今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊！今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

5月8日星期四

今天下午，英语老师拿考卷来发，没想到第一个就是我，我连害怕的时间都没有了。

可我拿到考卷的时候，这简直是老天送给我的惊喜。我考了98分！从四年级开始，我英语考试就没有一次能上九十分以上，不是七十几，就是八十几。可这回，竟然得了个98分！太让人不敢相信，连我自己感到不可思议。当我看到扣分数的那一道错题时，脸一下阴了下来——只是四个开头没写大写字母，就扣2分！这2分扣得未免太冤了吧。我把考卷拿着，快步走到位置上时，刚好老师叫到了姚子恒的名字。我以为他的分数会比我的分数高。没想到，哈哈，竟然比我的分数少。我得意扬扬，只能用考卷挡在我面前，好收敛我的得意。

记得考试的时候，我是擦了又改，改了又擦，前面两面才全对的。还有，第一题连线的，连单词和意思，这几单元的单词我都能背出来，称得上倒背如流，这种小题难不倒我。哦，我太激动了，还是收敛不住。

还有，还有，第五题简直是奇迹！这题的意思，我都不明白，只能跳过，等我全部写完了，再返回来写。这时，英语老师已经要收卷了，我也不知道是什么意思就随便填，没想到我瞎猫碰上死耗子，全蒙对了！

哇，这次我考得很满意，我又收敛不住了……

My Winter Holiday Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So what I am going to do? Today I stayed at home. So I was very bored. I didn’t know what to do. My

aunt said, “ Help me buy a packet of sugar.” “All right.” I said. I went out of

my house, then walked into the supermarket. After buying, I saw a little boy

fell to the ground. I picked him up, and he said,“Thank you.” After he left, I

went home. I helped a little boy today, I felt very happy.

Full of excitement

The English summer camp begins today.We were all excited today.

When we got on the bus in the morning,our guide miss Guo reminded us to

take care of ourseues.She also asked us to introduce ourselves and after that,we

got known with each other.

How time flies!After only on hour,we got to Zhejiang University.The

university is pretty,beautiful and large.The Teaching buildings and student’s

building are very new.I couldn’t wait to go into the student’s building.The

condition of the flat is good.The air conditioner is prepared for us.The

headteacher has a strong mind,no matter how hot it was,he still helped us to

solve the problems.

In the afternoon,we had our first class.Mrs Zheng asked us 10 questions,and

we answered them.

After having dinner,my friend and I went to the supermarket to buy some

fruit.

it was raining outside when i got up early in the morning. it‘s too bad, i had to go to school by bus. i said to myself. it was almost seven o‘clock before i left home. i put on my raincoat and ran to the bus stop in a hurry, for i thought a lot of people might be waiting there. hardly had i got there when a bus was coming. i got on the bus immediately, hoping it was possible for me to take a seat. i saw an empty seat and took it. but i found an old lady standing behind me. i stood up at once and was about to ask her to take the seat when a young girl in a modern skirt made a dive for it. i could hardly believe it.

i glared at her, thinking“what bad manners! she cares for nobody but herself. won‘t she grow old in the future?”

I love my mother best, because she is my mother and she loves me, too. My

mother takes good care of me. Every morning, she gets up early and makes

breakfast for me. Every day, she cooks delicious meals for me and my father. She

knows our favorite. Besides, she often talks to me, so that we look like close

friends. She knows everything about me. My mother’s hobby is reading. She has

much knowledge. And she encourages me to read more books. It’s good for me.

This days, my family go to Qinhuangdao(秦皇岛) have a visit .In there ,we use

camera take a lot of photos. We see many Qing Dynasty (清朝) lifestyle .The most

famous view is Jiaoshan Greatwall(角山长城). It is too high and hard to go up .But

we get it .We spend three happy days .We seat down the trolley (缆车)to fly in the

air like a bird .The days which I spent in there is different from my hometown

.I think I will visit much more views if i work hard .It。

July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

July 6th Tuesday cloudy;

Ah ha, when I get up, it was time for lunch. But I really have a lot of work to

do, I must write words and English dairy, then learned “Li yang” English, and then …… .

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

Yesterday, I decided to go outside for picnic, but unfortunately, it

suddenly rained.I felt very disappointed, but I knew one thing: next time, when

I decide to do something, I should pay attention to the weather

forecast.Finally, I had to change my mind, and I had to stay at home all day

watching TV and reading books.I like sunny days very much, and I dont like

rainy days any more. But I know if there are no rainy days, there will be a lack

of water, and I know it is very terrible if there is not enough water.But I

still like sunny days because I like sunshine very much.

昨天我决定去野炊，不幸的是突然下雨了，我感到很失望。但我知道了一件事，下次当我决定做什么的时候，应该留意一下天气预报。最后，我不得不改变我的主意。整天呆在家里看电视和书。我很喜欢晴天，一点也不喜欢下雨天。但是我知道如果不下雨的话，我们就没有水，那很糟。但我仍然喜欢晴天，因为我非常喜欢阳光。

今天，在黄校长的要求下，我们一行七个人，观察了掘港小学每周一次的升旗仪式。他们学校的升旗仪式和其它学校还有所不同。

在升旗仪式上，除了升国旗之外，还需升上另外七面班旗。这七面班旗代表着七个在这周全校表现得最为优秀的班级。在这样的制度下，有的班旗可以一个学期连升多个星期，而有的班旗却一次机会都没有。一面班旗，代表着一整个班集体的荣誉和自豪。同时，也能激励全校其它师生向这些榜样班级学习。班旗的升起和降下，正是对全校师生最好的鞭策和鼓励。这是一种无形的督促。

在观摩了这样一场升旗仪式后，感动之余，我也备受启迪。

在对学生们的教育教学管理的过程中，只是有爱心和责任心也是不够的。如果想做好这份工作，还需要一份儿智慧。就好比班旗，全校日常规的管理其实是多么平常的一件事情，但加以一些巧思，无形中既督促全体学生们做好班级常规，又无意识地培养了他们的集体荣誉感。真是起到一举多得、事半功倍的效果。

3.3星期五小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

实习日志一

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

The delicious lunch

Today,when I went home after school at noon,the moment I opened the door,a

good smell drifted out.Then I saw my mother was cooking in the kitchen.Wow!That

were all my favorite food:lobsters,chiken wings,sweet and sour pork

ribs,kung-pao chiken and steamed fish.My mother said:“your uncle,aunt and your

little cousin will come to visit us soon.”No wonder my mother cooked so many

delicious.After we ate lunch,I felt very fulled,because the lunch was actually

tasted delicious,I hadnt eaten such tasty dishes for a long time.Then I played

with my little cousin,he is two years old,and he is chbby and very cute.

美味的午餐

今天上午我放学回来的时候，当我一打开门，一阵香味扑鼻而来。然后我看见我妈妈正在厨房煮菜，哇!那都是我最喜欢的食物：小龙虾、鸡翅、糖醋排骨、宫保鸡丁和清蒸鱼。我妈妈说：“你舅舅、舅妈和你小表弟得下来我们家做客。”难怪我妈妈怎么会做那么多美食。我们吃完午饭后，我感觉非常饱，因为那些菜实在很好吃，并且我已经很久没有吃过那么好吃的食物了。然后我和我的小表弟玩耍，他两岁了，胖嘟嘟的非常可爱。
