在节目中，通过案例分析以及专家的讲解，让我了解了在灾难来临的时候应该怎样自救。比如火灾来临的时候，我们应该迅速找到安全通道，尽量是身体贴近地面;有浓烟时，应用湿物捂住口鼻;若身上着火了应在地上打滚，将火扑灭。在农村，许多孩子的父母都外出打工，把自己的孩子交给年迈的父母照看。所以许多小伙伴都在没有父母照看的情况下私自结伴去河边游泳。在这时，溺水的情况就常常发生。由于溺水者缺乏自救知识，不知道应该把自己的口鼻露出水面，因此导致悲剧的发生。所以，当溺水情况发生的时候，我们不应该盲目的下水营救，应该呼喊大人相救。

随着节目的深入，也更加让我了解了交通安全的重要性。如在马路上行走的时候应靠右边行走;在过马路的时候应走人行横道;“红灯停，绿灯行”，“宁让三分，不争一秒”。

我们是祖国的未来和希望，安全教育对我们非常重要。通过这次节目，使我们树立了安全意识，了解了很多的安全常识，学会了自我保护，提高了应变能力。这次节目也更加让我明白了生活是美好的，生命是值得珍惜的。生命只有一次，让我们珍惜生命吧!

今天下午，天气晴朗，陈老师带领我们全班去参观台州市公共安全教育馆，我按捺不住自己兴奋的心情。

台州市公共安全教育馆位于浙江省台州市祥云路128号，于2005年8月11日正式开馆启用，总占地面积约为2700平方米，共有5个分馆：道路交通安全馆、防范盗抢教育馆、防范诈骗教育馆、毒品预防教育馆以及消防安全教育馆。

首先来到“道路交通安全馆”，目的是提醒参观者遵守交规。我市人、车、路三者之间处于不平衡的关系，所以造成交通事故多发现象。我背后是哭墙，墙上有许多哭泣的脸庞，我们都在车祸中失去自己的亲人。另一边是事故墙，墙上的图片是全国各地的交通事故现场图，事故墙背后就是活生生被撕裂的美好人生和幸福家庭。再往前走，是事故车辆的实物展示图，让参观者感受当时车祸的惨烈程度！进入3D影院，看了一部“道路安全知识问答”，让我明白了道路安全的重要性。

离开了道路安全教育馆，我们来到了“防范盗抢教育馆”。通过视频给我们介绍了家庭防盗、门窗防盗、智能防盗等相关知识，让我们大开眼界。我们还看到了各种监控摄像头和安全系数最高的专利锁。

进入“防范诈骗教育馆”，诈骗手段繁琐，花样不断，损失往往巨大。去年我们共发生电信诈骗案件40多万起，损失达到107亿元。现在网上陷阱很多，诈骗犯一般都会用网络游戏、ATM机来诈骗我们。

踏进“毒品预防馆”，首先映入眼帘的是墙上的三句话“一时吸毒，一生怎么办？一人吸毒，全家怎么办？一群人吸毒，全社会怎么办？“这三句话在灯光的照耀下直击人心。继续往里走，就能看到虎门销烟英雄林则徐的雕像，还看到了各种各样的毒品和吸毒工具。通过视频我还了解到吸毒带给我们的危害。

最后来到了“消除安全教育馆”，老师请了六个同学演示“高楼火灾现场逃生”，把绳子系在胸前，双手拉紧绳子，身子向后仰，脚踩着墙滑下来。消防知识展板前，同学们驻足观看消防器材：水带、消防服装、防毒面具等等。讲解员还介绍了：泡沫灭火器、二氧化碳灭火器和干火灭火器，让我受益匪浅。

这次的活动很有意思，不但让我学到了许多知识，还了解了安全的重要性，真是“体验一小时，受益一辈子”。
