1、银行对专业知识要求并不高，除非你是学金融、经济专业的硕士或博士研究生，否则，一般银行面试不会给你提出高深的银行专业问题。

2、银行的面试要求你具备的能力：

(1)出色的个人素质

这一点上，要求你和他们交谈的时候，充分显示你的个人素质和良好的可塑性;同时，更重要的一点是，让他们觉得你是一个可信的人，这点很重要。

(2)专业

你的专业最好是 经济，会计，金融 三大主要专业。
