关于网络对学生的利与弊的英语作文（经典20篇）

各设区市、省直管县(市)教育局：

根据教育部部署和《关于开展2015年全省学生安全知识集中教育活动的通知》(赣教稳定字〔2015〕5号)安排，现就2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动具体事项通知如下：

一、参加对象

设区市参加对象为中小学校在校学生;省直管县(市)参加对象为中小学校在校学生、教师及家长(含幼儿园教师和家长)。

二、答题方式

设区市在江西教育网(http://www.jxedu.gov.cn/)或通过智能手机关注“江西省基础教育资源网”微信公众号参加答题;省直管县(市)在习网(http://www.ciwong.com/)或通过智能手机下载习信APP参加答题。

三、答题时间

本次网络答题活动时间为11月16日—12月20日。设区市采用分时段集中组织进行(具体安排详见附件)，学生具体作答时间小学30分钟、初中40分钟、高中50分钟;省直管县(市)每天8：00—21:00均可组织，采取先学习再答题的形式进行，时间不限。

四、操作流程

1.设区市：先由学校管理员登录江西省基础教育资源网(http://www.jxjyzy.com/)“学校信息查询系统”查询学校编码，并告知学生。再由学生登录江西教育网，点击“全省学生安全知识网络答题活动→2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→答题入口”;或智能手机关注“江西省基础教育资源网”微信公众号，点击“2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→答题入口”。再按要求输入学校编码、个人真实姓名、性别、学段、年级和班级等信息，由系统自动抽取题目在规定时间内作答，答题结束后提交并退出系统。

2.省直管县(市)：先由学校管理员登录习网“江西省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动”专栏。完成注册后，点击“竞赛管理员在线登录”进入平台，批量添加学生、教师、家长的真实姓名，系统将自动生成相应账号和密码。管理员将账号和密码导出并打印后下发给参赛人员。参赛人员凭账号、密码登录平台进行学习和考试，答题结束后提交并退出系统。通过习信APP手机客户段答题的操作流程跟网络答题一致。

五、数据统计与查询

各级教育行政部门和学校登录江西教育网，点击“全省学生安全知识网络答题活动→2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→管理人员入口”，输入账号和密码，实时查询本地本校答题成绩和参加率。

省直管县(市)教育局和学校可凭账号和密码登录习网“江西省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动”专栏的“管理人员入口”，实时查询本地本校答题成绩和参加率。

六、工作要求

1.高度重视，加强领导。接本通知后，要召开专题会议，研究部署相关工作，并结合本地实际制定具体实施方案。

2.充分准备，精心安排。网络答题活动开始前，要组织所辖县(市、区)和学校认真检查、维护和调试网络答题设备设施，制定详细计划，周密安排各校各年级段学生的具体答题时段和地点。

3.严密组织，认真总结。由于本次答题活动涉及面广、参加人数众多，各地各校要加强协调，密切配合，确保学生能在规定时间内顺利完成网络答题。活动结束后，要认真总结工作经验，以利于进一步提高活动的针对性和实效性。

4.本次全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动的组织情况、答题成绩及参加率(各地在校学生数以《江西省教育统计手册》2014学年度数据为准)将纳入各地中小学幼儿园安全稳定工作日常管理数据统计范围，折算成相应分值后，计入当地校园及周边治安综合治理工作年度考评和教育发展指数考核得分。省直管县(市)还将评出优秀个人奖、优秀组织奖、家长参与奖等奖项，在习网上公布并颁发奖品。

七、其他事项

To keep children safe, parents and teachers must be aware of the dangers. They must actively guide and guard their children online. Parents should talk to their children about what is online and what might happen online, claims Howard Rheingold, writer of The Virtual Community . There are a number of tools available today that may help keep the Internet environment safer for children. Some companies, such as America Online, try to monitor everything that is said and done on their online service; however, because thousands of chat rooms are available, it is simply impossible for everything to be monitored, claims Tricia Primrose, worker for America Online . In other words, children want to explore things; however, there are people on the Internet that are just too persuasive.

Social Networking’s Influence on College Students

Social networking has gained huge worldwide popularity in recent years, especially among college students. In China, college student is the main force of social networking, 97.7% of which are fond of instant messaging and 80.7% prefer social networking sites like micro-blog and Q-zone (China Internet Network Information Center, 2013). Moreover, Michigan State University Original Study also finds that compared with Chinese students, American students are more tied to social media (2013). Therefore, nowadays there is a heated debate about advantages and disadvantages about social networking’s influence on college students.

Obviously, there are a number of positive features on social networking. It provides a convenient access to consolidate the relationship with people they know, make friends with strangers without restrictions of space and share happiness and sorrow. What’s more, social networking also has educational functions including reducing college drop-out rates, motivating students to work as a team, sending information about assignments, reminding students about deadline and stimulating students to help each other. (BBC News, 2009). There is no doubt that social networking plays a significant role in eiching students’ college lives.

However, every coin has two sides. There are also many disadvantages on the influence of social networking, among which, “soft addiction” is the most serious problem, distracting students from study. Because of lack of self-restriction, many students would waste plenty of time to search the social networking sites unconsciously, followed by a strong tendency to blame themselves (Li, 2013). This kind of “soft addiction” and distraction was also confirmed by Zhang (2011) who conducted a survey by questionare of 500 Chinese college students from different schools and found that 33% students could not bear one-week life without social networking and 77% students could not help themselves accessing social networking site during classes. Furthermore, a social experiment was performed by Harrisburg University (Pilkington, 2010) to figure out the effect after initiating blackout of all social networking sites. It turned out that some students became more concentrated on

the tutor and making notes instead of having instant messaging running in classes.

As far as I’m concerned, the disadvantages far outweigh the advantages, especially in China, where social networking is used for communication and entertainment and seldom plays the educational role (Li, 2011). The priority of a college student is to study hard instead of being addicted to social networking. Therefore, it is imperative for them to realize their “soft addiction” to social networking and correct their behavior.

As been popular in young peoples daily life, the social network service have influenced not only the ways we are socializing but also the culture and the tradition of the country.

Take the spring festival as an example, traditionally, in the evening of the Chinese New Year eve, the whole family usually would have a reunion meal. Many of the family members are not really be at home quite often spending time with others especially with their old parents, so this reunion meal is very important for every family to have a chance to talk, enjoy the together time. But today all has changed. The most common look of the reunion meal now is that all young people eat quietly meanwhile the eyes are staring at their cell phone, checking out their “Friend Circle” to see if anyone update the status. They only make sounds when someone grab a red envelop with very lousy money in it. The old parents feel awkward when facing this weird situation, no one would even like to talk to them, the reunion meal turns out that there is just a bunch of strange people eating at the same table.

And the TV shows are pushing this more far ahead. They will set some interactive sessions to encourage people use the social network service on their cell phone to get some bonus. So even TV time people still stick to their cell phone and have no word for others sitting around. Seems like the social network service is completely replace the normal communication offline. That will obviously ruin the relationship with family.

I wouldnt say the social network service is all bad, but somehow, I prefer to communicate face to face with someone I really care.

On Christmas night, my mother took me to the street. I saw the streets and the sea of people. The goods in the shops, a superb collection of beautiful things beyond count, and high quality and inexpensive, people are busy purchasing the goods. At a small ornament shop, my mother bought me a Christmas hat for me as a Christmas gift.

I happily wear Christmas hat, continue to walk in the street, in a photo in front of my mother and I saw Mitch and Minnie respectively on both sides of the station in the door, put a different posture, to attract customers. The door also posted a variety of high-profile Santa avatar, infinite changes, children in different poses and with different expressions, the eyes are often attracted to the front of the scene, standing there all eyes looked for a moment to go with mom and dad.
