今天是暑假的第一天，我经历了一件很特别的事情：一个人在家。相信很多和我同龄的人都经历过一个人在家，但是像我这么长久的独自在家应该并不多见。

在学校开完休业式，已是中午时分。正午时分的太阳太大方了，把所有的光芒都洒向大地，金色耀眼的光简直可以把草的水分全部晒干，我稍稍一踩就可以粉碎成灰。我顶着烈日，稍微动一动，身上的汗就流成了小河，我只能一步一步地向校外“爬”去，就在我无助的时候，救星妈妈开着车来接我了。但是妈妈接我回家吃完午饭，就打算出门工作了，而且晚饭也不能回家吃。这也意味着暑假中我的第一个考验来临：长达6小时的独自在家而且还要独自做饭。

两点钟，妈妈走了，我情不自禁的想往电脑边靠，可我也在一遍一遍的告诫自己不能玩游戏，不能辜负妈妈的信任，几个小时忍下来了，我终于抵制了游戏的诱惑，我感到很自豪。接下来就是最令我难忘的一件事，要单独烧一顿晚饭。我想了好久，决定做我最拿手的番茄蛋汤，我做的汤在家庭菜谱中颇有名气。但是，以前都是在妈妈的辅助下完成的，今天就是完完全全地由自己主勺了。结果在烧的时候状态百出：首先我自作多情地加了一块黄油，结果不仅没让汤变得美味，而且在放进去的时候溅了我一胳膊的汤，要不是我用冷水洗了几遍，我的胳膊就会变成生烤人肉片了。另外，然后，因为懒，淀粉和水没有和好，倒到汤里调汁的时候变成一个一个块状物体，吃的时候简直恶心得我想吐了。

第一次在家，第一次烧饭，这虽然是一个艰难的过程，但也是一件有意义的事情，它让我知道做饭是多么不容易，父母照顾我们多么的不易。还让我知道，我完全可以依靠内心的力量抵制游戏诱惑。这次一个人在家的经历令我终生难忘。

今年4月15日是新国家安全法通过后的__全民国家安全教育日。国家安全教育首次被提到如此高度，主要与当前国家安全形势已发生巨大变化有关。

在改革开放之初，中国领导人对国际国内形势有一个简洁明了的判断，即对外，世界大战打不起来;对内，阶级斗争不是主要矛盾，因此需要抓住机遇，以经济建设为中心，一心一意搞建设、谋发展。我们在改革开放30多年里取得了巨大的经济社会发展成就。如今，中国已经成为世界第二大经济体，中国企业已经走向世界，于是在中国利益增加以及利益对外扩展的情况下，安全问题便越来越多、越来越突出了。

一、“国家安全”离国民生活并不远

以国民安全为例，比如，无论在世界任何地方，新闻中一播发发生重大交通事故、自然灾害的报道时，我们马上担忧是否会有中国人伤亡。这些年来，赴海外旅游、留学、探亲、经商、打工的中国人越来越多，遍布世界上安定的或不安定的国家和地区。走出去的人多了，发生危险的可能性在增加。如何保障海外公民安全，也是近年来讨论最多的一个话题。

从这个意义上看，“国家安全”四个字，其实离国民的生活并不远。国家安全教育已经不仅仅是防范泄密、反间谍或者国防军队方面的教育，而是适应新形势下的总体国家安全观的教育。

中国国家领导人于提出总体国家安全观，以人民安全为宗旨，以政治安全为根本，以经济安全为基础，以军事、文化、社会安全为保障，以促进国际安全为依托，走出一条具有中国特色的国家安全道路。

当前的国家安全教育应该有四个方面的主要内容：第一，是对总体国家安全观的理解教育，即对其内容、内涵的教育;第二，是国家安全法制教育，包括新的国家安全法、反间谍法、反恐怖主义法和我们的宪法、刑法中有关国家安全的规定，以及包括《反分裂国家法》在内的一系列国家安全法律体系的教育;第三，是要进行国家安全战略教育，中央通过了《国家安全战略纲要》，纲要内容应该让全国人民了解，特别是领导干部、高级领导干部需要对此了解掌握;第四，是要进行国家安全管理的体制、机制的教育，也就是要让人们明白中国的国家安全决策是如何出台的，管理的机构、机关都有哪些部门。比如，中央成立国家安全委员会，国安委要做哪些工作需要使全民有所了解。

二、安全教育重点对象首先是党政干部

根据上述四个方面的国家安全教育内容，显然，国家安全教育的重点对象首先是党政干部、高级领导干部。因为总体国家安全观是对全国的、全面的国家安全的规范、规定，应是高级领导干部必须了解掌握的内容，所以在党校、行政学院系统，要开设这样的课程，这是今后国家安全教育的一个重点所在。

其次，重点教育的对象应该是在国家安全职能部门工作的人员，这些部门包括了国防、外交、隐蔽战线上的国家安全部门，以及公安等涉及国家安全工作的部门。

当然，普通百姓也需要接受国家安全教育。这些年暴露出的很多问题显示，年轻人、尤其是大学生群体在国家安全意识方面比较薄弱。比如网上交友时、微信联络时，都有可能被利用。在高等院校，国家安全教育领域有两点需要提高：一是大学里应该开设国家安全这个专业，培养专门的国家安全人才;另一个是各专业的课程中应加入国家安全教育方面的内容。

三、已经进入安全和发展并重的阶段

具体在有关总体国家安全观的教育中，也需要重视以下内容：

1、要进行以人民安全为宗旨、国家安全一切为了人民、一切依靠人民的教育。以人民安全为宗旨，可以说是总体国家安全观的第一要义，总体国家安全观的教育首先要把这点讲清楚，特别是给国家安全工作机构讲清楚，给领导干部讲清楚，使国家安全的机关、机构职能部门能够在实际工作中真正落实、贯彻总体国家安全观的第一要义。

2、要普及五个“既重视又重视”。既重视外部安全又重视内部安全，也就是说，我们国内的安全、内部的安全，现在是安全工作的重点所在;既重视国土安全又重视国民安全，这也是一切依靠人民、一切为了人民的核心理念的体现;既重视传统安全又重视非传统安全，如网络安全问题、信息安全问题、生态环境安全问题等非传统安全问题，需要被重点关注。

此外，既重视发展问题又重视安全问题，经过近四十年的发展，中国的经济社会已经取得了巨大的成就，但是安全问题越来越突出，在这种情况下，我们的安全问题应该和发展问题放在同等重要的地位上。过去，我们一直有发展战略，如每五年制定一个经济社会发展规划，现在我们有了自己的安全战略，应该说已经进入了安全和发展并重的阶段。

最后，既重视自身安全又重视共同安全。换句话说，在当代全球化的形势下，任何一个国家都不可能独善其身，必须和世界其他国家联合起来解决反恐的问题、发展的问题，只有合作才能共赢。

National Day, Mom and Dad took me to Suzhou on Saturday farm, where fun.

There, I ride the horse, when the back of the brave little knight. I gave the old goat the leaves, my God! 最近，

我参加了寒假安全教育活动。这个活动让我学到了许多以前不知道的知识。例如：火灾、地震时要镇静，如果正在烧饭要先关了煤气罐再跑;火灾时要用毛巾捂住口鼻，不要乘电梯，要爬楼梯，要匍匐前进，因为毒气总飘在上面。地震时要跑到空旷的地方去。如果来不及，就躲在桌子下面。地震时不要去窗边……还有许多游戏让你知道交通安全和交通标志。

The Olynpic Games The Olympic Games, first held in 776BC, has a history of more than one thousand yiars. The Games is held every four years. Many countries try their best to bid forhosting the Olympic Games. And every country does its best to get more medals in the Games. In 2000, the city of Sidney held the 27th Olympic Games. Over one hundred countries all over the world took part in it. We won 28gold medals that year. China, a major sport country, will hold the 29th Olympic Games in 2008. People from all walks of life are participating in various activities and making good preparations for it. There are five rings on the Olympic flag, which are considered to symbolize, the five continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and America. The Olympic motto is: "Swifter, higher, stronger." The Games can promote the understanding and friendship among different peoples and different nations.

In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places,

including big cities, small towns, famous mountians and so on. Therefore, I like

traveling and I hope I can visit to many more places. Since then, I hope I can

be a tour guide in the future, so I can travel to many tourist attractions.

Besides, I can meet various people and I think communicating with different

people is interesting, wchich can broaden my field of vision. I hope they can

share their life stories with me so that I can know the general life of a place.

I know it would be a challenging job, but I believe I can do well in my job.

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. 今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

当今的英语课堂已经不再像过去传统教学中的“一言堂”那样枯燥乏味，特别是在小学英语课堂中，听听做做、说说、玩玩、演演、唱唱、跳跳、掌声、笑声充满了整个课堂。小学英语教学充满了生机活力和人文的关怀。但是，小学英语教学，只是玩玩乐乐吗？

我的教学过程是这样的：

热身：听听做做，师生自由交谈（称赞学生，询问对方姓名、询问所喜欢的食物。）

复习：播放VCD、展示12种食物。

导入：运用图片或实物学习rice ,bread , milk ,What would you like ? I ’ d like……

操练：读一读、读音对比读，不同语调读，不同感情读，拼拼读读，听录音跟读。说一说：简单造句，看场景编对话，做游戏“悄悄话”。

思考：看VCD进行思想品德教育：多吃饭，少吃零食、健康饮食、节约粮食供应。

讨论：小组讨论水和重要性。
