引领我开始小学生活的是周先红老师。是她，领我认识了这个美丽的书香校园;是她，教会我怎样做一名小学生;是她，鼓励我在课堂上积极发言，培养了我的自信心。

四年级的时候，我又遇到了姜笑光老师。她不仅注重我们的学习，还十分关心我们的身体。那年冬天，我三天两头地感冒，上课经常因为咳嗽而呕吐。姜老师看到了，语重心长地对我说：“昂然啊，光学习好不行，还要注意锻炼身体”。后来，在平时的千米跑中，老师让我在外圈跟着走。渐渐地我开始能坚持跑下来了，天长日久，我的身体强壮了很多，跑操对我来说再也不是什么难事了。

刚上五年级的时候，我的思想比较浮躁，学习态度不认真，这种苗头被我的班主任邹翠华老师发现了，她多次找我谈心，教育我要有一个好的学习态度。她还主动和我妈妈沟通，帮助我端正学习态度。后来，我上课认真听讲，积极发言，老师也经常表扬我的进步。

不仅如此，邹翠华老师还经常鼓励我们多读书，她经常对我们说：“只有养成好的读书习惯，才能写好作文”。有时，她自费买来一些适合我们读的好书，送给学习进步的同学，这让我们十分感动。

冬日的夜总是早来许多，望着无尽的黑和微弱的月光，不禁感怀，口中流露出一句经典的诗词：“举头望明月，低头吸雾霾。”

我生活的城市是一座美丽的海滨小城，依山傍水，碧海蓝天，四季都美不胜收，是外地人必选的旅游之地，“烟台”这个名字已经成为妇孺皆知的人间仙境.....

不知从什么时候起，一位外地游客来到这里，它硕大的身躯挡住了一片天空，它的呼吸带着各种化学物质，它的到来使人们都戴上了一个小小的面具——口罩。是的，它就是北京等全国各地共同的游客：雾霾。第一次了解雾霾是在柴静的一本名叫《看见》的书上。早在1976年左右，山西风景如画，天空湛蓝。等到2006年她再次回到山西，早已没有当年的样子了，她问着一个孩子是否看过星星和天空，孩子摇头，没见过。两个庞大的工厂建在离校50米到100米处，仅隔10米便看不见任何东西。雾霾吸取了污水和污染土地里的一切化学物质，在中国的上空飘浮，尽情享受和呼吸。

雾霾就是一个巨大的病菌，它肆意传染着致癌物，它的病根，也就是雾霾的凶手，可谓是远在天边，近在眼前，造福人类却不考虑后果。原来我们共同的敌人便是自己。倘若一个人连蓝天都没有见过，连呼吸都困难，连吃喝都不能放心，那他该如何生存呢？

爸爸妈妈曾给我讲过曾经的生活，随便一个池塘便可游泳捉虾，随便一棵果树便可摘果攀爬。还我青山绿水吧！那些工厂都过于疲惫，是时候歇息歇息了。

多年后，仍是此诗传诵下去，还是李白的那首《静夜思》引发我浓浓的思乡之情
