It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were divided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

February 21st Sunday fine.

This Saturday, I learned to ride a bike, and I thought to myself, "will I fall down?" Thinking, thinking, feeling anxious.

I started learning to ride, and I rode carefully, and in less than 10 minutes I was going to ride, and I said to myself, "Im great!" Now my heart is more solid.

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mothers company. I sat in my mothers office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mothers office, I had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I cant do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

今天的心情比昨天要平静的多了，当进入教室看到学生们能够比较安静的坐在教室，心里有了些许的安慰。虽然学习任务不能及时完成，但我能看到孩子的进步，这让自己很欣喜。班级的厉馨睿是个十足胆小的女孩，每当我提问时都像没和她说话一样，连看都不看我，在我的再三鼓励下，终于能够鼓足勇气用蚊子振动翅膀的声音回答问题了，真是很高兴。因为之前她回答问题都是先哭再说话的。课下，我留心观察她，发现她也是很开朗的小女孩子，和小伙伴玩耍时也能听到那爽朗的笑声，也许是由于和老师不熟悉，不敢表现自己，对自己没有自信。于是，我让她给班级地面洒水，帮助同学擦桌子，在劳动中让她和同学多交流，也给她增加一份自信心。

厉馨睿的这个特点我转告了家长，但让自己的心理有些失落的是家长知道了后，把孩子臭骂了一顿，孩子哭了!

其实这个结果不是我想要的，只是想与家长交流学生在校的情况，让我们共同搭建一个桥梁，让孩子更好的成长。教育不但是老师的事，更是家长的长期职责，怎样的教育就会有怎样的孩子，教育不仅仅是为了学习知识，更是为了成长，生活。希望我和学生的家长都能不断的从实际中摸索、探讨出对孩子有利的教育方法，而非都是空谈。

担任一年级班主任，我觉得任重道远，肩上的担子格外的重了。

Today I was sad because I was blamed. The day before yesterday, my father gave me a tast. He told me to finish math exercises and he would check today. I have to days to finish them. But I did not, because there was a football game yesterday. I was so tired, so I forgot them. Today, my father wanted to check my exercises. He found I did not finish, so he scolded me. 我认为，实习生实习关键在于与学生打交道，与他们打交道是一门深奥的艺术!语文老师是所有老师中最累的.(要批改的作业最多)不仅仅教知识，还教大家如何做人.最令人遗憾的是，现在的教育对语文也不似其他课重视.大家都觉得语文最简单，语文的研究生考，真的吗?在这里我不想同大家讨论这个问题.听语文课，对于指导老师深厚的学术功底，很是佩服，越听越没底气，越听越觉得自己大学四年白混了.后来想想，其实要弥补这个缺陷并不难.第一，指导老师们教了十几年，翻来覆去就这么几篇课文，想不深厚也难啊;第二，大学教育是将简单的东西复杂化，而中学教育是将复杂的东西简单化，他有一个固定的模式.到时候教学相长，边教边补还来得及.我想最难的是如何引导学生.我们都是从学生过来的，我们都深深的明白一个好老师对学生的影响.有时候我们的教学理念有时候可能会左右一个学生的一生!当然，我并不是什么经验丰厚的专家，甚至什么经验都没有，只是对最近实习心得和各位同仁讨论一下而已.以下总结出三点. 首先，自己要心平气和.我们班有的同学性格特别温柔，一开始我就担心他们会受欺负，事实上也的确有，至于是谁我就不说了，大家猜吧.对于这类学生，我们要学会不怒而威，既要给玉米又要给大棒.我的指导老师说:在中学里，学生和老师的关系，就是天生的老鼠和猫的关系，顽皮的学生都是怕老师的.确实，实习老师对于整天处在繁重的学习负担下的学生来说，无疑是他们的新鲜空气，是他们觉得老师没那么神秘的快乐心情.他们捣蛋是可以理解的.如果你在管纪律时，学生不听，你就站在他身边一言不语，生气的看着他，他会觉得不好意思变乖的.沉默可真的是金哦.这一招，百试不爽!

元旦放假前的一天上午，我和孩子们在活动室上课，雨晴小朋友推门进来了，抱着一本崭新的挂历。高兴的对我说：“老师，送给你。”我顺手接过挂历，说：“谢谢你。”并送给雨晴一颗小红花。

到了下午孩子们陆续来到幼儿园，我正忙着进行午检，晓飞也带来了一本挂历。晓飞妈妈对我说：“晓飞上午放学回家说，送给老师挂历，就能得到小红花。”晓飞妈妈的话让我很尴尬，看着孩子期盼的眼神，我又不好意思解释什么，只好先收下了那本挂历。

我思前想后怎样处理两本挂历呢到了区域活动时间了，我打开挂历和小朋友们一齐欣赏，并告诉孩子们，挂历是雨晴和晓飞送给我们班的。我们该挂在那里适宜呢小朋友们争先恐后的说起来：“挂在娃娃家吧，挂在小超市吧。”我领着孩子们边鼓掌边说：“谢谢雨晴和晓飞。”并又送给晓飞一朵小红花。他们相互对望着，甜甜地笑了。

这件事虽然过去了，可它却时时提醒我，教师要时刻注意自己的一言一行，否则，将会玷污孩子们那纯洁的心灵。

工作的第一天，就遇到一个幼儿因为吃了凉的饭菜而呕吐。吓坏的我立刻带幼儿到洗漱间进行清洗，并告诉了其他的教师，而大家却觉得这个是很正常的事情，熟视无睹。当时给了我很大的刺激。由于幼儿吃饭比较慢，冬天饭菜没有吃完就已经冰凉。加之教师不停督促让幼儿吃干净，有的甚至一天吃三顿凉饭。所以我从那时起坚持每个中午晚回家一个小时，对平常吃饭慢的幼儿直接进行喂食。

我以为牺牲了自己的时间去照顾好了孩子，是个优秀的教师就应做的。殊不知，由于我的喂食而剥夺了幼儿自己进食技能的培养。代劳不是帮忙幼儿。

我们老师平时在工作的时候，往往是关心幼儿吃饭的多少，快慢、挑食等问题。很少思考到幼儿进食时的情绪，胃口等。这样一味的以成人的标准去要求幼儿，所以才会出现催食、喂食等现象。有时，教师在反复催食，或着特殊强调照顾时，也会给幼儿小留意灵带来无形的压力。进而更加恐惧甚至厌恶吃饭。

对待吃饭慢的，能够先给幼儿少盛，循序渐进。不要刻意的强调或者批评幼儿吃饭慢，少。或者直接代劳，拿过碗勺喂饭。但是我绝不让幼儿吃凉了的饭菜。饭前食欲的调动，舒适进餐环境的培养，及时的表扬等等方面做足功夫，也会有利于幼儿的进食。看似无所为，其实功效卓著。

今天，我们家举行了，家庭消防安全自查活动。我打开电脑，搜索了一些关于消防安全的资料。不一会儿，我就找到了一大堆有关消防安全的资料。我把这些资料抄到了纸上，开始进行检查。

我对照着纸上的资料，一条一条的检查。第一条是家里是不是有人抽烟我想了想没有，第一条通过。

第二条是家里的煤气灶烧东西烧完后有没有关闭煤气。我问了问经常烧饭菜的妈妈，最后得知原来煤气都没有关掉过，于是我告诉妈妈以后烧菜烧完后一定要关掉煤气否则的话很容易发生火灾。

第三条是看电视看完之后是否及时关闭电源，我询问了妈妈，爸爸，弟弟都没有人用完电视不关闭电源，这一条也通过。

第四条是电视离墙壁之间有没有空隙，是否能让风从中间穿过去。我来到爸爸妈妈的卧室检查了一下，没有问题。我又到自己的卧室检查了一下也没有问题。我又到奶奶的卧室检查了一下，没有问题，我又到客厅看了看也没有问题。这一条通过。

第五条是煤气罐的管子是否老化。我来到厨房打开装煤气罐的柜子，检查了一下煤气罐的管子，好好的，没有任何地方老化。这一条也通过了。

……

经过这一次的消防安全检查，我发现了家中存在着很多很多的消防隐患。并且在这次的自查中我了解到了很多很多的消防知识，比如说：

1、发现火灾迅速拨打火警电话119。报警时要讲清详细地址、起火部位、着火物质、火势大小、报警人姓名及电话号码，并派人到路口迎候消防车。

2、燃气罐着火，要用浸湿的被褥、衣物等捂盖灭火，并迅速关闭阀门。

3、家用电器或线路着火，要先切断电源，再用干粉或气体灭火器灭火，不可直接泼水灭火，以防触电或电器爆炸伤人。

4、救火时不要贸然开门窗，以免空气对流，加速火势蔓延。

我们要安全用火，不玩火，不乱用火。

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

If you want to ask me why we should study English, my answer will be simple

and clear. Now let me enumerate the reasons one by one in the following.In the

first place, English has become an international language. If you know English,

you can make a trip round the world without being misunderstood.In the second

This is our school. There are many classrooms in it. There are eight

周末，老师给我们布置了一项家庭作业。那就是让我们观看《中小学生安全教育》，一开始我很不以为然，认为那些灾害根本不可能发生在我的身边。

今天早上，当我还在睡懒觉的时候，妈妈就把我从梦中扯了出来，让我坐在电视机前等这个节目，当时我很不情愿，但当节目开始的时候，我被深深的触动了。

在节目中，通过案例分析以及专家的讲解，让我了解了在灾难来临的时候应该怎样自救。比如火灾来临的时候，我们应该迅速找到安全通道，尽量是身体贴近地面;有浓烟时，应用湿物捂住口鼻;若身上着火了应在地上打滚，将火扑灭。在农村，许多孩子的父母都外出打工，把自己的孩子交给年迈的父母照看。所以许多小伙伴都在没有父母照看的情况下私自结伴去河边游泳。在这时，溺水的情况就常常发生。由于溺水者缺乏自救知识，不知道应该把自己的口鼻露出水面，因此导致悲剧的发生。所以，当溺水情况发生的时候，我们不应该盲目的下水营救，应该呼喊大人相救。

随着节目的深入，也更加让我了解了交通安全的重要性。如在马路上行走的时候应靠右边行走;在过马路的时候应走人行横道;“红灯停，绿灯行”，“宁让三分，不争一秒”。

我们是祖国的未来和希望，安全教育对我们非常重要。通过这次节目，使我们树立了安全意识，了解了很多的安全常识，学会了自我保护，提高了应变能力。这次节目也更加让我明白了生活是美好的，生命是值得珍惜的。生命只有一次，让我们珍惜生命吧!
