Today we visited Red Star Farm.

Early in the morning, we met at the school gate and went there together.

About two hours later, we arrived. On arriving there, we were given a warm

welcome by the farm workers. Then one of the workers showed us around the farm.

We were very glad to see the crops and vegetables growing so well. At noon, we

had a picnic happily.

After the picnic, we enjoyed ourselves in the sunshine. We listened to

music, dancing and singing. Some were talking happily and even two of our

classmates played chess. How time flies! It was time for us to leave though we

didnt want to. It was really an unforgettable visit for us.

爱，是教师职业道德的核心，一个班主任要做好本职工作，首先要做到爱学生，爱学生是教师更是班主任的天职。一切超的教育艺术和教育方法，都蕴藏在教师对学生的热爱之中，没有热爱，就没有教育。这种爱，有着巨大的吸引力。

低年级的学生好动，好奇心强，他们会满校园跑，会大喊大叫，影响别人学习，会损坏学校的花草树木、教学设施。老师的一双眼睛要时刻盯着学生，一张嘴要时刻提醒学生，一双腿要时刻跟着学生，不给他们任何乱“跑”的机会，但总有个别调皮捣蛋的孩子时刻找机会脱离老师的眼线，甩开老师的叮嘱。小禾同学就是个最调皮的孩子，开学不到两星期，就被校长逮到了两次违纪情况，一会儿爬树，一会儿玩水，一下课是第一个跑出去，一上课是最后一个进教室，自然，他成了受教育的“专业户”，但是效果不大。最后采纳了校长的“欣赏教育法”，我让他管理班级中的一群调皮男生，自然小禾就有当“猴王”的良好感觉，总是“早请示晚汇报”，报告我谁在爬旗杆，谁在跳楼梯，谁趴在地上玩卡片……在管理别人的同时小禾改变了许多，他总是自觉汇报：老师，我今天没有去爬!在期末复习时他表现得很勤奋，写字也认真多了。

低年级学生的自制能力差，但模仿能力强，他的主要模仿对象就是自己的老师，所以，我在日常学习和生活中，时时处处给学生做好表率，要求学生做到的，自己必须做到，比如升旗时不讲话，吃饭时不吵闹。每天到教室，发现地上有纸我总是把它捡起来，这样的举措给同学们做了很好的示范作用，从此，同学们看见地上有脏东西就会主动打扫干净了，对这些同学我及时予以表扬，奖励五角星。

班主任工作是需要付出努力的，低年级的班主任工作往往需要我们付出加倍的努力，学生每一个好习惯的形成，都需要老师付出心血和汗水，甚至小到文具盒的开启、放置，都必须严格要求。但是，低年级学生年龄尚小，对学校的一切还不能完全适应，生活中还不懂得照顾自己，老师就必须时时关心学生的生活、学习，处处为他们着想，让他们体会到家的温暖。只有在学校里快乐，才能安心地读书学习。我相信，给孩子一个微笑，他会给你一个明媚的春天。他时刻提醒我，要爱学生，因为只有在爱的雨露下成长起来的孩子才是健康的。期末复习时，我对孩子们说：小朋友，在最后冲刺阶段，你们能做到更努力吗?他们的回答响亮极了：能!当中午的阳光照射进寒冷的教室，当我守候着学生，我的心感觉暖洋洋的。

总之，班主任工作是一项很繁杂的工作，每个班主任都有过酸甜苦辣，特别是小学低年级的班主任，既是老师，又像妈妈，要带好一班孩子，教育好一班人，确实不容易。记得伊索寓言中那个太阳和风比本领的故事吗?“温和与友善永远强过激烈狂暴。”当我满怀爱心去对待学生时，我已在爱中获得了爱，那爱，在若干年后回味起来，一定会透着几许温馨和幸福。

或许我做不到像考拉小巫那些拼，那样孤注一掷。但她的生活态度和想法对我来说很有启发。

书中的“傻子哲学”很有意思：为什么傻子能成功，是因为傻子很傻，他不管自己是不是能做成，也不管别人怎么笑话他，也不管遇到多少困难，他只是一个人傻头傻脑地一直做。而聪明人很聪明，他总是会考虑自己目前的目标对不对，会不会有更好的办法，能不能抄捷径省时间。最后，聪明人选了一条路又一条路，每条路都刚走了一点点就又换，所以，他总是在离起点不远的地方徘徊。而傻子却在一条路上一直走，虽然他速度慢，但他一直都在坚持。最后，傻子比聪明人先到达了终点。”其实傻子的哲学不复杂，就两个字“坚持”。

生活中有很多这样的聪明人，这样的人真的很搞笑，事情没做之前，总担心这害怕那，担心会失败，你把时间花在无谓的担心上，根本都还没做，当然不可能成功，有时候我们需要点傻子精神，一根筋到底。

这是书中最让我感动的一幕：十二月里天气越来越冷，楼道里也很冷，但是我每天都把板凳从自习室里搬出来，坐在楼道的走廊里，把电脑架腿上，一边计时连口语题，一边给自己录音。说一道录一道，录完以后认真听，不满意了就重录，每道题都是录到自己完全满意的地步才继续下一题。当时我一直在矫正牙齿，满嘴上下都戴着布满细铁丝的牙套。由于练口语的缘故，嘴唇和舌头总是被无数次划破，一被冷风吹就特别疼，吃饭的时候也很困难，经常饿肚子。

成功无捷径，需要我们在梦想的征程中勇敢、坚持、不顾一切。

今天，在将教案交给管老师审批通过后，我开始为第一次的课堂教学做准备，制作课件。

以前在如皋高等师范学校，也开设过这门信息技术课程。我们都学过，但印象不深，到现在也快忘得差不多了。所以不得不重新拿起电脑，一步一步地从头摸索起来。

我边摸索边想：自己以前的学习太过功利了，总以为这些课程有什么用呢？学的时候可以不用太过上心，所以没好好地努力学，只能留着现在后悔了。

但现在我明白这些道理，也许还不算晚。人的一生要做很多事情，有意义或无意义的有的事情的意义和价值不是现在立马就能显现出来的，有可能要等到几年、甚至几十年以后，我们方能体会到他们的价值。

I went to watch the movie Wolf warriors 2 today

I went to watch the movie Wolf warriors 2 today as I heard it was a big hit

in China. I am not the biggest fan of WuJing(the director and leading role of

the movie), but this movie he direct really impressed me. I have watched Wolf

Warrior which I would consider as a good movie, but II is way much better. It is

the first Chinese movie that is built on the context of African country and

actually shot in South Africa, bearing the risk of suffering the disturbance on

the set. The way the plot unfolds and the courage and patriotism is delivered to

its audience makes it more than a simple action movie. Love this movie and will

go for it a second time!

现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! Li Ming is my classmate, he is always the best student in my class. The

teachers speak highly of him all the time. I wondered how he can do so well, so

I talked to him. He told me that he kept reading books every hour a day, if he

was busy, he would do it before sleeping. I thought about most of us, we could’t

wait to play computer games after we finished the homework. I could find

something was different between Li Ming and other students, now I understand

why, reading the books broadens his vision and enriches his mind, helping him to

be a better man. So I make up my mind to keep reading.

I will have a seven-day holiday next week. In these days, I have many

things to do. First, I must finish the exercises left by teachers, Chinese, math

and English. It may take me two days to finish. I plan finish them in the first

and second day. And then, I will go to see my grandparents with mom and dad. I

miss them very much. So do they. I will stay there for three days. The last two

days, I want to have a good rest or play with my friends. It’s my own time, so

that I want to spend it with my friends. This is my plan for the holiday. What

Its a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. 第一天的实习，我有些拘谨。毕竟第一次坐在开着冷气的办公室里，看到别人进进出出，忙碌的样子，我只能待在一边，一点也插不上手，心想我什么时候才能够融入进去呢。虽然知道实习生应该主动找工作干，要眼力有活，可是大家似乎并没有把我当作一个迫切需要学习的实习生看待，每个人都在忙着自己的工作。这样的处境让我有些尴尬，当即有些气馁的认为，难道我就这样呆坐到实习结束?难道大家都信奉那句教会小的饿死老的那句话?可是一想到目前大学生的实习情况似乎都是这样时，我马上开始平静自己的心情，告诉自己，不要急慢慢来。之前在家我在网上曾查了一些资料，我想应该会对我实习有帮助。

公司并没有太多人，我认识了一个师傅。在他身上学到了很多东西，有一些确实是在学校里学不到的，就是一种对事业的专注和勤奋的精神。第一天去那里的时候，那里他交代了一下我的工作内容，刚开始我还觉得蛮紧张的，再和他的交流之后，我渐渐的放松了自己。他就叫我先看他们以往所制的会计凭证。由于以前在学校模拟实践经验，所以对于凭证也就一扫而过，总以为凭着记忆加上大学里学的理论对于区区原始凭证可以熟练掌握。也就是这种浮躁的态度让我忽视了会计循环的基石——会计分录，以至于后来朱会计让我尝试制单的良苦用心。于是只能晚上回家补课了，把公司日常较多使用的会计业务认真读透。
