The first day for me to go to high school, I felt so excited, because I

came into the new stage of my life. The school asked the students to live in the

dormitory, so I had to move out and left my parents. This was such a big

challenge for me, because I never left home before. I needed to learn to be

independent, what’s more, I also learned to get along with others. High school

was like a little society for me and I handed the problems well. The other

Although structural accuracy is an important component of communication, you must also learn how to communicate in a manner that is appropriate to the situation. Last year, I went to Guang Zhou in the summer vacation. I felt so excited, it took me about four hours to get there. In the daytime, the air was so stuffy and the sun was so hot, so my friends and I decided to take a rest in the hotel. When the sun almost got down, we started to go on the street, the first thing was to find something to eat. There were so many delicious snacks, we had no idea which to eat, so we planed to eat as much as we could. I found myself couldn’t stop eating, the food was tasted. After we finishing eating, we started to go shopping.Guang Zhou is famous for the foreign trade, its clothes are fashionable and cheap. We went to the shopping street, trying on all kinds of clothes, at last, we bought many clothes. This trip is so unforgettable to me.

I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It

took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We

stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor. On the first day， I just stayed in

the hotel and rested. On the second day， my brother and I went to Nanjing Road.

It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there， there were lots of

people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs

of trousers for the ing summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white

because white is my favourite colour. My brother also bought some clothes. On

the third day， my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full

of people. I played many kinds of gamesthere. I had a good time. The other days，

I went to some other interesting places， such as the Oriental Bright Pearl TV

Tower， the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre. I didn’t

forget to do my homework in the evening. I had a full and happy holiday.

In China, students work so hard, they study day and night, for the purpose of getting the high mark, so that they can go to a better school, which will bring them more promising future. To get the study time as more as possible, some students move their books to the study room, they want to occupy the seat, so they put a lot of books as the sign that the seat has been taken by someone, other people can’t take this seat. In my opinion, studying hard is a good thing, working hard will lead people to success, while taking the seat for a long time is not a civilized behavior. It is a kind of wasting resource, when students are not here, but the seats are empty, they should be left for other students to study.

在中国，学生很努力学习，他们白天和晚上都在学习，只为了得到更高的分数，这样他们就可以进入到更好地学校，能给他们带来更加光明的前途。为了尽可能地更多时间学习，一些学生把他们的书本搬到了自习室，他们想要占位置，所以他们放了很多书，作为位置已被人占有的象征，别人不能做这个位置。在我看来，努力学习是一件好事，努力工作能让人们成功，但是长时间的占据位置不是文明的行为。这有点浪费资源，当学生不在学习时候，位置也是空的，他们应该把位置让给别的学生来学习。
