在往后的日子里，我要再接再厉学习英语，因为我是那么地尊敬我的英语老师——Mrs.李。

人未到，声先闻，吵闹的教室立刻安静下来，许久才出现的老师视乎每次都是用那走路声给我们传递她要来的信号。她犀利的眼神不用说一句话就让我们心惊胆战。这就是我的英语老师，温柔的外表火辣的性格。

你们不会以为我们的英语老师就只是严肃的角色吧，她还有好玩的一面呢，记得那是一年冬天，正在上课，外面下起大雪，整个班都很兴奋，老师说：“看你们这么兴奋，那下课我们去打雪仗吧，输了的一方要抄一百遍英语单词”，全班欢呼声。她，也视我们为好朋友，那年打的雪仗是我这辈子难以忘怀的一次经历。第一次与老师这样相处，很开心。

To avoid hitting it, he suddenly tuned his car. It skidded off the road and hit

a big tree. The driver and his passenger were injured.They were badly cut by

glass from the broken windscreen.Mr Lee quickly stopped his car by the side of

the road. His wife got out of the car to help the injured. The lorry driver also

stopped to help. Mr Lee drove off to telephone the police . About twenty-five

minutes later, a police car and an ambulance arrived. The injured were carried

into the ambulance and taken to hospital.

The policemen took down details of the accident. Mr Lee and the lorry

driver told them all they could remember. The policemen thanked them for their

help. Mr and Mrs Lee got into their car and continued their journey home.

曾记得有这样一位和蔼可亲的幼儿园老师。白发苍苍的她，在这所幼儿园干了几十年。从一位年少气盛的小女孩，慢慢地变成了一位老态龙钟的老阿姨。尽管岁月的痕迹在她的脸上清晰可见，尽管她已经不再年轻，可是不变的，始终是挂在她脸上那个灿烂的笑容。清晨，她笑脸相迎;黄昏，她笑脸相送。在我的印象中，她是一位平易近人的好老师，从不发脾气。那时的我很调皮，经常和几个男孩，把教室搞得人仰马翻、鸡犬不宁，可她总是用她的笑容感化我，不知疲倦地替我收拾残局，然后用她那双枯瘦的手，抚摸我的头，轻轻地说：“你怎么一点都不像个女孩子呢?”我听了总是似懂非懂地看着她，不好意思地笑起来。她很辛苦，每天从早忙到晚，有时还要为一些小小孩端屎端尿，可她却总是笑容满面地做完每一件事情。是的，老师的笑容多亲切啊!它如缕缕春风，滋润了我们这些犯错孩子幼小的心灵。“累并快乐着”，她是这么想的，也是这么做的，怀着那颗真挚的爱心，她包容了所有犯错的孩子。尽管工作很辛苦，可她却永远快乐，永葆青春。

还记得有这样一位小学老师，瘦瘦的、高高的。每次，他都早早地来到学校，和我们一起早读。虽然他的普通话不是很标准，可是他却坚持三年如此。有时候，我们班会有几个调皮的学生对他的“锡普” 实在忍无可忍了，就当着全班同学的面，大声地指出他的发音错误，他也不发脾气，欣然接受，还笑盈盈地说：“谢谢你，你的小耳朵真灵。我就是要向你们学普通话。”质朴的语言，坦荡的胸襟，透露了这位男老师“教学相长”的品质。不光如此，他还饱读诗书。他最擅长的，就是把语文课上成评书课。每次新课文的第一课时完了之后，他的结束语都会是：“要知故事如何?请听下回分解。”课堂中都会传来“哈哈哈哈……”的笑声。他严谨治学，对于补差也毫不含糊，总是把那几个“宝贝蛋”拉在身边，背课文、默词语，花了不少心思和时间。可是，他也有一个不好的毛病，就是抽烟很厉害。小学毕业，我和几个同学相约回母校看望小学老师，从别的老师口中得知他因病住院了。我们心急火燎地赶到病房，看着病床上已经被病魔折磨得枯瘦如柴的他，回想起上他课时，他每次讲课讲到兴奋的时候，那猛烈的咳嗽和涨红的脸，心中隐隐作痛，如今他再也回不了讲台了。是的，老师的工作很辛苦，粉尘的污染，学生的捣蛋，无不摧残着为师人的身心，可是，我从恩师脸上感受到了他心中那份“累并快乐着”的无怨无悔。秉着这样的诚心，才会有那么多平凡的老师，耕耘在教育第一线，培育着幼苗。他们真正做到了“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”。

记忆的画笔又为我描绘出了这样一位老师：胖胖的、黑黑的，可是说是其貌不扬的一位普通的初中化学老师。他是在我印象中最敦厚的一位老师了。每次临考前，他总是不慌不忙地给我们打气，帮我们减压。平时上课，也总是用他那特有的磁性声音，解说着繁琐的化学问题。这是因为如此，班上的几个调皮鬼就开始不听他的课了。一次测验，那几个人便挂起了“红灯笼”。老师急了，每次上课两眼都紧盯那几个人，还不时走到他们课桌前，对他们嘘寒问暖，仔细询问他们有什么不懂的可以马上提出来，帮他们解答。碰到他们有什么不会的题目，他都会拿本小本子，详细地写下来，等放学或午休的时候，就早早地来到教室，把问题一一给他们解答清楚，直到他们弄懂为止。老师知道他们底子差，所以难的题目他们就自然免做了，为此还特意给他们准备了其他的作业，给他们打基础。初中毕业考试的时候，那几个“红灯笼”常挂的同学，破天荒地及格了，不仅如此，他们还都超过了学校的平均分。毕业聚会的时候，那几个同学拿着酒杯，恭恭敬敬地向他敬酒致谢，我们都看到老师眼中噙满了泪水。是的，他用自己的信心和耐心抓住了每一个孩子，不让他们掉队。他明白，只要他们成绩上去了，“累并快乐着”。他也明白，教育不是放弃弱小，是一种诲人不倦，是一种迎难而上。

老师，被人们尊称为“太阳底下最光辉的职业”。那是因为每一位老师都在用爱心来感染孩子，用诚心来更新观念，用信心来勉励学生，用耐心来耕耘事业。每一位老师都很平凡，他们知道“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去”，他们理解学陶、师陶的真正用意，可每一位老师又不平凡，他们在辛酸和劳累中浅尝着胜利的甘甜，分享着收获的喜悦，他们都是“累并快乐着”。

今天，是我们的不对，上课您来了许久，我们还在说话玩耍，我也反思到是我们的不对，请您原谅我们吧!我们是因为爱上副科的诱惑之心，才使我们这么大胆的说话，我们也不是故意的，老师您原谅我们吧!小小的粉笔就是你的双手，上课的铃声就是你征程上的冲锋号角。为了我们您废寝忘食，为了我们您鞠躬尽瘁，您无怨无悔，心甘情愿!多少个日日夜夜你无眠，多少回风风雨雨你闯过。一路的酸甜苦辣，一路的欢声笑语，您与我们一起渡过，我们的一声感激会让你甜蜜永久。您像蜡烛一样，燃烧自己，照亮别人。

老师，您尽职尽责，铁面无私，作为组长也应该这样，我要向你学习。
