我会打算，但是不计划太多。毕竟再多再精细的设想，都抵不住没有努力而带来的难以实现的前功尽弃。

而离我最近的，我感觉离我最近的，就是，我想要去支教。

其实在好多人听起来还是很远的样子。没错，是会有各种各样的困难。必须要首先真正说服自己，让自己真正下定决心，让自己能够真正接受很恶劣的自然和教学环境。必须要克服重重阻力。可以想象，很多父母都不愿意自己的孩子抛下光明舒适的日子，去到条件艰苦的地方去做这种看起来费力不讨好的事情；甚至还有的，需要照顾恋人的感受，才能决定到底要不要做。的确也不简单，连同我自己也一样，这个想法一提出来即刻遭到爸爸妈妈反对。原因很简单，太苦了，我吃不了苦，没意义。

真的没意义吗？我从来没有这么觉得。

从我的理解来看，第一位的，会促进支教者的自我成长，这是不可否认的。恶劣的自然环境和教学环境是客观的，会吃苦也是客观不可避免的。但是事实是，吃苦耐劳的过程本就是一种成长，在这过程中，养成的是承受能力，是忍耐力，是毅力，收获的是生活的实践经验。工作着，收获着，付出着，感动着，可以说随时随地每时每刻都面对一种挑战，用行动战胜自我，从容的面对困难，战胜困难，在职业生涯中写下不平凡的一页，也是对人生经历的一次极大的丰富，更是人生道路上浓墨重彩的一笔。有辛苦地付出，就有幸福地收获，感受着支教赋予生命的精彩。

其次，算不上造福，但最起码，可以以自己微薄的力量帮助落后地区的孩子受到理应受到的教育，即使不够全面，但起码尽心尽力，也算是回报社会吧。

如果去支教，我会努力使自己成为一名合格的志愿者，做一名合格的教师，从教育、教学、教研三方面进行，不断的提高自己的水平。我会踏踏实实教书，全心全意育人。

在教育方面，我会始终坚持换位思考的方法，同时让学生做事的时候要换位思考，有的学生可能爱告状，有的爱打架，有的有逃学的心态等。而处理这些事情不能强硬，那样会伤害学生的心灵。有时间，我会跟学生进行交流，了解他们的家庭情况和内心的世界，掌握每个学生的情况，使其处于自己的掌控中，不处理没有把握的事情。通过这一举措，赢得学生的信任，当学生有什么事情会向我寻求帮助时，这应该是对我的肯定。

在教学方面，我会在精心设计每堂课程。自己在不断学习理论知识的同时，有时间就走进其他老师的课堂，学习他们的教学技能，通过对比，找出自己的不足，或者哪种方法能使学生更容易接受。这样能快速的提高自己的教学技能。要上好每一堂课，前提是我会备好课，不上没有准备的课程。在备课时，在参考教案的同时，多考虑所在学校的教学资源及学生的水平等，综合考虑，从学生的角度出发去备课。课堂上采用师生互动，以学生为主体的教学方式。这样，课堂气氛才会特别活跃，带动那些不善言语的学生积极回答问题。

在教研方面，我会精心准备教研活动，共同提高。积极参与数学教研组的各种教研活动，促使自己不断研究好的教学方法，还能学到其他老师的优秀之处。通过教育、教学、教研三方面，使自己的综合能力得到提高。

而现在，我能做的，不过是努力提高自己，充实自己，让自己离这个想法越来越近。

这是我做过的最详细的打算了。

我想要让这场支教，变成一场说走就走的旅行。

Roads are wide and clean . People can take buses or drive their own cars to go to work . Many people have cell phones and personal computers. People’s living conditions have improved a lot . Thanks to the government’s efforts . my hometown is becoming more and more beautiful .

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English

and then had breakfast. I helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my

homework and cleaned my room. I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon.

Then I played table tennis with my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read

a book. I really had a busy and interesting day.
