This has resulted in an upsurge of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers, and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. 我是1321班熊来仪的妈妈。很高兴能在博才实验中学升旗仪式这一庄严的时刻上台与各位分享，我在教育孩子的过程中所得出的心得体会。其实，我只是太多优秀学生家长中的普通一员，今天能代表众多家长发言，我深感荣幸，感谢校方的安排，感谢各位老师、同学们对我们的肯定。

自2013年9月孩子进入博才开始，至今已过去一年半的时光。一路走来，作为家长，我也陪同孩子经历了很多，其中有对学校教育理念的期待、有对孩子成长的期盼，但更多的是如何从父母的角度对孩子给予成长的帮助。正所谓：十年树木，百年树人。成才路上的种种艰辛，作为父母的我们深有体会。伴随并见证孩子的成长是父母辛苦却又最幸福的事情，我家来仪虽不足够优秀，但每天都在成长进步，作为家长，我倍感欣慰。培养经验谈不上，今天就交流几点体会，不当之处，还请批评指正。

一、加强与孩子的沟通。我们家有条针对家长的家规——和孩子作朋友，对于孩子的成长道路上出现的问题，我们始终保持多理解，多鼓励，少埋怨，少责骂的态度。人与人之间的距离是可怕的，哪怕父母与孩子之间也不例外。我认为：如果能找到适当的时间跟孩子好好沟通，互相了解，换位思考，多给孩子一些关爱，那么这种努力一定有收益。我们并不求孩子办大事，但求脚踏实地对待每一件小事。在我们看来，孩子的态度远比结果重要。她今天的学习态度，就是她今后的工作态度，甚至人生态度。虽然我们都很忙，但不管怎么忙，我们一定会多抽时间陪陪孩子，了解她的心理、她的朋友、她最近的学习生活，定时定期与老师沟通孩子的在校表现。这样，才能发现孩子在成长的路上所出现的问题，并及时给予帮助，好让孩子的青春路走得更为顺畅平安。

二、培养孩子学习的能力。为了训练能力、提高成绩，适当多做一些课后练习是必要的。在此，我要谈谈我们家对孩子提出的“五个一”：一是每天利用一些时间温习功课、完成作业；二是每天攻克一条学科知识难点；三是每周阅读一本好书，写好心得感悟，培养良好的阅读习惯；四是每天帮家长做一点家务活，培养孩子勤劳节俭的好品质；五是参加一些有意义的社会实践活动，培养孩子发

现问题、解决问题、有独到见解的能力。而正式这“五个一”家规的坚持施行，让来仪在德智体美劳各个方面都有了显著的提高。

三、正确对待成绩，及时调整学习战术。在我们家，每次来仪考完试，无论成绩怎样，我们都会先让她分析原因、找出差距，并自己制定出一个接下来的学习策略，而作为家长则起辅助引导的作用，而不是给孩子施加压力。家长不关注成绩是不可能的，但过度关注又绝对是不可取的。通过考试，最重要的是了解孩子的学习状况，帮助孩子了解存在的问题和不足，并及时弥补。只要以后的考试作业中不犯类似错误，我的目的就达到了。家长应从孩子的基础出发，多肯定、多鼓劲。我们一直坚信——好孩子是夸出来的。

四、重视孩子的品德教育、安全教育和青春期教育。一是不要迷恋网游，要有效利用网络资源进行学习；二是教育孩子端正审美观，言语要得体，举止要文明；三是关爱生命，提高防范意识，防止交通事故、火灾事故、盗抢事件的发生；四是做好青春期教育，教育孩子正确面对开放多元的媒体影响，强堵不如巧疏，有针对性传授科学知识；五是多与孩子交心，培养孩子的兴趣爱好，知道孩子正常交往，帮助她理智超越情感，培育高尚情操，让孩子在丰富多彩的活动中得到足够多的情感满足，坦然愉快地步入青春期，充分享受花季的绚丽多姿。

人生漫长，未来责任重大，中学阶段的孩子即将步入青春期，所以如何帮助孩子渡过这个转型期至关重要，学校固然是教育孩子的重要因素，但我们家长更是孩子转型期不可或缺的领路人。制定良好的家规家训，不仅可以帮助孩子规范行为习惯、提升学习成绩，更能从现在开始指引孩子以后的人生旅程。以上我所分享的，只是我在教育过程中的个人感悟，在博才实验中学，我们有经验丰富的教师团队，有睿智亲切的家长群体，更有可爱好学的孩子们。相信我们一起努力，帮助孩子制定属于孩子自己的家训家规，一定可以帮助孩子们渡过青春转型期，有一个更顺利更精彩的人生！

小时候，每次上学校之前，妈妈总爱叮嘱我:“孩子，到学校千万别和同学打架，如果有人欺负你，就回来跟我说，我去找你们老师。”！妈妈生怕我在学校和同学发生矛盾，老是有事没事给我讲一些经典的故事，教育我遇事要宽宏大量，在学校要和老师、同学和睦相处，不要动不动就和他人发生冲突。在妈妈的教诲下，我没有和老师、同学发生过矛盾。现在，我已养成了尊敬长辈、孝顺父母、勤俭节约、自强自立等的好习惯。仔细想想，这些都和我们家的家风有着不可分割的关系。

上学以后，我无时无刻不牢记着家风、家规、家训，用它来约束自己。家是最小国，国是千万家”，我想如果每个家庭都拥有良好的家训和家规，代代传承成为家风，那么家风正则国运兴，千万正能量汇聚在一起，伟大的中国梦一定能够实现。

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy

about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try

to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like

wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may

disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide

and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs

team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to

cooperate with others in this game. I should understand what my teammate doing

and what he needs me to do for him. On the other side, I should learn to show my

teammate what I need. At the same time, I need to keep an eye on the whole game,

knowing how is the situation of our team and how is the other team. It involved

more cooperation and strategy.

I played basketball more for about 5 years now. I make many good friends

throught this sports. It is proud to win honor for my team and my school. Also I

enjoy all games with my friends. Basketball will be my best friends in the

future and my best memory about school life.

我的弟弟是家里最调皮的，最烦的一个人了。他吃饭的时候，是最头痛的。你不给他说好话，他是不会吃的。他吃饭时还在屋子里到处跑，抓也抓不住他。等我们吃完了以后，他还在一口一口地慢慢吃。他在屋子里玩时，不知他弄坏了多少东西。
