Second, they are setting priorities and living those hours outside the workplace to their fullest. 可以毫不夸张地说，生活中最主要的是文明礼貌，它比最高的智慧、一切的学识都重要。我们共同生活在社会主义的大家庭中，文明礼貌地处事待人，是我们每个青少年成长过程中必修的一课。因此，我们一定要养成讲文明礼貌的好习惯。

为了做一个讲文明礼貌的社会小标兵，我们要养成哪些习惯呢？比如说，你在公共汽车上，不小心踩了别人的脚，请先说声“对不起”；别人帮你做了事，要对别人道一声“谢谢”；在校内外，见到老师要热情打招呼问好；吃饭时，要把最舒适的座位让给长者，等等，这些都是讲文明礼貌的起码要求，有了这些习惯，才算具备了文明人的基本素质。但这些习惯不是天生就有的，需要逐渐养成。

那么怎样才能养成讲文明礼貌的习惯呢？首先要重视自身的道德修养。一个人的思想、行为，对别人、对社会是有益还是有害，要有一个衡量的准则，我们通常把这种衡量和指导人们思想、行为的准则，叫做道德。而礼貌与道德是互为表里的。礼貌是道德的外衣，道德是礼貌的内涵，因此，我们要认清哪些是我们应该做的，哪些是我们不应该做的，以此来规范我们的行为。其次，采取一些有效措施，来培养习惯。比如，在生活中我们常常看到在放置着“不准践踏草地”、“请您足下留情”告示牌的公园里、绿化带中，照样有人践踏青草。光靠布置告示来提醒，对有些人看来是无效了，他们对这些告示倒不一定是故意违反，因此，在没有养成好的习惯的时候，采取一些强制手段也是十分必要的。

同学们，我们是21世纪建设祖国的主力军，共同担负着创造物质文明的重要使命，更担负着创造精神文明的神圣职责。让我们从身边做起，做一个文明1养成文明礼貌习惯，争做社会小标兵。

吕轻眉

“轻眉，你到台上不能够紧张。”妈妈边开车边对我说。我今天就要去演讲比赛了。这可是我第一次比赛，我的心不禁有些紧张。

比赛的现场终于到了。妈妈连拖带拽地把我拉进了比赛的现场。这里正中央是一个讲台，讲台前坐着十几名评委。我的心都要跳出来了，要是我没演好，那可怎么办？我战战兢兢地看着妈妈，比赛的时间快到了呀！

我待在台下，看着时间的流逝。突然，一个声音打破了现场的静谧。“下面请吕轻眉小朋友上台。”我听到这一声响，赶忙去看妈妈，想让她给我一些鼓励。妈妈却不知跑哪去了。我咬了咬牙，握了握拳头，擦去了汗，硬着头皮闯了上去。开始，我低着头，不敢吱一下声，可是我又不能不演讲了（因为我已经上台了）。于是我努力地抬起头，心却像只兔子一样，跳个不停。我看着评委们，倒吸了一口凉气。我的天哪！台下有老师，有评委，有参赛者。我一定要证明我是最棒的！我鼓起勇气，用响亮的声音念出了台词。顿时，我的心儿跳得更快了，全场爆发出了一阵热烈的响亮的掌声，全场都鼓励了我，为我鼓掌，我的脸上也洋溢着笑容。

妈妈听见了掌声，笑呵呵地看着我的脸，说：“如果你有自信，你就一定能行！”是啊，只要自信，我就一定可以做到。

今天我讲话的题目是《劳动最光荣》。

再过几天我们就要迈进五月，同学们，你们知道5月1日是什么日子吗?对，国际劳动节!下面我首先为大家介绍一下“五一”国际劳动节的来历。“五一”国际劳动节起源于美国。1886年5月1日，美国工人举行大罢工，要求改善劳动条件，实行每天八小时工作制。工人们团结战斗，夺得了罢工的胜利。人们为了纪念这次胜利，就把这一天定为国际劳动节。现在，每年的“五一”劳动节，成为大家赞美劳动者、歌颂劳动者的节日。

马克思曾说：“任何一个民族，如果停止了劳动，不用说一年，就是几个星期也要灭亡。”发明家爱迪生说过：“世界上没有一种具有真正价值的东西，可以不经过辛勤劳动而能够得到的。”的确，劳动是世界上一切欢乐和一切美好事物的源泉，劳动是打开幸福之门的钥匙。同学们，热爱劳动是中华民族的传统美德，我们理应将它传承下去。作为一名小学生，我们应该“以辛勤劳动为荣，以好逸恶劳为耻。”，时刻牢记以下几点：首先，我们要努力学习，掌握丰富的知识，学会更多的技能，养成高尚的情操，为将来成为一名优秀的劳动者打下坚实的基础。知识就是力量，我们学会的知识越多，将来就能为祖国、人民做出更多的贡献。

其次，我们应该从小养成爱劳动的好习惯。在家里，自己能做的事情自己做，主动帮助爸爸、妈妈做一些力所能及的家务;在学校，认真做好值日工作，打扫教室卫生，养成随捡习惯，保持校园环境整洁;在节假日，我们还可以积极参加力所能及的公益活动。第三、我们要珍惜劳动成果。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”。我们要从身边的小事做起，珍惜每一粒米、每一的水、每一分钱。第四、我们要尊重每一个劳动的人。劳动最光荣，劳动的人最美，每一位劳动者，都应该得到大家的尊重。我们的幸福生活来源于父母的日夜操劳，来源于老师的辛勤工作，来源于全社会广大劳动者的共同奉献，让我们向他们致于最崇高的敬意!

同学们，请大家始终牢记这样一句话，劳动最光荣!让我们从今天开始，从现在开始，用我们的双手去劳动、去创造属于我们的幸福生活吧!

Yesterday, I took the final exam of this term. I worked hard to prepare for it, but I was still nervous. I was afraid that I couldn’t do it well. I had three exams, Chinese, math and English. In the morning, it was the Chinese. It was not so difficult for me that I was sure I could be good in it. Then, it was math in the afternoon. It’s the part I was afraid of most. Not surprised, I met some troubles in math exam. But I still hope they wouldn’t be serious. I am good at English, so I didn’t worry about it. I knew I can do well in it. In short, the final exam was not so hard for me and I am quite sure the scores will be perfect.
