一开始我看到这本书的书名还以为这本书讲的是外婆给主人公小女孩爱莎的道歉信呢!结果没想到，这本书讲的其实是外婆给公寓里所有的邻居的道歉信。那些邻居和外婆之间有着很不一般的故事，外婆给爱莎讲的童话故事其实也都是真实的事情，慢慢地，爱莎也明白了外婆原来和她说过的一些话到底是什么意思。虽然校长说爱莎很不合群，但是其实她很特别，不，应该说是非常特别!她是一个非常特别的女孩，就像外婆说的与众不同。

一直以来，我都渴望着你们能由丑小鸭变成美丽的小天鹅，这是我的目标也是我的愿望。为此，在工作中，我会尽我最大的能力帮助你们、引导你们、尊重你们；在生活上，我会关心你们、照顾你们、体谅你们、理解你们；在学习上，我会帮助你们分析问题、解决问题、探讨问题，寻找适合自己的学习方法、、、、、也许我一个人的能力有限，但一定会尽心去做。

我们相处三个月的时间左右了，同学们也有很大的进步，在我的心目中你们已经可以让我有一点放心了（其实也不是很放心）。无论我走到哪里谈起你们的改变我就觉得很骄傲，因为我感觉你们还是可教之才。就是有再多的人看不起你们，我也从来没有放弃过你们。可是，有几次你们都由着自己的性子，甚至和我顶撞。你们常常这样给我迎头一棒，让我灰心、让我失望，更让我感到委屈，晚上躺在床上翻来覆去，几乎一夜无眠，我在想我到底是那里做错了，我的学生这样不听话，是不是我这个老师很不合格，做的还不够，想来想去，就觉得自己很失败，感觉就是把心掏出来你们也不领情，于是就难过的泪流满面。你们的老师也是人，也有七情六欲，也有很脆弱的一面，她也需要你们的支持、你们的理解、你们的配合，可是你们又是怎么做的呢？老师期中考试前后你们又是怎么表现的呢？看

着你们的表现，我的心都凉了，我在课堂上大发雷霆，苦口婆心的给你们说各种道理。当时你们都有一种视死如归的感觉，面对着你们我装出无所谓的样子，说着象玩笑似的话，可你们知道老师心里的难过吗？老师批你们，你们以为老师心里会很高兴吗？你们平时把精力用在其它方面多了就会影响学习成绩，如果你们把精力都用在学习上了你们都会有很大的提高的，所以希望你们以后好自为之吧，好好想想自己究竟要走一条什么样的路才能使自己在不久的将来不会后悔！我会永远祝福你们！

经过几个月的相处,我发现你们每一个孩子都是那么的可爱,活泼,每一个人都有着自己与众不同的优点.让我不由自主的爱上你们,喜欢你们,但有时你们的

调皮又让我头疼.就

如歌词里说的"让我欢喜让我忧".在这里,老师想对你们提几个小小的建议.

一:希望每一个同学都能用心去爱这个家,用自己的行动做出成绩.时刻想着今天我以班级为荣,明天班级以我为荣.时刻都要想着自己的一言一行是否会有损班级的形象.

二:希望每一个同学都能端正学习态度,知道学好知识的重要性,学习是苦、是累,但我们要懂得此时此刻的关键性,他是我们人生的第一个转折点,"人生能有几回搏,此时不搏待何时",我衷心的希望你们在最后的这一年里,鼓足干劲,努力拼搏为自己的学习成绩争取更大的进步.请你们相信"成才始于勤奋,知识改变命运" 三:我们现在是生活在同一个大家庭里,同学之间应该团结互助,不要因些鸡毛蒜皮的小事互相埋怨,以至嫉恨甚至大动干戈,对于同学之间的小摩擦.一定要用理解,宽容的心态来对待. 希望你们：
