每年夏天，老师都会千叮咛万嘱咐，一丝不苟地教育我们，严禁去小溪、泳池游泳，可是有些同学就是不把老师的话牢记在心里，而是当作耳边风，一转身就忘了。导致发生了一件又一件的溺水事故，这些事故其实是可以防止的，但是还是发生了，难道这些导致溺水事故的原因是同学们不听劝告的后果吗?

当然，发生溺水事故的大多部分都是儿童，下面我就为大家讲述一起真实的溺水案例。今年的五月七日，一所中学八年级一班的一位女同学同班的两位同学在野外玩耍，下午约5点半返回途经挪城水库，那位女学生和一名同学不慎落水，另一学生立即呼救，水库管理员报警。5点40后落水学生被相继救上，并送往医院抢救。当晚7点左右，那位女同学不幸身亡。

下面，我跟大家说一说游泳的安全要点吧!

1、下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水;

2、下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋;

3、若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不能单独游泳;

4、不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，而且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全;

5、下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳;

6、跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全。

7、游泳时不要依赖充气式浮具，如游泳圈、浮床等，万一泄气，无所依靠，容易造成溺水事故。

8、遇到有人溺水时，应大声喊叫或拨打110请求协助，不可贸然下水施救。

今天是我暑期实习的第一天，早上醒的特别早，也有些兴奋，因为很早以前就盼着这么一天的到来到。在学校时总想着到外面的公司里去长长见识，对所学的知识有一个感性的认识。公司八点上班，我七点半就到了。我所实习的公司的全名是吴江南远电器有限公司，公司的主要产品是微电机。我任职于工程设计部。带着些几许敬畏和几缕不安，我踏进了总公司二楼的办公室(工程部)，跟部门经理(李经理)和各位同事简单的介绍了一下自己的基本情况，经理和同事们都非常友好。下午，一个人静静地坐着看看经理给我的相关工程设计的书本，如公司产品简介，CAD，UG等等，发现有很多东西都是在学校从未见识过的。

第一天上班，感觉还是蛮轻松的，所做的事情就是熟悉一下情况，工程里的一些工作章程，和设计人员的一些职责等等，整理一些存档的相关客户设计图，大致上熟悉设计的理念，虽然这样轻松，但收获还是很大的。俗话说的好：“良好的开端是成功的一半。”

2月19日，我在开始了实习教师的生涯。一个多月的实习，我受益匪浅。

实习内容主要是语文教学、班主任工作，此外，还有其他的一些工作。既然是实习教师，语文教学自然是重点。

我实习的班级____班，是一个很优秀的班级，他们的语文老师，也就是我的指导老师同时还是校长办公室的主任，颇受关注，他们使用的又是我所不熟悉的新教材，这些都让我颇感压力，因为我作为他们的实习老师，总是要给他们上课的。怎样才能上好课，怎样才能教好他们，正是我面临的一个重要而又迫切的问题。

思考之后，我决定先从指导老师的上课风格入手。既然指导老师教的这么成功，学习他的方法、吸收他的经验自然是一条捷径。实习开始的两周，我便专心听指导老师的课，揣摩他的教学风格。指导老师也很负责，很热心地告诉我怎么听课，在课堂上如何观察学生，如何针对不同的情况作出适当的反应，从而提高教学效果。总的来说呢，指导老师的教学风格是把课堂话语权交给学生，用他的话说就是一节课能让所有的学生都在听都能听明白都能学到东西，这堂课就算成功了。至于如何把话语权交给学生，主要就是采用教师点拨法，即设问析疑。所谓设问析疑，是教师首先由一篇课文的切入口入手提出问题，然后引导学生回答、分析疑问并由此转入另一问题，最后把学生引导到预定的教学目标中。通过这种设问析疑，在加上适当的讨论，某些课文再结合文体特点，采用品味法、朗读法进行教学。法国教育学家第惠多斯说过：教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。那么，怎么去激励、唤醒、鼓舞听课者呢?让他们参与课堂，给予他们更多的机会，惟有这样，学生才会更加的融入课堂，惟有这样，学生的语文水平才会有所提高。设问析疑无疑是一个较好保证学生参与课堂的一种的教学模式。经过多次实践，我发现这种教学模式有颇多好处，具体的说有助于学生思考多方面的意见，增强学生思维的灵活性，发展了学生清晰明白地交流思想和看法的能力，有助于发展学生分析和综合的能力，鼓励学生专心地有礼貌地倾听，使学生的想法和体验得到了尊重，使学生成为知识的共同创造者。总的说来设问析疑可充分增强学生的创造性、口头表达能力、应变能力以及学生的主动性。

在听课的同时，我也对班上学生语文水平进行了调查。通过作文的批改再加上自习时间和课下时间的了解，得知这个班的语文水平还可以，且全班的学习氛围很好，课堂纪律和作文上交情况都很好，学生课前预习也很自觉，更重要的是他们讨厌传统的语文教学，他们不喜欢老师垄断课堂。显然，指导老师的教学方法是十分适合他们的。

在备课方面，指导老师也给了我讲述了一些注意事项。备课时，不要巨细无遗，那样在上课的时候可能很难找到要讲的东西，只是提纲挈领的一些东西，再补充一些重要的关键性的知识，具体的用到的知识，自己应该十分熟悉，记在脑中。上课的时候不是照本宣科，而是根据课堂的进展情况，适时调整教学。

在指导老师的帮助下，我在语文教学这个方面的实习可以说还是成功的。

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in

Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of

factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply

electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the

manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the

A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

Today I stayed at home. So I was very bored. I didn’t know what to do. My

aunt said, “ Help me buy a packet of sugar.” “All right.” I said. I went out of

my house, then walked into the supermarket. After buying, I saw a little boy

fell to the ground. I picked him up, and he said,“Thank you.” After he left, I

went home. I helped a little boy today, I felt very happy.

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There

has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our

aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too.

Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live

more better tomorrow.

The delicious lunch

Today,when I went home after school at noon,the moment I opened the door,a

good smell drifted out.Then I saw my mother was cooking in the kitchen.Wow!That

were all my favorite food:lobsters,chiken wings,sweet and sour pork

ribs,kung-pao chiken and steamed fish.My mother said:“your uncle,aunt and your

little cousin will come to visit us soon.”No wonder my mother cooked so many

delicious.After we ate lunch,I felt very fulled,because the lunch was actually

tasted delicious,I hadnt eaten such tasty dishes for a long time.Then I played

with my little cousin,he is two years old,and he is chbby and very cute.

当我们踏入了厂线后，代班首先给我们讲的就是安全问题。听班长说就是在我们朝川，因为工作不认真谨慎，乱动设备而造成的失明，手指夹断，腿脚压伤压残等等都有出现过。这些听起来就让人心惊胆战的。的确，在现场如果忽视了安全问题就很容易发生公伤事故。当然承受痛苦的也是自己。因此，我们每天上班集合时都会一起喊口号：“安全第一”。为的就是要告诫我们自己不论做什么事都要三思而后行。更不要完全依靠自己的感觉和经验做事。
