昨天，我去爬了山，叫“小五台”。

早晨，我们七点钟起了床，妈妈在客厅收拾着包，我和爸爸还钻在被窝里。等一切准备就绪，终于出发喽！我们先乘坐10路公交车到金花北路，再换乘游9到北豆角村下车。游9上的人真多，害的我们一路都是站着的！下车后，在村口就看见有卖登山仗的人，顺着他背后的路，拐了一个又一个的弯儿，看到了村子里的两棵古树，经过古树后终于来到了一个很大的湖边，我们在湖边休息了一会儿，就继续往前走，上了山，山上一开始人还很多，可是，越往上爬人就越少了。我们爬着爬着就到了“金仙观”，入口的前面立着一块大石头，上面刻着三个大字“金仙观”，旁边的高山看起来有点像一个老头坐着的模样！金仙观的旁边还有一个小溪呢，我们在那儿拍了好多照片。

看完金仙观我们准备往五道梁出发，也就是要翻过五座山岭，不过时间已经是下午了，想翻过五座山是不可能了，所以最后决定只翻一座吧。

山里的风景倒是不错，又有水，又有树的，可我就是害怕的不行，也不知道为什么我总感觉象是有好多的人躲在石头后面，可能是因为太阳动不动就藏起来的原因吧，所以天一会儿暗，一会儿亮，感觉像有一个巫婆在施展魔法似的，再加上山里的风声像哨子一样的难听，我感到很恐怖。但最后，我还是勇敢地爬了上去。

今天，我和妈妈从外婆家回来的时候，去爬了南门到湖莲潭的山。

站在山脚，向上仰望，那山像是挂在天边的一幅精致的画卷。顺着一条崎岖的石阶路蜿蜒而上，石阶两旁挺立的松树，枝繁叶茂，遮天蔽日，形成一道天然的绿色通道。一开始，我体力充沛，蹦蹦跳跳的，一下子将妈妈拉得老远。瞧着她那慢腾腾的样子，我就急不可待地招呼她“快点”，一会儿又跑回去向她“报告”我发现的“新大陆”。

可是，在漫长得似乎没有尽头的山路面前，我“屈服”了，两只脚就像灌了铅一样，一点劲也使不上来。看着精疲力尽的我，妈妈笑着教训道：“爬山不能急，脚踏实地，不紧不慢才最省力。像你这样一下子就把力气用完，是爬不到山顶的。”听了妈妈的话，我恍然大悟。

看到儿子眉头渐展，父亲用手指着山下自家的院子说：“儿呀，你有没有看到咱家院子里柿子树下拴着的那条牛？”确实，自家院子里的那棵柿子树很高大，长了三十来年，柿子快要成熟的日子里，一抬头就能看得清清楚楚，椭圆形，微微泛红的柿子挂在树上，就像一个个小小的灯笼，往往能勾起人的食欲。儿子不明白父亲的意思，使劲睁大眼睛看了看，好大一会儿才从嘴里咕哝一句：“不但牛，连房子都有点看不清。”

过年了!过年了!我高兴的一蹦三尺高，为什么呢?因为我这个人呀，喜欢爬山，但每次，爸爸妈妈都没有让我去爬过山，今天，我终于可以过个上山瘾了!

早上七点多，我就起床了，匆匆忙忙吃完饭，我就领着爸爸出发了，我妈妈给我装了一大书包的东西，有苹果，有糕，还有我的零食等等。

乌牛的东蒙山真是美不胜收啊！

来到东蒙山山脚，给人第一眼的感觉就是高，太高了，让人不禁有些泄气。可是我抬头看了看山，又低头看了看手，自言自语地说：“也没有我小拇指高，算不了什么。”

开始向上爬了，周围的花草可真多呀，放眼望去，除了树还是树。几只花蝴蝶飞来飞去，停留在草上，好像一朵开放的花朵。

到了半山腰，有一头石牛，石牛的样子是那么凶猛！如果当作以前的战争坐骑，似乎正合适。石牛的后边就是所谓的长生洞，据说人如果在里面安居的话，可以长命百岁。因为里面很潮湿，环境很好，但具体是怎么样我也不晓得。

继续上去，就到了山顶，上面有一个巨型的牌子，上面有五个由金制作而成的大字：东蒙山之巅。在石牌的后面有三面旗子，一面黄的，一面红的，另一面是蓝的。在红色的旗子上，好像有几个小字，只是太远看不清。

旗子后边是一个瞭望口，在那里可以看见山脚下的景色：不同颜色的车，整整齐齐地摆在下边，在山的侧面有红色的花，黄的花，色彩斑斓，芬芳扑鼻。如果不是摘不到的原因，我一定把它们带回家养。

向远处眺望，就是那还没有我巴掌大小的乌牛小学，一栋栋教学楼整齐地摆在那里。

妈妈要带我去爬高榜山，我有点不愿意，因为以前爬完山后腿会痛。为了让我体会爬山的乐趣，妈妈特别让我邀请我的好朋友一起去爬山。

我邀请了曾崇峰和汤星雨，他们欣然答应。我们沿着一条崎岖不平的石阶路往上爬，我和曾崇峰一路小跑，就到了半山腰。我们俩喝了点水之后，我对曾崇峰说：“等一下我妈妈和汤星雨跟上来后，我们四个人一起比赛，看看谁最先到山顶？”妈妈支持我们的想法，但告诉我们要注意安全。于是我们四个人你追我赶，不一会儿就到达了山顶。虽然气喘吁吁、汗流浃背，但眼前的美景把我深深地吸引了。

如果我不答应来爬高榜山，就无法领略到眼前的美景；如果没有好友的你追我赶，就无法体会爬山的乐趣。

这次爬山使我明白了一个道理：爬山跟做任何事一样，只要坚持不懈，才能成功。要是知难而退，永远也不能成功。要是有好友的支持，再难的事也会变得容易起来。

My dear classmate,

Congratulations on your passing CET-4. You have set me an example because I have to learm from you. In past two years, you have been working so hard at English that you have lost about 10 kilograms of your weight. You recited every CET-4 word; you learned some of the sample writings by heart; you slept less because of this test. I really appreciate your diligence.

I hope that you can continue with your English studies and enter for CET-6 next year. Good luck in your life and work!

我们老家潭头，春节的风俗很特别，大年初一要去爬山。

听爷爷讲，那座山是我们村最高的，最大的，最陡的。这么一说我还真有点胆怯，怕登不上山顶。后来看爷爷、奶奶、爸爸、姐姐都毫不退缩，我也硬着头皮“上阵”了。

我们来到山下抬头向上望，山相当高。虽是冬末，但苍翠依旧。那从山脚一直延伸至山顶的台阶，就像白色长龙蜿蜒盘曲而上。经过了笔陡的石级之后，我的毅力变得坚强起来，慢慢的走得快起来，当起了“先锋”，把姐姐他们甩在了后面。

我们终于登上了山顶，山顶有一座寺庙，叫甘露寺。我们给神仙烧香，让神仙“保佑”我们新年好运，一生平安。在山顶上看到阳光洒满整个山头，每块石头都被照得闪闪发亮。阵阵春风吹来，让人感觉很舒服。山下的梯田、村庄尽收眼前。好一派迷人的农村风光！望着山下，有一种“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”的感觉。

爬山不但对身体有益，锻炼了自己的意志，还能欣赏到美丽的风景。真是一举多得啊！

With the advent of mobile phone and computer , the phenomenon that people

always are phubbing are becoming more and more popular.So many students phubbed

in the coach ,train or restaurant even walked on the road.

As to this issue,different people has different ideas .Some take the view

that it is no use connecting but may cause the big events .Such as the accident

or fight.There is no doubt that phubbing is a false behavior .While others think

the opposite,they agree that there is no way but have to do it .because the time

is limited.

As far as I am concerned ,every coin has two sides .while most people

prefer it,the phubbing is a bad habit .As a matter of fact ,a few person mostly

do a good deed.

存在的问题1．不尊敬老师、家长等。2．学习散漫、考试作弊等。3．乱扔垃圾、污损环境等等。

[八荣八耻大家谈教育活动英文作文

昨天早晨，我和妈妈来到了潘南小学的门口，为什么呢？因为我们要去春游了，去的地方是蒙山，由于离得比较远，所以我们要早点出发，否则玩的时间就太少了。

伴随着明媚的春光，我们出发了，一路上同学们都在交流着，在欢声笑语中我们走上了高速公路，大约过了三个小时，我们就来到了蒙山脚下。

下车后，几个好朋友聚在一起交流路上的有趣故事和自己所带的物品，过了大约15分钟，我们就进入了蒙山风景区。在那里，只见春天的足迹随处可见，柳芽长出来了，嫩绿嫩绿的，小草钻出头来，呼吸者新鲜的空气。刚开始爬山，我们就分成了好几批，第一批的同学就是老师所说的英雄，走的很快，而后面的同学就是狗熊了，走的很慢，中间的同学最好了，不快也不慢，我把他们当成普通的熊。

这时，只见一个楼梯出现在了我们的眼前，楼梯比较陡，而且还有许多级，我和与我速度相同的同学都小心翼翼地爬，生怕往后一扬，就摔了下去。走过这陡峭可怕的楼梯，我们看到了一条小河，只见小河里的水比较清澈，只有一点泥土出现在了小河内。

过了大约一个多小时，我就和六七和同学一起走了，只见前方有一个指示牌，上面写道：蒙山极顶还有六公里。我们直接懵住了，没想到走了这么长时间，还有这么多的路。我们依然在徒步前行，走着走着，我们终于到达了山顶，我们都快累瘫了。

只见有一部分同学已经到达了山顶，开始午餐了，甚至有的已经吃完饭了。我和妈妈买了一桶方便面，悠闲地吃了下去，这样可以补充一些体力。我们还去了蒙山极顶，只见蒙山的景象尽收眼底，可以用“举头红日近，回首白云低。”来形容，许许多多的山都在我的脚下，我终于爬到最顶端了。

我们在山上玩了一小会儿，就坐着公交车来到了山下。只见一会儿转弯，一会儿转弯，我们被摇晃地不成样了。在山下，我们又玩了一小会儿，就结束了蒙山之旅。

昨天的旅行让我又知道了一个山，爬了一个山，离大自然又近了一步。
