我有一个外号，叫“小眼镜”，因为我经常不注意用眼卫生。

放学的时候，我两手捧着书，津津有味地看着，一看到精彩的部分还忍不住哈哈大笑。旁边路过的汽车司机对我说：“嘿！小朋友，不要边走路边看书，不然的话眼睛会坏的！”而我丝毫不理会，继续看书。

回到家吃晚饭时，我仍然一动不动地看书，把饭都“喂”到了鼻子里都不知道。爸爸见了，暴跳如雷：“不能在吃饭的时候看书，不然的话，眼睛会坏的！”我却装作没听见，继续看书。

到了睡前，我还拿着一本书在看，妈妈见了，叹了口气：“这孩子，无可救药了！”

过了一段时间，我和妈妈去体检，护士拿出视力表，我怎么看也看不清，连身体往前倾也看不见。医生说我得了近视，只能戴上烦人的眼镜了。

我后悔地自言自语：“我要是听爸爸妈妈的话就好了。”

第二天，我们来到了华西医院眼科室，一一做了检查，结果，我真的近视了，医生说视力不能恢复到原来的样子了，如果好好保护的话，近视度数不会增加太快。最后我还配了一副眼镜。

同学们，我们一定要以正确的姿势看书、写字，不要没完没了地看电视、玩电脑，好好爱护我们的眼睛，千万不要像我一样，让它生病了。
