.In the National Day ,I have had a good eight-day.I went to Weihai with my family.We got there by air.Weihai is a very beautiful and modern city.

In the morning,we got to the hotel where we lived.After breakfast,we began to our travel.First we took the bus to the Sea Park.There are so many different kinds of fishes that I couldn’t believe my eyes.We also saw the show of dolphins.Then we had lunch in a restaurant.The seafood which was very famous in China was delicious.

Because most people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. 在不知不觉中我也醒了，本能的起床喝水。就听见厨房里有烧菜的声音，我走到房门口就看到妈妈先在碗里打蛋。妈妈拿出蛋在碗上面敲个一两下，然后迅速的扒开壳，用筷子打蛋，直到蛋黄和蛋清都打均匀后。接着妈妈又拿出一个专门煎面饼的锅。在锅里到上油。妈妈等到油开始发出“噼里啪啦”的声音时才把把鸡蛋倒进去。鸡蛋放进去的时候妈妈把火放到最小。再很快地用手抓饼盖了上去，它开始慢慢的有了金黄色，等了一会儿把手抓饼翻一面，翻过来之后，妈妈把香肠切成一半，在油锅里炸一炸，把里脊肉和生菜也放到锅里炸一炸，然后妈妈把盘子和，沙拉酱、番茄酱拿来，妈妈把手抓饼放了上去又涂了一些沙拉酱和番茄酱，把香肠、里脊肉和生菜都放到里面再卷起来。

看上去非常的好吃，我走到餐桌上坐下来，妈妈把手抓饼放在桌子上，我赶紧拿起来咬了一口，“好好吃!”我对妈妈这么说。在那一刻，我也感受到了妈妈对我的关爱。

虽然我很不情愿，但是在“魔鬼老爸”的一声声催促下，我还是起床穿好妈妈给我买好的运动服和运动鞋，跟着“魔鬼老爸”下楼运动去了。睡眼惺忪的我一眼就看见爸爸给我制定的训练课程：每天早上5分钟训前拉伸，200跳绳、50个仰卧起坐、还有50个深蹲，每个动作分3组完成，每组中间只让我休息15秒。不止这些，每天晚上还有跑步运动，前1周是每天3公里跑步，然后追加到4公里，直到最后加到5公里。“这哪里是减肥啊?这个魔鬼爸爸是拿他当兵的训练方式来虐我吗?”更可气的是，做不完运动，就不让我吃饭，发现偷懒，就重新加运动量惩罚，我在心里哭晕过一万次：“我的理想暑假呢?这个魔鬼老爸呀!”

好不容易完成了爸爸的任务，终于等到吃饭时间，可是爸爸准备的早餐就像喂兔子一样，对于我这个“肉食动物”来说，除了几片水煮牛肉和几个水煮虾，其它就没有什么我喜欢吃的了。生菜叶子、凉拌黄瓜、水煮西兰花……这些恐怕猪都不会闻一下吧。我饥肠辘辘的坚持到晚饭，爸爸做了我喜欢吃的红烧肉，我美滋滋的想“这个魔鬼老爸还是深深爱着他的宝贝女儿的。”可是我刚吃了几口饭和几块肉，爸爸就把碗和盘子都收走了，还不忘回头对我说：“七分饱就可以了，不然早上运动就不起作用了，需要重新加量了。”“真是魔鬼老爸啊!”我心里嘀咕着：“上有政策，下有对策，我作为‘受害者’必须找个办法制止他的魔鬼训练计划。”

我躺在床上装病，捂着肚子，一边喊疼一边说不能训练了，爸爸半信半疑的让我休息了两天，第三天就把我拉出去继续锻炼了。

后来我发现，吃饭的高脂红烧肉，逐渐变成了各种好吃的水煮牛肉、鸡胸肉、白灼虾……果盘里的高糖分水果，变成了黄瓜和西红柿，健康最重要，我会慢慢习惯和改变。“魔鬼老爸”也有细心的一面嘛!
