Every one has a different personality. I have an optimistic personality and

I always do everything happily. But not every one finds this easy. When I meet

When you ask people (which I have done many times) what it means to relax,

most will answer in a way that suggests that relaxing is something you plan to

do lateryou do it on vacation, in a hammock, when you retire, or when you get

everything else done. This implies, of course, that most other times should be

spent nervous, agitated, rushed, and frenzied. Very few actually come out and

say so, but this is the obvious implication.Could this explain why so many of us

operate as if life were one great big emergency?

It is useful to think of relaxation as a quality of heart that you can

access on a regular basis rather than something reserved for some later time.

You can relax now. It’s helpful to remember that relaxed people can still be

superachievers and, in fact, that relaxation and creativity go hand in hand.When

I’m feeling uptight, for example, I don’t even try to write. But when I feel

relaxed, my writing flows quickly and easily.

How to be a good learner?

As a good learner， we should have good habits and ways of learning。

We need to get ready for our lessons before class and always listen carefully in class。 It’s good to study in groups and help each other。 We should do more reading in our free time。 If we have some problems， we’d better ask others for help。 As a student， working hard is important， but don’t forget to do sports and keep healthy。

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

It is well known that exercise is important. In our school, we have to do an hours exercise every day. Many students are very happy. 最令我敬佩的便是这本书的作者——儒勒·凡尔纳。我们知道，按当时的科技水平，是无法造出当今的潜水艇，也就是文中的“鹦鹉螺号”舰船。但是他却用一支平凡的钢笔描绘出了潜水艇的前身，体现了自古以来渴望上天入地、自由翱翔的梦想。凡尔纳没有到过海底，却把海底的世界描绘得和现代高科技探测的海底景象相差无几，读来引人入胜，使读者身临其境，表明他具有非凡的想象力。

这本书让我体会到一个真理：只要我们有梦想，然后朝着自己的梦想不断地去追求、去探索，梦想就会实现。就像儒勒·凡尔纳一样，他有着远大的理想——制造出文中的“鹦鹉螺号”，虽然他没有真的去造潜水艇，但是他的理想给了后人以启迪，根据他的理想制造出了今天的潜水艇。随着地球上资源的不断短缺、气温逐渐变暖、灾难频繁发生，各国的科学家都在争先恐后探索着宇宙中的其他星球，以寻求一个可以让我们人类生存的星球。我相信，随着科学家们不断的努力，在不久的将来，我们人类将会在外太空的另一个星球上生存，那个星球上有我们取之不尽的资源和优美的环境，是我们赖以生存的“第二个地球”。

Sunrise at Sea

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

The sky was pale with a bluish blue. Soon a streak of pink dawn broke over the horizon，expanding gradually and becoming brighter and brighter. Knowing that the sun was about to rise, I had my eyes fixed on the distant edge of the sea.

As expected, the sun soon appeared revealing half of its face, which was very red but not bright It kept rising laboriously bit by bit as if weighted down with a heavy burden on its back until，after breaking through the rosy clouds;it completely emerged from the sea aglow with a lovely red. Then，before I knew it, the dark red orb began to shine blazingly, dazzling my eyes until they stung and all of a sudden lighting up the surrounding cloud.

Sometimes，hidden by the clouds, the sun nonetheless shed its rays straight onto the sea water, making it difficult for me to distinguish between the sky and the sea because what I saw in front of me was nothing but a wide expanse of brilliant light.

Sometimes, with thick layers of dark clouds hanging in the sky, the sun was hardly visible to the naked eye. But its radiance managed to show through the dark clouds to edge them with golden lace. Then, after gradually breaking through the tight encirclement, it came into full view and even dyed the dark clouds purple or scarlet. At the moment, apart from the sun，the clouds and the seawater, I too was luminous.

Wasnt that a marvelous spectacle?

I was read the book which called “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer”。 This story is about a clever boy called Tom Sawyer.

Tom is a naughty boy, he doesn’t like school and he doesn’t like work and he never wants to get up in the morning. But he like playing like swimming, fishing and having adventures with his friends. In this story he and his friend have a lot of adventures. These adventures can be dangerous. One night in the graveyard he and Huck see three men. Then Tom and his friends saw a murder. Joey killed the doctor and referred to Peter. Tom and his friends exposed Joey and caught him and became hero.

I think Tom is naughty but he is sympathetic and upright, he is brave he doesn’t afraid of Joey and full of his mind are wicked idea but he is clever and optimistic, he want his friend work for him, he make a lot of funny things.

This book let me know we need to “The road sees rough, gone to bat” to face difficult things we can’t shrink back and we need to fight with them. In the same time l know if only have a dream have pursuit and should try our best to do it , we can’t give up easily .

It just like in our study life we need to do our best. When we have problem we need to overcome it and get better scores.

A Little princess is a touching novel written by Frances Hodgson Burnett—a famous novelist and dramatist. It obviously contains lots of fancied plots, but the parts it talks about creating miracles, can really reach the bottom of my heart. The book can bring me into a world that is more than reality while reading it. The extraordinary story makes me ponder a lot and gives me a deep impression that every girl can be a princess.

In my opinion, it is impossible for every rich girl to act like a well-behaved princess, but Sara, the heroine of the novel, did it! She was an imaginative little girl who had such intelligent small face and such perfect manners. Sara was a very nice girl who had a gentle, appreciative ways of saying, such as “If you please” “Thank you” which was very charming. So, not only her teachers and classmates liked her, but also her servants liked her. There was a time when Sara became a poor and pitiful servant insulted by the snobbish headmaster of the school. In spite of this, she had never complained to anyone about the horrible suffering she had endured. Sara was confident, brave, optimistic and kind-hearted just like before and she had never given up her enthusiasm of life. No matter when, Sara acted like a princess, and on account of this, she had accomplished a GREat deal of miracles over and over again.

After reading this outstanding book, I was shocked by Sara, a little girl who suffered such unimaginable pain and tortures, but still had an opposite attitude towards life. What impresses me most is that Sara put on her act of being a princess when she wore thin bottom shoes, wading in the street of London. From my point of view, her spirit of being so strong-minded when she was in hard times is worth admiring.

Truly, every girl is a princess coming into common life. the “princess” I mean is not a princess living in the palace and being regarded as the apple of everyone’s eye. As the matter of fact, the “princess” is at heart. I am in the belief that every ordinary girl in the world can be a princess. The way for a girl to be a princess is quite simple. Just suppose! You can suppose yourself to be a princess, and go about your business confidently without caring how the others would treat you. If you want to have more resemblance to a princess, be more kind and try your best to help the people in need. The most important thing you are supposed to do is that to feel like a real princess at any occasion, particularly when you are involved with enormous melancholy. Do not feel the conditions you faced are extremely wretched and attempt to get rid of the feeling of hopelessness and uneasiness. The less you look like a princess, the more you need to feel like a princess at heart.

Every girl can be a princess if she can do all I mentioned, no matter she is rich, beautiful or not. To speak truthfully, I cannot do as well as Sara. However, I will exert myself on being a princess mentally.

Do not feel depressed any more, to be a well-thought-of princess like Sara. You can do it, because Every Girl Can Be A princess.

从小我就喜欢《西游记》，看过不知多少遍。但我看的都是动画片和电视剧，不是整本的原著。那时候我认为：知道内容就好了，为什么还要花那么多时间去看那种又大又厚又难懂的书呢?

进入初中，语文老师让我们午读时间看《西游记》。于是，我便开始读了。起初，我只是随便地看一看，但是，不一会儿，我就被书中的情节和人物迷上了，简直是爱不释手。我因为被书本迷得太厉害了，所以弄得茶饭不思。

这本书的主要内容是：为了造福人们，唐僧和他的三个徒弟去西天取经，。他们要历经九九八十一难才能取得真经。在取经路上，他们遇到了很多妖怪。有的妖怪因为听说吃了唐僧肉会长生不老，而千方百计要活捉唐僧，把他煮了吃;有的女妖精觉得唐僧一表人才，就把他抓去，强逼唐僧和她成亲;有的妖精危害人间，杀害人民，弄得人心惶惶……但是这些妖精都被孙悟空打败了，就算孙悟空打不败他们，也能找他的神仙好友来帮忙，最后妖怪们要么被打死，要么被制服。他们师徒四人，经历了九九八十一难后，终于取得了真经，造福天下百姓!

我感觉我不是在看书，而是在看电影，因为作者吴承恩的描述栩栩如生，好像他们就活生生地在我面前：品行端正，又坚定信念的师傅唐僧;拥有无穷本领，天不怕地不怕，机智勇敢的齐天大圣孙悟空，憨厚老实，有力气，但又贪吃，贪便宜的猪八戒;勤劳，安守本分，敦厚的沙和尚。我用了差不多一个星期的时间才把这本名著看完。

读完《西游记》，书中的人物时时浮现在我的脑海里，他们的精神也鼓舞了我。我要学习孙悟空不达目的绝不放弃的精神，学习八戒的憨厚老实，有力气，学习沙僧的勤快，学习唐僧的执着，有坚定信念，不畏艰险，锲而不舍。我还懂得了做事时应该百折不挠，有始有终，不能半途而废。回想起我以前做事有头无尾，不能坚持到底，我是多么的惭愧啊，但是，从我读完这本名著后，这种情况会永远的消失。

简爱这本书称得上是一本文坛巨著，我一直想读。这次，我省下零花钱，终于去新华书店把她买回家，细细地读。读完后，发现这本书对我的启发非常大。

这里面讲了女主人公简·爱从小失去父母，寄养在舅母家，因受其虐打而萌发反抗意识，进入劳渥德学校。毕业后，来到桑菲尔德庄园当家庭教师，与主人罗切斯特先生互相产生了爱慕之情。后来却发现罗切斯特早有妻室，就是一直被囚禁在阁楼里的疯女人。伤心之余，简·爱孤身逃离庄园，四处流浪，后因心中一直对罗切斯特念念不忘，重新又回到他身边。这时庄园已是面目全非，罗切斯特也双目失明。简·爱毅然和他幸福的生活在一起。

简·爱长相平常，一无所有，她之所以光彩夺目，就因为她的姿态出现在读者眼前的。正如主人公说过一句话：“当我无缘无故挨打时我们应该狠狠地回击……”狠狠地回击!这便是简·爱具有的反抗精神，很值得我们学习。在舅妈里德的太太家，在劳渥德学校，在桑菲尔德，在约翰家，简·爱始终没有放弃这种反抗精神。简·爱有着自己的尊严，他努力维护自己的尊严，简·爱勇敢前进，值得我们学习。

这段话给我的印象最深：你以为，就因为我贫穷、低微、不美、矮小，我就没有灵魂，也没有心吗?你错了!我跟你一样有灵魂，也同样有一颗心!要是上帝给予我一点美貌、大量财富的话，我也会让你难以离开我，就像我现在难以离开你一样。我现在不是用习俗、常规、甚至也不是用血肉之躯跟你讲话——这是我的心灵跟你的心灵说话，就好像我们都已经离开人世，两人一同站在上帝面前，彼此平等，就像我们本来就是的那样!”

在生活中我们经过了很多事比如：在农村中有一个小女孩来城市里上学，她的母亲要来，可这个小女孩很不好意思，绝的自己没钱，小朋友会笑话她。

这样做是不对的，因为在生活当中人生来有些东西不能决定的比如：你长得漂不漂亮?有没有钱?但是，人的灵魂是相等的，命运掌握在自己的手中，只有努力地拼搏才能有一个美好的未来。
