In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

How to Behave Well?

In order to build a civilized city, we students should try our best to

behave well in the activities.

Its a good habit to keep our clothes clean and tidy. Our city should be

kept clean every day. Dont throw litter or spit about. Its good manners to say

"Thank you" and "Please" and so on. We should never say dirty words. Be friendly

to others and always ready to help the people in need. For example, when we are

on a bus, we should give our seats to the old and the women with babies. We

Strong Will

Since I go to high school, I live in the school and stay away from my

parents.

I have three roommates. At the beginning, we have trouble in staying in the

same room, but now we have got used to it. One of my roommates impresses me so

much. Since she came to our room, she has kept the habit of reading novels when

we go to bed. She told me that when she lived with her parents, she dared not to

read because her mother would blame her for sleeping late. Now she is very happy

that she is out of control, it seems that she is free. But I feel sorry for her,

because she is short-sighted now. What’s more, she is lagging behind other

students in the study. Staying away from her parents, she is not strong enough

Currently, some cities are considering a food ban on subways, which has sparked heated discussion. Some people say food should be banned because of the trash and rats they attract. And, garbage from discarded food can cause track fires. Beyond sanitary and mechanical concerns, food can also cause fights, as was discovered last week by one passenger who criticized a woman eating steamed stuffed bun on the subway.

However, some others are opposed to the idea. They argue that people like eating in the train in the morning because they dont have enough time to eat at their houses or restaurants. Sometimes that may be the only time or meal a transit rider may be able to eat especially when traveling long distances. Besides, there are people, for example diabetics, who do require food at various times to maintain blood-sugar levels.

Personally, Im against the ban because of the huge inconvenience it would cause to commuters, and the expense involved in enforcing it. Still, I believe we should have a little common courtesy. I think we all have responsibility to try to treat our subway system and fellow riders with respect, and that extends to food as well.

In current society,thanks to the deepening reform and opening-up,there is so much unemployment, the competition for jobs is very fierce.In an effort to land a decent job ,a host of school-leavers choose to attend the graduate school‘s test.They want to learn more knowledge before acquiring a fine job.They also can be confident in taking interviews.Consequently,attending the graduate school‘s test is pevalent increasingly in late several years.

Among other folks intend to secure a job after graduating.Although the competition for jobs is very fierce,it is also very difficult to find out a fine job for colleage students.After a couple of years,the number of the graduate students is sharply up-swing.It is same to face job problems for graduate students.Secuing a job after graduating can accumulate experience in order to get on well in the future.

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Just as the famous saying goes，"Thanksgiving is a spiritual treasure. Since we were born, many people have helped us more or less and we should be grateful for everything that other people have done for us. Nowadays，as young men，we always take our parents love and care for granted, without any gratitude to our parents. However, we should come to realize that our parents will become old one day, and they will need our care, just like those days when we were little children. Junk foods are anything but nutritious. They taste wonderful on our mouth but have got more harmfulness within. As junk foods contain excess of cholesterol, saturated fat, sugar, salt and more calories, they are liable to make children get fat, just like the two boys shown in the picture. Besides, junk foods may lead to some other medical problems in children. What’s worse, eating lots of junk food may make children get harder to choose healthy food over time. A new research shows thatchildren brought up on healthy diets are more intelligent compared with their junk food eating counterparts.

Therefore, some necessary actions must be taken to keep the junk food aways from children. First of all, an education program should be carried out among children so that they know junk food is harmful to their health. The government should encourage food manufactorturers to produce more healthy and nutritious food for children. What more important, parents should hold the responsibily to ensure that their children stay away from junk food.

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。
