泳时，如果水草缠着脚，可以用另一个脚去蹬掉脚上的水草。如果发现别人游泳遇到危险，可以投木板绳子解救他。绳子的一头要固定在岸边的树上，另一头打个圈，扔给他，然后把他拉上来。

关于火灾，如果是木头之类的东西着火了，可以用水去灭火。如果是油着火，必须要用泡沫去灭火。

要注意交通安全。自行车不要横穿马路;不要一手扶着自行车，一手扶着小车，万一汽车一走又突然一停，人就会摔出去。

去医院或人群多的地方，要带口罩。

Spring is my favorite season. In spring days, everything comes out. While

you are walking outside, your eyes will be filled with green.

Mingming came to my house today. We spent some time playing computer games.

We played basketball game online. I chose NBA and Mingming had to take CBA. Of

course, I won finally. We had a good time.

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

Now many students of Grade 9 are under too much pressure. They always feel too tired to listen to the teachers carefully in class.

It’s important for students to relax. Only in this way can they study well and be healthy. Here are some different ways to relax themselves. For example, they can try to have enough sleep,or they can listen to their favourite music after class. They can also read some books or do some sports. For me, I often hang out with my friends.

While you are studying, don’t forget to relax. You will study better after a good rest.

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

At noon,we had lunch in a restaurant. With a happy emotion, we finished our

今天又遇到一个好老师，听他的课，真的有茅塞顿开的感觉，学到了很多，特别是突出重难点方面，两个公式就可以讲一节课，而且讲的很好，整堂课没有一句废话，真佩服，我以后也要朝那样的老师发展。老师还给我提了很多意见：

1.试讲是要以让学生理解为首要目标，其次才是完成整节课的完整性，因为你的讲课如果不能让学生明白，那么整节课完整的上了一遍也毫无意义;

2.要理解考试大纲的要求，讲课时要把考试大纲的主旨渗透在课堂上;

3.要理解课本的内容。

4.要理解应聘学校的学生的水平。

5.不能把大学学的而中学没学过的东西带入课堂，即使是正确的。

6.注意一节课的量的安排，在重点学校上一节课的内容，在普通学校可能需要三节课才能上完。好了，就总结到这里，明天还有一节，也有可能还是两节，加油!

I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

今天踌躇满志地去上课了，但是效果不让我满意，老师也只觉得还可以。

今天上的内容，按照一般的学生，我准备的内容应该是够讲的，如果是给重点学校的学生，还不够讲，但是我对这班学生的接受能力还是高估了，定义不明白，定义分析也不明白，例题也不明白，有点伤自尊。虽然老师说他们一般讲新课都有人听不明白的，但是我还是觉得我给他们上课，不明白的人会更多。仔细想了想，的确大部分责任在我身上。首先，我讲话太快了，他们反应不过来，其次，正如老师所说，在揭示定义那里，我讲的不透彻，讲的太粗糙太快了。还有就是我把握不住重难点。虽然这节课我一直问他们明不明白，他们一直说明白，但是我心里清楚，他们都不明白真正的内涵。总之这节课没有地方让我满意。看来我离一个合格的老师还有一段很长的距离啊。
