The Pressure From College Students

In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and more students get the college education, college students are under great pressure. We hear from the news that a lot of students can’t find jobs after graduation, then the next year, the other students gets graduating, the two years’ students compete for the jobs! I just can’t imagine such situation. The pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some may distort their minds, once their emotion can’t relieve in time, some tragical things may happen. Sports do us good in many respects.It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength. i teach economics at unlv three times per week. last monday, at the beginning of class, i cheerfully asked my students how their weekend had been. one young man said that his weekend had not been so good. he had his wisdom teeth removed. the young man then proceeded to ask me why i always seemed to be so cheerful.

今天是6月22日，到明年高考，只有350来天了。想必大家和我们的心思都是一样的：怎样才能让你们的子弟顺利完成学业，升入理想的大学。我当26班班主任以来，也努力朝着这个目标在工作。在我们班的科任老师大力配合下，26班各方面有了长足进步。下面我简单向大家汇报一下：

一、班级情况：

我们26班有94名同学，寄宿生72人。人数多，过去纪律不大好，学生自觉性不强。勿须讳言，我们班有些学生根本不知道到学校里是干什么的。所以我当班主任以来，一直以最严格的标准要求学生，以最大的耐心对待学生。一期来和每个学生至少谈过两次心。家长们可能也听孩子说过。同时我坚持平等对待每位学生，从不对任何人另眼相待。现在学生还是接受我了。这一点我很高兴。现在纪律好了，学习也有所进步。涌现了像彭论、王磊等全年级进步标兵，杨泽灵、朱阳、康舒良等优秀班团干部，班长王雪婷还光荣地成了预备党员。

二、具体工作：

1、加强思想教育：

刚接手26班时最大的包袱是班上学生思想落后，不怎么读书。于是我花大力气进行思想教育，每个星期都专门上思想课，从各方面教育引导他们。尽管是高中生了，但他们还比较幼稚，只想玩，上网、打游戏、玩牌，还有个别谈恋爱的。这不仅仅要讲道理，还要分析他们行为形成的思想根源。除了课堂上讲，几乎每天我都还要找学生谈心。现在94个人，应该没有上课不听课的了。我再及时总结，指出不足，肯定成绩，这样学生劲头也有了，思想问题解决了，其他就好说了。

2、狠抓出勤纪律：

在这一点上，也许有些通学生家长不满意，因为我的要求特别严，不允许有任何迟到、旷课的现象出现。我最担心的是学生家里骗家长，学校里骗老师。所以这一点可以说很苛刻。也只有这样学生才不会出问题，才能读好书。晚上10：00查寝，不放过一个，早上6：00点名不漏过一人。一抓住就和家长联系，严肃处理

3、严格督促学习：

由于原来纪律差，本班学习基础也很差，学生开始厌学情绪严重。开学的考试，和同一层次的c29班比，前十名我们只有一个，而且还是第十名。我和他们多次分析，经常打气。我们搞了个“距高考四百天宣誓”，提出“辛苦四百天，幸福一辈子”、“让青春无悔”等口号，到期中考试时，前十名有了三个，整体进步也很快。我们班的科任老师也很负责，开学不久，我就和他们一起商讨了学生成绩提高的办法，很多老师经常加班加点辅导同学们的功课，第八节课经常是抢起来上，早自习我和英语老师也经常碰到一起。在全体老师的努力下，现在班风正学风浓，相信随着高三的到来，我们班的成绩会越来越好。我们一个班级94人，就每一个学生而言，在班中占94分之1，是微不足道的。但对每个家庭来说，是百分之百的希望，所以我的原则是不放弃每一个学生，关心鼓励每一个人的健康成长。既重视优秀学生的培养，又尽量不让一个学生落队。平时老师们的空余时间、精力都放在帮助后进生上，做到课上多提问他们，多耐心辅导，课后常做他们的思想工作，找他们谈心，常常鼓励他们，他们在学习上一有进步就表扬他们。很多学生基本明确了学习的目标，学习上有了动力，学习成绩有了进步。

4、注重养成教育：

关于班主任工作，我的工作思想是：一切以提高学生素质出发，不求荣誉，只求提高。能够让学生锻炼的，尽量让其锻炼，哪怕是影响到参与一些学校的评比。在学习方面，不以成绩论英雄，着眼于学生的自身比较。每次考试，我会给学生提供详细的分析资料。培养班级的集体生活和荣誉。同时加大力度管理学生的行为习惯，注重养成教育。为此，我重点强化了纪律观念，强化时间观念。同时我注重学生良好生活习惯、卫生习惯的培养。我告诉学生习惯决定你的性格，性格决定你的命运，要想成就大的事业就得从身边小事做起，经过一段时间努力，同学们逐渐养成了良好的生活习惯。.吸烟是高中男生的通病，我多次进行跟踪，连他们上厕所也跟在后面。这样一来，吸烟的越来越少了。就寝纪律我也经常抓，晚上11：00、12：00还去查寝，一段时间来，各方面起色不少，受到了学校和年级组的充分肯定。

三、目标和希望：

我们班以“知识改变命运，让青春无悔”为班训，我们的目的很明确，不能让学生以后来后悔高中三年没读书。不管是老师还是同学，我们都在朝这个目标努力，我希望我们班全部都能升入大学，这就是我和全体老师的共同心愿。我们所有老师都会围绕一点尽自己最大的能力的。

四、意见和建议

高二的日子结束了，许多家长开始心急上火了，有的学生考试成绩差，孩子急，家长比孩子更着急。其实有个很生动的小故事我想在此和大家分享一下：有个孩子问爸爸，我要是考上大学了你会怎样?爸爸说：“我就满大街敲锣打鼓庆贺你考上大学了。”孩子问，要是没考上呢?爸爸说：“我就满大街敲锣打鼓庆贺你高中毕业了。”这就告诉我们，家长心态要平和。所以现在我也真诚的向在座的每一位家长提出一些希望：

1、家长要了解学校对学生的要求，积极配合学校做好工作。1)多鼓励2)多督促3)多联系4)多观察5)多检查 有些孩子比较复杂，对老师的话表面是很听的，而背着老师想干什么就干什么，所以，需要我们经常联系，多交流孩子的情况，双方相互配合，让小问题消灭于萌芽状态，不要等问题严重了再来找老师。我想请各位家长注意以下几点：

(1)、不要让孩子拉帮结派或进入网吧、酒吧。

(2)、不要让孩子带手机回学校。因为手机的方便给学生创造了机会在课堂上发信息，因而有些学生出现早恋。再者，带手机回学校不安全，容易失窃。

(3)、教育孩子要注意仪表，不要追求时髦。穿着、发型我们都要管。

(4)、对孩子的早恋问题要加以引导，并及时制止。

(5)、不要让孩子驾驶摩托车或电动车来上学。

2.家长要培养学生独立生活的能力，要让学生学会自己管理自己，该带的东西一律由学生自己带齐，开学后不要总让学生回家。

3.注重学生学习习惯和学习能力的培养，使学生养成良好的学习方法，切记家长不要包办代替，要注重学生的实践能力和创新能力。

4.从这里我还想说，要学会欣赏学生，要善于发现他们的闪光点。要让他们认识到自己能行，是好样的。
