暑假来了，暑假生活是充满激情的，有一件事让我到现在都记忆犹新，话不多说，现在就让我们来看一看到底发生了什么古怪事来。

炎热的暑假，午睡是必不可少的，可对于我这种从来就没睡过午觉的人来说，睡午觉简直就跟进监狱一样。爸爸妈妈都去睡午觉了，我却在客厅里无事可做……

干什么好呢，无事可做啊，真无聊!只见我大腿架二腿，仰望着天花板，时不时深吸一口气，再猛地一吐出来，哦?对了，可以这样，哈哈!我的眼睛一扫，发现手机就在桌上，似乎在对我说，“来啊，来和我玩啊!”我终究抵不过它的诱惑，“唰”地一下把手机取走了，顿时，脸上露出了邪恶的微笑，轻轻地按下了手机的按钮，把铃声关掉，音量调成静音，呵呵呵呵，我简直是太英明了，这下这部手机就变成“哑巴”了，打开火影忍者游戏，开始玩了起来……

“嘎吱”一声，起床了?我立刻用迅雷不及掩耳之势把手机藏在了屁股下面，悄悄地朝房间的方向望了望，呼，吓死我也，原来是翻个身啊，动静还真大。不管他了，继续，继续。“吱嘎”!又是一声，估计真起床了，关掉应用，调回从前音量，藏在沙发的缝隙里，“哟，你在干嘛呢?”爸爸笑着问我。“没干嘛，坐坐。”我小声地说。“啪嗒”一声，我的脸微红，完了，手机从沙发的缝隙里掉到地上去了，“什么声音?”爸爸疑惑地问道，随后找到了声音的来源——手机。“你不会偷偷玩手机了吧?”“没有啊!”“那为什么常用应用里有火影忍者?”……

玩游戏可以玩，可不能因为游戏而撒谎。从现在起，我再也不会干这种蠢事了。

the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter

how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition

and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although

the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant

describe this feeling,only the people that experienced it can

understand.Actually,on one hand,people miss their family,and they need to get

comfort in the family.On the other hand,getting together is a symbol of

blessedness and auspiciousness.People in other country dont have this

consciousness that going home is necessary.For example,American could celebrate

the Christmas in everywhere they like or with anybody.This diversity is

occasioned by different culture between two countries.

On Spring festivals eve,the whole family prepare the dinner.Of

course,dumplings is essential.In the

evening,family members always sit at the television and watch Spring

Festival Gala.At 0:00,people set off firecrackers and fireworks,at the same

time,children pay New Year,s call to old people.The old people give money to the

children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

每年的暑假我都过得非常的充实而有意义，而如果要我说哪一年的暑假使让我印象最深刻的话，那我觉得应该是去年的暑假，那次暑假是我跟我以为都不一样的。

我还记得去年的暑假我们全家有去台北市的一零一大楼，电梯还没有到顶楼时，就可以看到台北市，我觉得自己好像是大巨人，房子就像是玩具房子，车子就像是玩具房子，人就像是小蚂蚁一样小，我觉得非常有趣。

除此之外，我们全家还有去月眉探索乐园，那里好大喔!我们先去玩摩天轮，摩天轮可以到很高的地方，后来我们去玩海盗船，海盗船左右摇晃非常刺激，我们还有去玩很像旋转咖啡杯的游乐设施，这项游乐设施非常好玩，如果没有扶好扶手就会一直滑来滑去，这一点我就觉得很有趣，我们还有去玩皇冠秋千，这一项游乐设施不会很刺激，旋转的时候有微微的风吹过来，这个感觉就好像在吹电风扇，不过，它大自然的电风扇，除了这一些好玩又有趣的游乐设施外，还有好多好玩的游乐设施喔!

去年的暑假，我们全家除了去一零一大楼和月眉探索乐园玩，还有去高铁探索管参观，高铁探索馆里面有好多好多关於高铁的东西，有：影片欣赏，打鱼的游戏，驾驶高铁的游戏，为甚麼高铁的形状是三脚形的原理……等一些好玩又有趣的设施，我在高铁探索馆里面学到了很多知识。

去年的暑假，是我迄今为止过上最特别的一次暑假，虽然已经过去很久了，但它让我感到很难以忘怀。我很期待今年的暑假能够像去年的暑假一样。

暑假期间我有幸在学校的组织下参加了初中骨干教师培训，在这次培训中无论是各所中学的骨干教师还是他们所讲的课程都在自己心目中留下了深刻的印象，即便是现阶段这次培训结束以后也能够在脑海中浮现一些专家教授讲的知识点，我在将这次培训中讲到的一些知识点进行总结以后也得出了相应的经验，至少在我看来这次培训获得的心得体会足以将自己的教学水平提升到一个新的高度。

在这方面可以了解到作为初中教师来说应该要懂得调动学生的学习氛围，尤其是在这个年龄阶段的学生心思比较活跃的情况下就更应该强调好课堂纪律，如何利用当前学生的心理来激发他们在课堂上的学习氛围也是一门技巧，因此对于师生之间的矛盾应该要处理好才能够逐步展开自己的教学计划，在当前的教学工作中应当懂得分析学生的心理需求才能够进一步思考作为教师的自己应该如何去做，因为相比起学习成绩来说课堂纪律问题往往让作为初中教师的自己操碎了心，这次的教师培训能够提到这样一点并提供解决的思路也是让我眼界大开。

至于学习方面急需要处理的便是学生身上普遍存在的偏科现象，在这之中不得不提到的一个问题便是英语的分数对于班级整体成绩的重要性，因此作为初中教师要懂得处理好学生身上的偏科现象才能够有效促进班级整体成绩的提升。只不过在这一点之中也需要批评那些在在当前课堂上做不同科目作业的学生，这种做法除了是不尊重老师的表现以外还间接耽误了学生对知识点的学习状况。

还有一个不得不谈到的问题便是现阶段家庭教育对于初中生学习的重要性，所以作为初中教师除了做好学生的教学工作以外还应该抽出时间接触一下家长，无论是自己对于初中生的一些看法还是家长应该做到的部分都应该讲明，而且有些时候学生身上存在的一些问题光凭教师是难以解决的，所以在这方面还要引起家长的重视并使用正确的教育方式才行，至于如何达到让学生将精力专注于学习的目标则需要根据不同的情况来做到具体问题具体分析了。

我始终坚信作为一名初中教师不可能会遇到教不好学生的状况，有些看似比较困难的问题只要能够找对解决的方法就能够有效地提升学生成绩，在这之前最好还是应该要收拢学生的心思才能够使其专心进行学习，当前自己可以预见到作为初中教师来说在教育事业上面还有着漫长而曲折的道路，而自己需要去做的便是为了达到教好学生的目标而在这条曲折的道路上不断前行。

今天我和爸爸妈妈一起来到了我一直期待见到的白水寨。因为我的同桌去过那里，他说这里的风景不仅很美还能够看到极其雄伟壮观的景象。

我们走在一个山脚下，一条像丝绸一般的带子从山上飘下来，那般轻柔自由。爸爸说那是瀑布我并不相信，可是后来走近一看才发现这真是一条瀑布。这是我第一次看见从这么高的地方流下来的瀑布。真是美丽极了，精彩极了。

来到了门口，我看到了五个大字，上面写着：“天南第一梯”，下面写着：9999，意思是总共有9999级阶梯，我立刻吓得不敢去了，但我并没有被这点小事所屈服，而是自告奋勇地去挑战白水寨。

经过我们努力，我们来到了“瀑鸣台”，这里是第1425级了，到瀑鸣台，可以零距离地接触瀑布，感受它奔流直下的磅礴气势。

由于体力的限制，我们来到第2199级阶梯时已经气喘吁吁了，这里是“亲瀑台”，它是第二个零距离接触瀑布的地方了，我感受到瀑布的壮美，瀑布飞泻而下，水花溅到我的身上，好爽啊!

但是由于我妈妈实在走不动了，我和爸爸不断地鼓励下，经过两个多小时的努力下我们终于登上了第4099级的仙姑天池了，它是一个美丽的大湖，也是瀑布的水源，据说瀑布的落差有428.5米。我站在高处，再往下看，看到了连绵起伏的山岭，我们刚才走上来的山路弯弯曲曲的，蜿蜒在山中，犹如一条在山中盘旋的骏龙。不久，我们便带着好心情坐在巴士上沿着弯弯曲曲的山路下山了。

这次来到白水寨，让我感受到瀑布磅礴的气势，我体会到了自然的美，同时让我感受到“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”壮观。

A Visit to the Flower Show

Last week Nature Park held a flower show. I went to visit it with my friends. I was very glad to see so many beautiful flowers in the park. I was really amazed to see a sea of colourful

flowers. They told me that some rare flowers came from Taiwan. Thousands of people stopped and watched them carefully. I took many pictures there. Taiwan has always been a part of our country. I am sure sooner or later we can go there to see many more beautiful flowers. What great fun it will be.

Changes in My Hometown

Great changes have taken place in my hometown these years. There used to be old and low houses on the streets,but now you can see people live and work in tall buildings. In the past, you could always see rubbish everywhere. But now the environment is clean and tidy. Many trees are planted on both sides of the street, so the air is very fresh.There were not any buses in my hometown, so most of us used to walk to work or go to school by bike.However, life is much better now. Many people buy their own cars, so they go out by car.

今天是中秋节，每年的中秋赏月对我来说也是一件特别有趣的事情。

这天晚上，我静静的坐在窗前，看着月亮缓缓的升起，比起以前明亮的挂在天空的月亮，今天的月亮不知道为什么格外的羞涩，她悄悄的躲在云层里，探出来一点点，观察着这个世界，仿佛只要有人看到了她，她就会躲回去云层里面。我悄悄的往后面移动了一点点，月亮像是确定了没人看她一样，终于从云层里面探出了一半的身姿。

这时，风来了，静静的吹着，树影摇曳。风抚摸着树影，越过山丘，来到月亮身旁，像是在做游戏一般，吹散云层，慢慢的把月亮的整个身姿露了出来，“哇，好美啊”。我感叹着。却见空中的月亮仿佛听见我的低语一般你，又轻轻的躲在云层后面。天空暗淡了，隐隐约约出现了几颗星星，我想月明星稀也是有理的。

看着月亮躲在云层后面，不禁想着，“月亮啊月亮，今天是中秋节，你不想来陪我们一起度过这个中秋吗?”月亮仿佛是听到了我的心声，又悄悄的探出了她的身姿，我望着月亮，沐浴着月光，默默的祈祷：明年的中秋我还是会希望这美丽的月色能陪我一起过中秋。

OnMonday, I went to school by bike and played computer games.

After nine o’clock, I went to zoo with my parents and saw lots of

animals.

On Wednesday, I went to Cheng gu visited my cousins and my uncle. On

Thursday, I went to library read books.

Friday is my favourite day, I was very happy! Because I saw a film with my

best friend, Webought many books.

On Saturday, I listened to music and watched TV. Today is Sunday, I don’t

like this day, because tomorrow I will go to school.

What a busy week!

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of information age, people are becoming increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people, and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationship are reinforced by sincere and face-to-face communication.

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom

Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head

teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do

morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast,

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon

comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I

fall asleep. I haveclass in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night.

It’s boring, right? ButI have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.

暑假结束了，我大部分时间都在外婆家待着，我现在回忆起来都很兴奋。因为，那里有我的伙伴马怡萧和我的妹妹月月。每天早上，我和马怡萧，月月都会在电脑上看看电影或玩玩游戏什么的，再到后院玩游戏。

每个周末，阿姨还会带我们去联华超市的儿童乐园，里面可好玩了!可以打球、又能将塑料球放到“大炮”里，再发射出去。还有一个一个的大杯子，我躲在里面，然后大杯子就旋转起来，把我转的晕晕乎乎的，都不知道东南西北了!接着，我又玩了蹦蹦床和晃晃船，特别是晃晃船，一会儿上，一会儿下，一会儿左，一会儿右，搞的我屁股都红了。每次我们几个都玩的不肯回家。夏天实在太热了，树木都热的没精打采，知了在树上不停的叫!在我们的哀求下外公带着我、马怡萧和月月一起去小溪里游泳。好天然的游泳池啊，都能看见小鱼在水里游来游去!这可是我们杭州看不到的泳池哦!激动的我们赶紧穿好救生衣再戴好泳镜，跳入水中。刚开始，我在水里不怎么适应，因为水太冷了，不过，我马上就适应了。我在水里自由、兴奋的游着，忽然，传来一阵哭声，原来是月月一不小心喝了一口水。我们都哈哈的笑他，到底是小姑娘这么娇气!外公叫我和马怡萧开始，比赛看谁先游到对岸，一开始马怡萧占了优势，眼看马怡萧就要赢了，突然，我灵机一动，学着游泳选手的姿势游去，最后还是我赢得了这场比赛。我们玩的正开心的时候忽然来了一群鸭子。我想过去抓只鸭子回来可是，等我游游过去的时候，鸭子都躲起来了!我正纳闷呢又看见一只狗向我走来，我以为它要来咬我，我赶紧游到对面，哈哈那条狗只能在河边看着我了!时间过的太快了，每次我们都恋恋不舍的离开小溪。暑假的每一天我们都过得很充实，感觉时间过的太快了!

如果有人问我暑假过的快乐吗?我一定会大声的、毫不犹豫的回答说快乐!

The long summer vacation is coming to an end, and I have taken part in many activities besides study, the most interesting of which is "catching fish".

第一次带妹妹

我的妹妹只有三岁，十分淘气，动不动就耍大小姐脾气，有时候连家长也没有办法。

今天，我去奶奶家。一到家，就看见妹妹正在客厅的沙发上玩，我也没太注意。可等我定睛一看，咦?妹妹怎么在玩我的小本子?我火冒三丈，准备抢回来。可我又想了想，妹妹又小，又不懂事，我做姐姐的应该好好地对她啊。所以，我便不再理睬她。

这时候，奶奶走过来，说她要上市场买菜叫我在家里带妹妹玩。我拍拍胸脯说：“放心吧，奶奶!”奶奶走后，我问妹妹要玩什么，妹妹说要玩布娃娃。我和妹妹去抱了一些布娃娃，我先把布娃娃打扮好了，看妹妹还在磨蹭，我便过去帮她。可是妹妹不让，我就把布娃娃抢过来，怕浪费宝贵的时间。可是，妹妹开始大哭一场，我没办法，只能把布娃娃还给她。可是，谁知道，还完布娃娃后还打我。

今天带完妹妹后回家，我想了一下，我才发觉我以前也是这样对待爸爸妈妈。所以我决定以后不会像妹妹一样对待爸爸妈妈。

我已经十三岁了!可长这么大，从来没有坐过火车，真的是一件非常遗憾的事情。暑假到了，妈妈和爸爸计划带我出去旅游，目的地就是我们国家的首都——北京!可我更关心的是乘坐什么交通工具出行。当听到爸爸托人买火车票的时候，我一蹦三丈高，终于可以享受坐火车的感觉了!每每听到爸爸说车票难买的时候，我的心情非常担心，默默祈祷希望能够满足我的愿望。一声“车票搞定，卧铺……”的消息传来，不禁让我喜上眉梢。

终于到计划出行的那一天了，我们拿着得来不易的火车票，带着行李匆匆赶往火车站。一下车，我顿时吃了一惊，哇!这里真的是人的海洋……只见很多人，大家都是行色匆匆，携带着或多或少的行李。进入候车大厅，来到检票口，人们摩肩擦踵，缓缓前行，终于通过月台，登上了我神往已久的火车。

因为是头次坐火车，我非常好奇，东瞧瞧西望望。火车好长，大约有二十几节车厢。以十三号车厢，也就是餐车为界，前半部是硬座席车厢，后半部是卧铺车厢。我们是十五号车厢，也就是硬卧车厢。上了火车，只见车厢头部左右两边各有两间小房间，右手两间上面铭牌写“乘务室”、“茶水室”，左手两间都是“卫生间”。过了茶水室，一条长长的通道，右手就是卧铺啦。卧铺边是上、中、下三个铺位，面对面两个是一组，一节车厢大约有十组吧，也就是说有六十个铺位。对着卧铺，也就是通道上的一侧，有观景的车窗，每个车窗下，有一个茶几、两个小椅子。整个车厢收拾得非常干净、利落，也很温馨。

随着汽笛长鸣，火车缓缓启动了。我很紧张，看着窗外。只见窗外的树木、电线杆一晃而过，速度越来越快。“哐当……哐当……”的声音不时传来，而且节奏也越来越快，人坐在上面也是摇摇晃晃的，这是怎么回事?我的紧张情绪，爸爸妈妈看在眼里，笑出了声。“儿子，别紧张!”爸爸说：“火车是有车头带，沿着铁轨高速运行的，非常安全。你听见的‘哐当，哐当’声音，是火车轮碾压铁轨的声音。”原来是这样啊，我放心了，又开心了。我坐在车窗户，窗外是一望无际绿油油的田野，辛勤的农民赶着牲畜在田地里耕耘，田间的公路，时不时的有一辆飞驰的汽车穿梭着。火车就在这如画的大地飞驰，一会穿涵洞，一会上高架桥，桥下就是波涛汹涌的河水，是不是还有一辆高速插上的火车，响着汽笛，呼啸而过……

到了晚上，我们躺在卧铺上，伴随着列车的摇摇晃晃，好像又回到了小时候，躺在舒服的摇篮里，不知不觉睡着了，我甚至还做了一个甜甜的梦，梦见了一个美好的明天……

童年是一枚枚五颜六色的贝壳，其中有一枚在我的记忆中是最漂亮的!

这枚贝壳记载着我和爸爸最快乐的一件事，准确地来说，这是一件傻事。事情是这样的……

有一年暑假，爸爸在家休息。而我不是玩在电脑里玩游戏就是在电脑里看看电影。就这样久了，我呢，就觉得无聊没劲儿。百般无聊之时，突然我看到了爸爸那张睡熟了的脸，灵机一动，嘻嘻……

我找来了一盒水彩笔，放在床头，拿起了其中的一支，在爸爸的脸上做起画来。经过了十几分钟，我在爸爸的脸上“杰作”完成了。看着我的“杰作”，我情不自禁地大笑了起来。爸爸被我的笑声惊醒了，我看到爸爸醒了，本想逃走的。可是呢，我一看到爸爸的大花脸又忍不住地大笑了起来。爸爸看到我笑得合不拢嘴，心里非常的疑惑。爸爸走到了洗手间里去照了照镜子，当爸爸看到了自己的脸被画成了大花猫时，脸一下子晴转多云了，我知道我要“大祸临头”了，不由得撒腿就跑。

终于我还是难逃厄运，爸爸逮住我，把我骂了一顿。还好语气没有那么凶，不过还是要我写一封检讨才算了结。

想到这儿，我又忍不住笑了，天底下有谁还能做出这样的傻事呢?

这件暑假趣事一直是我童年美好的回忆!

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I

was in class 4.The head-teacher of the class was a middle age woman.she was so

strict with us.for example, i was catched when i ate a big rabbit sugar during

class time,she asked me to buy that bland sugar one peice for everyone.in my

opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in

school,sunday afternoon was just the free time for us.when she saw we played

football,she must get the ball back to her office.someone who was to be in love

was found by her,he would be punished just like a shit.luckyly,i was not found

by her.i liked the girl who was my Elementary school schoolmate during my junior

middle school.i didnt know she konwed or not.it ended when we graduated.but i

liked to talk with others during class time,everytime i was found by her,she

asked me to write 3000 words to explain why and how to do in future. nowadyas

every time i remeber what happened in my junior middle school,i deeply appreciat

her kindness.she is real a good teacher.

My junior middle school time has pasted ,but it will influece till the end

of my life.

Morning, the gentle sunshine into the window, to my bed, my mothers the tenth of also went into my brother and me ear curtain: "get up!" "Oh," we promised to the side, the side wear clothes, less than 10 minutes, the clothes wear well, my brother and I went out of the room, see mother in cooking porridge, dad busy mopping. Two people are very busy, after I wash up, mom told my brother and I went to buy breakfast, I with a full belly is not willing to hit the road, together with brother bought breakfast, we went on a journey home again...

暑假开始的第一天，我习惯性地很早就醒了，迫不及待地拉开窗帘，呼吸新鲜空气，听着小鸟的欢叫，闻着小草的芳香，吹着凉爽的风，心里充满着幸福感。美好的一天拉开了序幕。爸爸带我去了久违的游泳池，在那不大也不小的露天游泳池里，我尽情地游啊游啊。那生疏的动作变得越来越熟练了。感觉真好!

接下来的十几天里，我每天看看电视，玩玩电脑，同时没有忘记做我的暑假作业。就在这十几天里，我就把那三本作业给消灭了，而且我还报名参加奥数补习班呢。

时间飞逝，一半的假期过去了。补习课程结束了，暑假的作业大致也完成了，剩下的就是我户外活动的时间了。于是，爸爸带着我们前往浙江最大的水上乐园——丽水冒险岛，那里确实名不虚传。有冲浪、暴风眼、章鱼滑道、四组合滑道、漂流、伏浪勇士……其中，我们玩得最多的就是漂流，享受着那种悠闲和自在的感觉。

期间，我们还去了仙都旅游，去万达看电影，去户外游泳……多彩多样!

不知不觉，暑假结束了。我的暑假生活丰富多彩，有苦有乐，收获很多。
