I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house.I played with my

中共中央政治局5月13日召开会议，决定从今年6月开始，在全党自上而下分两批开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育。作为一名组工干部，扪心自问，组工干部的初心和使命是什么。

作为一名基层干部，在进入组织部之前一直在乡镇工作，乡镇工作事多、繁杂，打交道的对象都是村里老百姓。逐渐养成了豪迈、不拘小节的性格，只要按时把手上的工作做完，就万事大吉，至于各种细节、小节我都从不会去考虑。比如：在乡镇，写一篇材料从不会去考虑“打框架”“做构思”，从“百度”里一搜，找一篇下载，顺便改改就可以交差了，反正乡镇事多，能完成就已经很不错了;上级要求上报的表格，只要按要求填满就行了，还哪管逻辑对不对，只要能交差就行，实在不行，拿回来再改。在乡镇工作每天疲于应付上级的各种表格、材料，从来没有思考过工作的真正意义是什么、为什么要做这些事、如何能把手上的工作做好等，心中只奉行一条定律：事情太多，只要把工作按时完成就行。

2009年，我有幸参被借调到县委组织部帮助工作，逐步进入组工干部这个大家庭。刚开始进组织部的时候，很高兴。以为终于摆脱了乡镇繁琐的事务，春天不用下村劝老百姓调整种植结构，夏天不用防汛抗旱，秋冬不用森林防火，不用扯开喉咙和老百姓大声解释政策，不用每天下村进行各种摸底调查了。可是在组织部工作了一段时间之后，完全改变了我的看法。

“组织工作无小事”。在组织部，一篇材料要写好几个星期甚至好几个月，一改就是十几二十稿，组织部的材料不能出现任何差错，文中出现的每一句话、每一个文件，都要有政策依据，既要讲究政治高度，又要讲究理论深度。每次下发的文件都要核对3次以上，绝不容许有任何差错。组织部的任务重、工作急，不仅讲究高效率还要讲究高质量，加班加点是常态。在组织部，接到工作任务，应该从全局的眼光看问题，把事情的方方面面都要考虑到，怎样才能又好又快把事情做好。组织工作的政策性、原则性、严谨性很强，政策方面的答复不能轻易表态，这就要求组工干部每个人成为业务“行家里手”又要成为政策的“活字典”，我一度想过逃避，组织工作的要求高强度大，容不得一点点差错，我还不如回到乡镇，至少压力、工作要求、工作强度都不会这么大。但转念一想，我们工作的最初目的是什么?单单是为了每月的几千块钱工作，然后每天重复地做着不用动脑筋的工作?那人生将会一直简单重复下去，到老都没有什么值得可回忆的地方。所以我选择了留在组织部继续工作。

我认为作为一名组工干部，其初心和使命都落到一个“人”字上。共产党员宗旨就是“坚持全心全意为人民服务”，新时期组工干部要把群众利益放在第一位，真正体现出党群之间的“鱼水情”;要对不正之风勇敢说“不”，对自己高标准、严要求，以实事求是、勤奋踏实的态度对待工作;要摒弃陈旧思想，敢担当、善作为，敢于面对工作中的问题和困难，创新思路方法，立足实际，真抓实干，不负党和人民所托。

On Sunday morning, my parents took me to the zoo. We dint go there for a

long time. Last week, my classmates told me that the zoo added some funny

entertainment facilities. I was very curious. So, I asked my parents to took me

there and they promised to. We got there at 9 oclock. There were many people.

Most of them were parents and children. We first went to see the animal. I like

parrots most. And then we saw the animal shows. Elephants, tigers, lions and

monkeys did wonderful shows for us. People were happy, especially the children.

After that, we went to experienced the entertainment facilities. My mum was too

scared to be with us. So, only my dad and I played. It was so exciting, but I

was a little dizzy. However, I was very happy. It was a great day.

My name is Xiaoming and I like traveling very much. Last summar, I went to the Great Wall with my family.

It was fine that day. We went there by bus early in the morning. When we got there, there were many other visitors there. When my family and I went onto the Great Wall, we saw beautiful scenery(风景). We all were amazed(惊讶的) by how beautiful it was. We took quite a few photos there.

We had a good time there. The time flew by, and soon we had to go back. I was tired after traveling, but I really enjoyed visiting the Great Wall!

实习第一天，新鲜感是有的，但没有想像中那样激动；只是突然就紧张忙碌起来了...

我们这组17个同学分在了西安市第75中学，校车将我们送到目的地已快10点了。先是大家一起将行李被褥搬到宿舍，幸好有个男同胞寇斌帮了不少忙。我跟舍友晓迪富贵儿一直都在一起，也住在了同一个宿舍，心里深感安慰。老大去了陕重子弟中学，刘敏考研复习，朱自主实习去了公司，小晴子也是自己联系了学校。

看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。

之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，还有塑胶操场，其实这所学校能评上西安市重点肯定有一定的基础的。除了住宿，有些狭窄，我睡上铺，简直上不去也下不来，很费劲；而且还发现宿舍没有装暖气，对那些住校生们可真是个很好的锻炼，梅花香自苦寒来嘛！

一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和75中的校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有高中也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。我的名字在第二个写，当念我代初一2班时，失落的很；他突然又顿了顿“哦这个是班长啊，那分到高中组吧，高一1班。”我心里真乐开花儿了，我很是想教高中，也踏实了，否则我真一天天过的抑郁呢！

还给我们分了间办公室，是个暂不用的化学实验室，进去有股淡淡的化学药品的气味，但很宽敞。那个主任很细心，还让我去后勤领了饮水机和纯净水。

上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢！这样更真实也更容易接近。

然后去了高一组办公室跟班主任沟通，班主任办公桌对面碰巧就是英语老师的办公

桌，我们一起聊了聊。这两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。

下午第二节就是英语，我去听课，做了听课记录。

我们系主任让我和晓迪负责我们实习期间的事务。因此我们提前拟好的各项纪律制度，然后大家召集在一起开会。会后各自去吃饭，收拾东西。

在这里跟在学校实在没法比，尤其是时间观念。现在的中学生确实挺辛苦的，我也将跟他们一起遵守作息时间，共同度过这一个半月了。

希望我和我的学生们建立融洽的师生关系。

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special.

1.日记是用来叙述一天生活中发生的重要事情，特别是那些具有教育意义或值得今后回忆、查阅或参考的事情的一种应用文体。日记的素材应是最有趣或最有感受的一些事情。体裁通常是记叙文或简单的议论文。

2.英语日记的格式：一般是在正文左上角写明当天的日期(年、月、日)，星期几; 右上角写上当天的天气情况。下面一行可以写上日记小标题，也可以不写标题。

3. 英语日记的时态：写日记的时间，通常是在当天的下午或晚上，特殊情况下也可以是第二天补记，因此，所用时态多为过去时。但也应灵活掌握，如在说明天气、描写景色、议论某事、对话引语等情况下，也可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。

4. 英语日记的类型: 日记可分为记事、议论、描述及抒情等类型。记事 型日记，就是用英语记述当天自己生活、学习中发生的事情。议论型日记，就是对生活中的某一事情或情况、现象谈自己的看法，发表议论。描写型、抒情型，则是对某人物、事物的特征做细致的描述，或针对某事物抒发自己的感情。

5. 其他：日记多是记录自己经历过的事情, 故多用第一人称。日记一般按事情发生的先后顺序记述，所以有时需要借助一些表示先后顺序的词语，如：at first, afterwards, then, later on, soon, finally, at last等，以便使文章连接紧凑，过渡自然。

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the 1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

C)只有年、月：September 2004或the September of 2004(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first.

2、星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

Saturday，October 22nd，2004;October 22nd，2004 Saturday

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy 等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

Saturday，March 4，2004，Windy;1st January，2004，Fine

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

一.理清思路

你会不会觉得，心情不好时，写出来的东西就是在倾诉，在发泄？

记录下自己的愤怒哀伤，就像自己再一次经历一样？

在这种情况下，记录下来一些东西，其实是在帮你理清自己的思路。

脑海中看似有联系的想法，如：按照事件发生的时间顺序在你脑海中进行放映；或者某个事物触碰到你的愤怒点，从而让你产生因果联系。这些现象会让你有种错觉，认为自己在脑子里能够把事情的来龙去脉，甚至是每个细节，每个与之对应的情绪都能看得十分明白。一旦你有机会，将这件触动你的事情，在夜深人静时写下来，你就会发现，笔根本停不下来。

一个人的视野始终是有局限性的，只有当你写下来，在这个抽丝剥茧一字一字的缓慢进程里，你才能看到很多自己思想的局限性，这时候，你还会为这件糟糕的事情而心情不好么？并不会。

因为写字的时候，你会慢慢进入到理性思维，感性思维还在，但理性思维已经可以帮助你找到症结所在，让你不用再为此懊恼。这种客观的看待和分析，会让你平和下来。通常，在那些字的末尾，我们还会给自己做积极的心理建设。你看到的，只是你眼中的世界，并不代表真实。甚至，你分析的，只是用你自己脑子里存储的知识去分析的，也不代表全面。写字的好处，我也只能从我自己的经验和思考出发，给出我的回答。

浮躁是现代人的通病，费时费心力的写下自己的愤怒哀伤，还不如与朋友High歌一场，或是狂吃海喝一番有性价比。选一个娱乐的方式填满自己的时间，然后进行选择性遗忘。也许那些糟糕的事情可以静静待在你的内心深处。但要提醒的是，它们其实伺机而动，寻求着重见天日的机会。

从心理学的角度上来说，屏蔽掉那些糟糕的事情，也会让你在心里建立起一堵墙。无奈的是，这堵墙会同时将糟糕的和开心的事情阻隔在你的心门之外。这种心理防御机制的后果便是，你将变得无比麻木，对于开心的不开心的事情你都没什么感觉，生活也没了激情，甚至变得爱无能。

二，了解自己

生活平淡，开心或者无事，写下来就是流水账而已，浪费时间。

浪费时间？这个，取决于你怎么定义它

我们最常做的一件事：在电脑上看着电影同时吃着零食并且玩着手机，美名曰，效率。

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

记流水账也有好处啊。初中时我的日记都是以“今天我……”开头，然后就是一些流水账。慢慢地你会在一些小事情上也能发表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一条虫，你大可以进行谩骂，然后在这个场景里你或许会看到旁边的好友，他的反应是怎样的？你对他的反应有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展开下一个场景。

仅仅因为联想，你的大脑就比你想象的要八婆得多，你怎么会觉得自己的大脑空无一物，无事可写呢？

大脑的思绪纷繁杂乱，一天的起心动念有无数次，记流水账可以帮助你捕捉到更多内心的想法，觉察到更多生活中的细微真实之处，也会让你对自己更加了解。要客观的认识自己一件非常困难的事情，没有勇气剖析自己，面对自己的缺点和错误，就无法保持一个清醒的头脑对你手头的事情做出合理的决断和处理。

三，知行合一

你觉得自己浮躁吗？

当你无法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情时，不妨试试每天坚持写下日记随笔。

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

知行合一从古至今都很困难。日记随笔是个有利的载体，你写的字促进你“行”，你的“行”能矫正你的“知”，把你的“知”逐渐写下来，让“知”与“行”在一条道上重合，然后就能唤出阿拉丁神灯，达成所愿之事。

星期天，天气晴朗，阳光明媚，这正是出游的好日子，我决定和奶奶一齐去附近走一走，活动活动。

到了楼下，咦，怎样草地上有个小弟弟，我立刻跑过去一看，原先他正趴在草地上抓蚂蚱呀。哎呀!他旁边的草已经被压得直不起腰了，我立刻凑过去对他说“：小弟弟，请不要趴在草地上抓蚂蚱，你看，小草都被你压弯了”。“我抓蚂蚱关你什么事?”小弟弟说。没想到他脾气挺大，我耐心地说“：如果草都被你压弯了，草就起不了绿化的作用了”。“噢，对不起，我不就应压小草。”说着小弟弟就起身跑出了草地。

之后，我和奶奶继续向前走，走了一会，我说：“奶奶，我有点饿了”。“那我们就坐上公交车去万达广场买点吃的吧。”我们正说着就来了辆公交车，我们上车后发现正好有两个座位，我和奶奶一人一个坐下。这时，上了一个比我奶奶的年纪还大的爷爷，走路不稳，看到这样的状况，我连忙过去，“爷爷，您坐我的位置吧。”老爷爷看看我说：“真是好孩子!”叔叔阿姨也向我投来赞许的目光。

一会儿，到了万达超市，我买了一瓶牛奶，我边走边喝，不一会儿，就把牛奶喝完了。“喝完牛奶，瓶子怎样办呢?”我思索着，啊，前面刚好有个垃圾桶真是得来全不费功夫啊，我立刻把牛奶瓶扔了进去。一路上，我看到路边有纸屑，塑料袋等白色垃圾，便立刻跑过去捡起来，把它们扔到垃圾桶里，奶奶走路走得连连咳嗽，一口痰要吐出来，我忙从口袋里拿出纸巾接住，扔进垃圾桶里。

和奶奶回到家里，我情绪格外舒畅。这次出门，我懂得了很多，我学会了自律，心里充满了快乐，我觉得我长大了。

今天，也许是经过雨水的滋润与洗涤，村民言语里少了点顾忌;也许是对我们冒雨前来做工作的作风表示认可，无论是在村民家中或是屋檐下，我们讲政策、送信息，村民们表现出极大的理解和热情;我们访民情、收集民意，村民们也很主动。虽然今天入户数量不多，但感受颇深。他们谈到了家园建设、谈到了救灾救济、谈到了发展种养，谈到了惠农政策的宣传……

这些都是村民的所思、所想、所盼。那淳朴的表情、质朴的语言、简朴的方式，都是以往我们听汇报、看介绍、读材料所无法得知的情况，这些问题都是现实问题。下一步，我要想方设法去解决这些问题，首先要提高村委班子自身素质，增强凝聚力、战斗力和号召力，提高为民服务的能力。其次要从道路和水利项目建设上多渠道争取上级资金、政策的支持，争取早日硬化村道、解决村民饮水难问题。第三是要开展村容村貌整治活动，为村民创造一个舒适、卫生的居住环境。第四是要发动群众共同努力，利用本地资源优势，通过规模种植砂糖橘、软枝油茶、高脂松和养猪养鸡，使农民群众早日致富起来。
