走过灯火通明的地下通道，来到自动售票机前，买了票，过了安检，再下一层电梯，我们正谈笑间，远处传来了一阵“吼吼”的声音，这声音越来越近，很显然，一辆高大上的地铁车慢慢驶来。

地铁车稳稳地停在我面前，门自动开了，我带着浓浓的好奇心踏入了车厢，我仔仔细细的观察着，看着车厢内的装饰，不禁感叹，它真是让我大开眼界，我更是连一点蛛丝马迹都不肯放过的左顾右盼，也忘记找个座位坐下了。

地铁的设计真是高大上，连门的开关也是计时的，快关门的时候，门上的黄灯就会亮，以警示人们不要被门夹到了：它的活动范围宽阔，座位比较长，一排可以坐五六个人，车厢也很多，这样就避免人群的拥挤了......地铁里的高科技设计不计其数，我就不一一介绍了。

我刚想找个座位坐下时，却听到清脆而标准的三种声音(普通话，闽南语，英文)：“中山公园到了……”我看了看手表，才十分钟就到目的地了，真是佩服地铁的神之速啊!

7月22日下午，我和老妈手挽手走进了厦门大学。

一说到厦门这个地方，我想，大家应该最先想到的是鼓浪屿或者是厦门大学吧。这些地方景色优美，令人陶醉。而厦门这个“宝藏”城市还有一处地方可以挖掘——猫街。

来到顶澳仔，踏足这里，犹如置身猫的世界，一幅幅猫咪涂鸦栩栩如生，街道的各个角落无不充斥着猫咪的文化气息，大到拱门、墙壁、挂灯彩旗，小到电线杆、配电箱，甚至小吃店的窗台都被刷上了五彩缤纷、不同品种的猫咪卡通形象涂鸦。

据说，这条街的猫比居民还要多，不过看着国庆假期这人山人海的游客，猫咪已经成“稀有动物”了吧。在这条街上有一家猫咪博物馆，十分新奇。

走进猫咪博物馆，最先映入眼帘的是一辆“火车”，“火车”里装载着许多可爱的小猫咪：有加菲猫、暹罗猫、布偶猫、波斯猫，还有苏格兰折耳猫……一只只生龙活虎，跳来跳去。我迫不及待地走进“猫咪火车”，看见肥肥的加菲猫正在捉弄暹罗猫，把暹罗猫气得“喵喵”大叫。小加菲和布偶猫隔着一个窗子互相拍手。而橘猫在一旁睡觉，折耳猫高冷地站在最高处梳理自己的毛发。我伸手一摸，它们细腻的绒毛就好像是秋天的木棉花似的。我轻轻摸摸它们的下巴，它们倒也不害怕，反而亲切地喵喵叫。

土笋冻是用生长于海边滩涂的一种名叫"土蚯"的无脊椎软体小动物加工制作的，晶莹剔透，柔韧嫩脆，鲜甜爽口，尤其是沾上各种佐料，更别具风味。据说，制作上笋冻的"黑土蚯"，全国只有厦门、海沧、安海一带沿海滩涂才有，而以厦门百谷港出产的品质最佳。可惜围海造地，芫当已不再成港，现在的土笋冻只有靠高浦、海沧、安海等地提供原料了。

五香也是极为可口的美味。它用一种专门的豆皮，裹上剁碎的精肉、荸荠、葱等，包成如春饼的一条条，再放下油锅炸成焦黄，切成几段，蘸佐料进食，香、酥、脆、鲜，妙不可言。

蚝仔煎则是选黑耳白肚（黑白对比越强烈，说明越新鲜）的"珠蚝"，拌和青蒜、韭菜、地瓜粉，摊入油锅，两面煎透。讲究一点，还要在入锅后，再摊上搅散的蛋，一道煎熟。起锅后，撒点胡椒，放数叶芫荽，吃时再蘸上芥辣、辣酱、香酷，简直连舌头都会一起吞下去。

虾面的主料是虾和面，然而妙处却不在虾，也不在面，而在汤。先把虾去壳水熟，捞起虾仁，再用这汤熬虾壳，熬了第一遍后，把虾壳过滤出来，捣碎，掺上冰糖再熬。然后和上熬过的猪骨头汤，撒上葱花、蒜末，方才成为虾面汤头。食时，将面搅熟。捞置碗中，放上几只承熟的虾仁和几片猪肉，加上一小匙葱头油及些许蒜泥，再舀进熬好的虾汤，撒上胡椒，味道之鲜美，令人难忘。

糖葱饼，过去有许多小贩挑着担沿街走巷叫卖，现在只有在"好清香"酒家才吃得到了。它是用特制的约五六厘米直径的小春饼皮，包上一小段专门炼制的油葱糖和酸萝卜、葱、蒜、辣酱、莽辣。入口后，甜、酸、辛、辣、咸五味俱全，食欲大振。

沙茶面可算是当今厦门最普遍的小吃了，无论闹市或深巷，几乎无处不有。沙茶面的妙处，也是在汤头。好的沙茶面汤，是用猪的大骨汤加上沙茶辣酱、花生酱等熬成的，又鲜又辣，别具口味。

芋泥、芋枣、芋包，则是把槟榔芋头蒸熟，捣成泥，然后包肉、笋等，用蒸笼蒸过，即成芋包。什么也不包，只加糖，搓成一粒粒如大枣，再油炸，即成芋枣。若是加糖，油炒，则成芋泥。芋泥起锅后，面上油多，很快就不冒烟，但内里却是十分烫，不知底细，就要吃亏。也有咸芋泥，如南普陀素菜的"香泥藏珍"，即把苹泥包上各种菜，整碟或整碗蒸熟，边上再撒些油炸过的酥脆可口的青菜叶丝，吃起来十分可口。

蚝仔粥或蟹粥的功夫，在于米要"粒粒清"，不能煮烂。主要喝稀饭汤。

传统中，一种小吃总是和最受欢迎的某一摊点的店名或主人名字连在一起，如黄则和的花生汤，"好清香"的烧肉棕，"碰记"和"真好味"的鱼丸场，"章记"的虾面，关隘内治姐的美人薄饼，思明北路程阿树的蚝仔煎，二舍庙陈汉益的炸五香，泰山口吴唇的韭菜盒，打锡箔巷叶栋梁和笛仔仙陈金水的土笋冻，福茂街口何金钗的沙茶面，海关边王奕然的油葱？，思明北路猫车的贡鱿鱼，赖厝埕蔡淑贞的芋包，十六崎脚陈玲的麻嵫等等。

岁月流逝，数十年前的这些老字号能留存至今的已经不多。但后起之秀，层出不穷。尤其是80年代以来，八仙过海，各显其能，把小吃又推上了一个新的高潮。

一种潮流是将大众化的小吃"宴席化"，以"好清香"酒楼为代表。像"九龙盘"，借成套餐具为媒介，将九种小吃组成一道风味梅花拼盘，构思相当奇巧。同时将芋包、肉粽、油葱？、夹饼等小吃小型化精致化，使人们在小吃宴席上，一次可以品尝多种小吃。小吃宴，十二道菜，道道都是厦门街头巷尾可见的风味小吃，但又较那些小摊点工料精致，风味更佳。

另一潮流则是将小吃"家常化"。像芋枣、卤鸭、五香、卤豆干、咸？等等，各菜市场都有许多摊点，专卖给顾客带回家做家常饭菜。

无论是小吃的"宴席化"或"家常化"，都表明厦门人对小吃的喜爱是何等深切。相信厦门的小吃还会再发展，发展得更丰富多彩，更令人难忘。

一天上午，爸爸对我说：“xx，你哥哥来信了，叫你今年暑假到厦门度假。”我一听高兴得跳起来。这一天，我一直沉浸在欢乐之中。哥哥那家乡的山山水水，一张张熟悉的笑脸，不时浮现在我眼前。哥哥的来信，不由得使我想起在那里度过的时光。

我现在还清楚的记着村边有一条小河，人们吃水用水全依赖它。河水真清啊，用手轻轻一拨，平静的湖面，溅起的水花白得像棉花，在阳光下，是那样晶莹。河水真甜，喝下去觉得心旷神怡，比吃西瓜还痛快。我和小伙伴来到河边，痴痴地看着它，猜想着：它是从哪里来的，水底有住着龙王吗？若不是大人再三吓唬，说海龙王很凶，下去的人上不来，我可真要跳下找“老龙王”聊天。

河边有一片桃林。每年夏天，可以收很多的桃子。咬它一口，真是又甜有脆。林里人很迷信，奶奶常常说：“小孩子出去不要打蟾蜍，不然会触犯神灵的。”有一回，我和几个小伙伴到村边玩耍。突然一只蛤蟆朝我跳来，把我吓了一跳，当时我忘了奶奶的嘱咐，捡起一块砖头扔去，“噗”的一声，蛤蟆被砸死了。小伙伴可急坏了，便对我说：“糟了，你惹祸了。蛤蟆死后，他的灵魂会叫毒蛇来咬你。”我也害怕了，心里像揣十五只吊桶，忐忑不安。这天晚上，我吃不香睡不好，睡觉用被子把头蒙得严严实实的。奇怪？直到第二天早晨，根本没事。三天过去了，还是毫无声息。我得意的对小伙伴们说：“大蛇怕我，三天不敢出来。”奶奶来了，知道了事情，急忙把我拉回去，狠狠地训斥了我一顿。

想起童年的这些趣事，更加想念在那里的美好时光。

紧张的期末考试结束了，愉快的寒假生活开始了！寒假第一天，我和妈妈怀着兴奋的心情去厦门旅游。

厦门是我国东南部的一个海湾风景城市，总面积1518平方公里，由厦门岛、鼓浪屿、九龙江北岸沿海地区及附近小岛、海域和同安县组成。在四天的厦门之旅中，我们我们游览了许多景点：依山饶水的环岛路，人才辈出的厦门大学，风景如画的集美学村，历史悠久的胡里山炮台，名琴荟萃的钢琴博物馆，陈嘉庚先生的归来堂，山峦叠翠的鼓浪屿……

每一处景点都让我们赞叹不已，留恋忘返，其中，我最喜欢的是鼓浪屿。碧海怀抱中的它，海礁嶙峋，岸线迤逦。岛上气候宜人，雨量充沛，生长着许多珍贵的树种。在那里，我深切地感受到了大自然的美好。鼓浪屿不但自然风光婀娜多姿，而且文化底蕴积淀深厚。那里培养出了周淑安、陈佐煌、徐斐平等一大批杰出的音乐家。因此，鼓浪屿有“音乐之岛”的美称。

此外，鼓浪屿是林巧稚、马约翰等60多位名人的故乡，也是民族英雄郑成功史迹保存最为完整的区域之一。这一切让我情不自禁地发出赞叹：“鼓浪屿真是人杰地灵啊！”这趟厦门之旅让我爱上了鼓浪屿，爱上了厦门。

在海峡西岸，有一座城市，这座城市被人们称为“水上花园，”是个风光秀丽，使我魂牵梦萦的地方，那就是我的故乡-厦门。厦门这些年有着翻天覆地的变化，人们的生活水平像芝麻开花-节节高。

厦门在以前并不是个富裕的地方，有许多地方都是路面崎岖，即使不下雨也很难走。一下雨，路面泥泞的很，车马难行，由于家家都不富裕，谁也拿不出这么多钱来修路，也只好那样了。现在好了，改革开放了，大家都奔上了小康水平。平坦宽广的柏油路代替了那泥泞的小路。一辆辆崭新漂亮的小轿车在马路上飞奔而去。

原来的房子只有几十平方米，而且还破破旧旧的。现在，一栋栋高楼大厦拔地而起，即美观，有大方，各有各的特点，形状各异，开发区也是星罗棋布。

再说说我们的环保吧，我们厦门是个依山傍水的花园式城市，山多水更多。可是原来由于大家往里面投放拉圾，排放污水，清清的湖水已变得混浊不清了，还散发出一阵阵臭味，让人难以忍受。现在就不同了，到处都是环保标语，还有许多清洁工在扫地，水不但没有臭味了，人们还在湖两边的绿化带上种了许多垂柳，它枝条细长下垂，直泻而下，像少女柔软的披发，有像一条绿色的瀑布，优美而不失气势。从这路过的人们不用捂着鼻子了，而是驻足观赏。

以前，由于大家都不富裕，买不起电灯。一到晚上，人们只好摸黑前进，一不小心就会摔跟头，现在，经济发达了，到处都是五颜六色的霓虹灯，把大街小巷照的通亮。那一排排的路灯，把公路照得如同白天。还有各种颜色的激光灯，在夜空扫来扫去，特别是鼓浪屿，在灯光的照耀下闪闪发光，远远望去，犹如一座发着光的金山。厦门在灯光的装扮下变成了“不夜城。”

如今，厦门已经兴旺发达，愿我美丽的故乡---厦门更加繁荣富强!

Its very important for us to protect the environment. All of us want to live in a better place, so its our duty to beautfy the environment. As a senior high school student, we should do something.

Above all, we should never throw rubbish ourself. We must keep this rule, and then influence the others. Whats more, we should care more about the environment. For instance, we should read newspapers about the globle environment problems and think deep about them. Last but not the least, we ought to promote the importance of protecting the environment. 我最喜欢去的地方是厦门，因为那里有我的亲人，而且那里有很多美丽的景点。但我最喜欢去的地方是赫赫有名的鼓浪屿。

7月15日这一天，我、妈妈和姐姐去了鼓浪屿。一到这里，我就闻到海水独有的味道，一阵阵微风吹来，好爽啊！这里的样子和之前相比漂亮多了。那些树的叶子层层叠叠的，像楼梯一样；这些花草稀奇古怪，五光十色，非常漂亮；甚至连栏杆都是与众不同，上面飘着很多可爱的音符。

我们一边欣赏周边的美景，一边谈天，不知不觉地来到了海边。我拼命似地脱掉凉鞋，飞奔到沙滩，我和姐姐用沙子堆城堡、轮船和鲨鱼。我们还到海水里游泳，我们互相泼水、玩耍，我把姐姐的头发全弄湿了，看上去还挺像美人鱼的。姐姐说：“你这个小调皮鬼，看我不好好整整你！” 她一说完，我们就你追我赶的，这种场面掀起了整片高潮。

夕阳最美只是近黄昏，妈妈亲切地问我们：“你们今天玩地开心吗？我们应该回家了吧？”我和姐姐呆若木鸡似的说：“那我们回家吧，好舍不得离开这里哦！妈妈明年我们还要过来！”“好吧！”妈妈说。我们目不转睛地盯着鼓浪屿，依依不舍地告别了它。

今日是我们到厦门的第二天，我和妈妈还有田依然、黎轩铭和他们的妈妈商量后决定我们今日坐轮渡去鼓浪屿看看，如果好的话妈妈们就决定带我们上鼓浪屿岛上住几天玩。于是我们就先去吃早饭然后到轮渡码头座船到鼓浪屿。

鼓浪屿原名圆沙洲、圆洲仔，因海西南有海蚀洞受浪潮冲击，声如擂鼓，明朝雅化为今名。由于历史原因，中外风格各异的建筑物在此地被完好地汇集、保留，有“万国建筑博览”之称。小岛还是音乐的沃土，人才辈出，钢琴拥有密度居全国之冠，又得美名“钢琴之岛”、“音乐之乡”。

到了鼓浪屿以后我们都想到沙滩挖沙子玩，可是因为天气太热的了，于是妈妈们决定让我们到海边游泳。我们都换上泳衣，带上各自的游泳圈走到海边去游泳。到了海边我看见那海水里有些垃圾很影响我们的心情，可是我们还是游了一会，也算是降降温。看到了这些情况，我深深地感受到爱护环境的重要性，今后我要做一名保护环境的好孩子。

从沙滩上来妈妈给我们每个人都买了一瓶冻成冰的水，我们就咕咚咕咚喝起来。我们三个孩子和淘淘妈妈在那里休息，我妈妈和田依然妈妈去看岛上的宾馆，因为我们明天就要住到岛上。

联系好了岛上的酒店我们就回到厦门的住处休息，到了晚上妈妈们带我们去品尝了厦门的特产海鲜大排档，有虾、螃蟹、鱼、海蛎子等等可多好吃的，好吃极了，我们每个人都吃得非常开心。

今天的计划是去鼓浪屿游玩，我们先乘25路到码头，摆渡去鼓浪屿。到啦岛上，我们先买啦张联票，可以游玩5个景点。（日光岩、菽庄花园、皓月园、百鸟园、钢琴博物馆）我们先去钢琴博物馆，爬啦好久山路，真可谓好景在险峰啊！在博物馆里，我看见啦最大的和最小的管风琴。最大的高达6米多，最小的连半米都不到。

接着我们来到啦百鸟园，它和日光岩很近，用缆车相互连接，我们先去参观百鸟园，刚走进园内，一只亭亭玉立的孔雀就印入我的眼帘。还看见啦丹顶鹤、白鹭、海鸥、鸽子、鹦鹉、麻雀，甚至还看见啦一对天鹅。这儿简直就是鸟儿们的世界，造得像个原始森林。飞流直下的瀑布、高耸入云的大树，美极啦。

我们还看啦鸟儿的表演，有鹦鹉学舌，鸟儿跳迪斯科，以及鸟儿走钢丝，鹦鹉做算术等。最后一个精彩节目是鸟儿衔纸币。只要你用手拿着一张纸币，鸟儿就会飞过来叼走，不过你就不能拿回你的钱啦哦。走出百鸟园，我们乘上啦缆车。那缆车真吓人，是全自动的，你要跑上缆车，它可是不停的哟！来到日光岩，还得再往上爬。妈妈她们累得不行啦，所以我遥遥领先，第一个到达日光岩顶峰。站在这儿，可以看见鼓浪屿的全景，风也很大，总担心大风会把我吹下去。

下啦日光岩，我们赶紧在海滨浴场旁的餐馆解啦馋，吃得都是海鲜，味道好极啦。用餐完毕，我们又沿着海边走啦20分钟，来到啦菽庄花园。这里展示的全是古色古香的古代用品，我对几块大石头比较感兴趣，我说是凳子，妈妈说是桌子，后来，一位小姐告诉我这是古代的装饰品，不能坐的。 嘻嘻……献丑啦。最后我们回到码头，结束啦今天的鼓浪屿之旅。

因为时间还早，所以又去中山路逛啦逛，这条中山路相当于我们的淮海路。晚上我们在酒店旁的沃尔玛吃啦些厦门小吃结束啦这一天的疲劳之旅。
