在生活中身边的人大多认为我性格较温和可亲,但我认为自己仍然在某些公共场合需要变得胆大心细,更加有魄力和自信才好。比如一些辩论赛当众演讲等,我就需要增强自己的口才技能与现场逻辑思维与反应敏捷性了。归根结底,我的第一步要做的就是建立信心。自信心是一切成功的基石。只要让自己相信自己的才干能力,才有可能激发内在潜能和取得胜利的果实。那么如何才能让自己拥有自信力呢?我试图在智慧书海中寻求想要的答案,以下就是我自己阅读过后总结的重要两点。

第一点,从外在自信开始建立自信心。人们都认为光鲜亮丽的外在形象要比邋遢的形象让自我感觉更加有信心,也大大增加了成功的机会。事情确实如此,因为我们的外在形象的好坏与否,是会影响我们对自我内在能力的肯定或怀疑。所以说让自己保持一个成功者的积极外在形象,就会慢慢增加我们对自我信心的认知:我看上去是个成功人士,而我肯定也是个成功人士啦。

第二点,通过与人交流、阅读、旅游等开阔视野、知识内涵的提升来慢慢建立自信心。正是因为内在世界的丰富充实让我们变得更加自信,我们通过阅读量的积累,实践经验的丰富,与人交流的深刻体验,我们自然而然地由无知变成有知再到全知的状态,这是我们的心态更加理性积极,人也就更加自信了。

要想生活过得快乐,也必须有自信。如果你去应聘,在招聘人员面前。自己对自己都没有信心,又怎能让别人信任你呢?自信会使你创造奇迹,应该无时无刻相信自己,自信也是能让你建立乐观的生活态度的一把钥匙,它能打开心灵,深入心灵。做一个自信的人,相信自己,不放弃,总会成功的,以前当我碰到一些失败的事、困难,被低落的情绪所打倒、甚至跌入了无底深渊,后来当我取得某些成就时,慢慢对自己恢复自信,所以,思想也得到了改变,生活也快乐。失败同样,有意义,它只是我一个偶尔有的挫折、绊脚石,不会影响我的今后快乐。

内心的自信才是真正的自信!我们什么都可以低下,唯有心灵不能低下,只要我们对生活充满自信,生活才会多姿多彩。

These feelings will change as you grow and experience more things in your life.

It can be painful to think about the root of your bad feelings, but it is healthy to root out something that is hidden deep inside and to work through it.

You’ll feel better inside and outside and look better too!Take time every night to plan for the next day. By planning ahead we avoid mistakes that make us feel bad about ourselves.

There is an interesting study that shows that there may be a trick to meeting our behavioral goals more quickly. Think about yourself in the third person as you evaluate your progress.

The study measured the progress in two groups of people who were attempting to make a positive change in their lives. The people who participated in this study were divided into two groups. One group was encouraged to think in the first person. The second group was encouraged to think of their progress from an outsider’s point of view.

从电视上,从报纸上,从网络上都能看见我国新疆维吾尔族自治区的伽师、巴楚“2·24”大地震。

我看着网上那一幅幅已倒塌的房子的照片,真是一阵阵心寒。这次的地震又夺去了268人的生命,其中村长——达吾提少吾提同志就失去了五位亲人。

据说他探望病人,回来的路上,发现地面上,裂开一条长逢,接着像拖拉机的一声巨响,那一排排房子一幢接着一幢倒塌下来。过了好一会儿,老人才赶快向家里跑去。结果,两个子女、两个孙子以及儿媳妇的生命全都丧失在这场地震之中。

好好的一家人就在几小时内,已经变成生死离别。这两个幼小的孙子,跟着我们一样有远大的理想,还有漫长的前途,却不幸的去世了。不要伤心了,失去亲人的同志们。我知道,与一个人相处的很好时却突然逝世了是痛,是刀割。但是,你们要坚强。知道吗?死去的亲人在九泉之下也不会看着你们绝望的样子。

房子塌了,亲人去了,羊圈也砸了。一切的一切都没有了,可是你们要有重建家园信心,因为党依然帮助你们,党的关怀将时时刻刻在你们的身边。海外的华人们都很关心你们,也感到怜惜。我们将和你们一起奋斗起来,只要五十六个民族团结起来,你们仍然感受到大家园的温暖。现在就已经有千万余元救灾款和大量的物品资助你们了上学、重建家园。

坚强起来,失去亲友的人们。你们一定不会辜负在九泉之下的亲人的。哭是没有用的,不能让亲人们复活。而是要靠实际行动的。我相信我们一定能行!

我想,2·24地震是新疆维吾尔族自治区最大的一次地震。我们以后让张衡制作的地震仪器在天气预报中提醒我们,让我们做好一切措施,就不会损失惨重了,让五十六个民族的华人平平安安的,万事如意!
