每天早上，我都喜欢去那块土地去看看那个浅紫色的小花。

一根木棍上爬满了深绿色的细细的花蔓，翠绿的叶子在朝阳的沐浴下显得那样的娇小，浅紫色的花朵上缀着点露珠，我好像一个玉杯中盛满了琼浆玉液。

我每天都看它们在成长，看它们的藤蔓细密的缠绕在木竿上，并越长越高，我十分高兴。

As we all known， the man who wants to be success should have a good disposition. As the saying goes， “disposition decide to everything.” I remember a famous motto： there are no two identical people in the world， but the success people are similar in many ways. Exactly， good disposition is the foundation of success. From my point of view， I deemed it success should also rely on these factors： diligent， confident， humor. It can help us to open the door of success.

There is no denying that diligent is the first step to the success. As the proverb says， no pains， no gains. Absolutely， guess that a person without diligent， how can he get achievements. Many successful people have become famous in the world by their diligent. Therefore we should take diligence as a good habit rather than lazy at every time.

大胆的想象是取得成功的先决条件。人们常说：没有异想，那有天开。也就是说要想取得天开的成果，首先得有大胆的想象。如果没有人想要发明蒸汽机，人类就不用有第一次工业革命;如果没有爱因斯坦大胆提出相对论，人类就不会进入原子时代;如果没有人想要发明电灯，电话，电脑等电器，人类就不能进入电器乃至信息时。纵观人类的历史，人类成长的每一步都与大胆的想象密不可分。正是这一个个大胆的设想激励着人们，引导着人们一步一步走向文明，走向发展，走向繁荣。然而，光有大胆的想象还远远不够，天上不会无缘无故地掉下馅饼来。要想取得成功，还得靠自己的努力。

这不由使我联想到了前段时间书市里热销的一本书叫《成功是逼出来的》，作者甘霖用一种极为被动的心态去解读了那些被定位为“成功”的人士。开始，我只是视其为一种娱乐，看过则罢，甚至觉得此书作者涉嫌部分的炒作心态，所以不予以评价。直至今日，看到了松下辛之助如此“别出心裁”的秘诀，不禁又使我想起了那本书——成功是逼出来的。

结合着看，这才发现书中字字在理，句句经典，而松下辛之助的三条秘诀更是妙不可言，让人回味无穷。

今日源源不断的财富完全是为昔日贫寒的出生所迫——所谓先苦后甜，吃得苦中苦，才能方为人上人。白手起家的人，才能在获得财富后保持一种珍惜爱护的心态，不舍得恣意挥霍自己的付出和汗水。贫寒的生活造就、“逼迫”出了无数位成功人士。古今中外，范仲淹家境贫寒，划粥充饥，最终成为了一代巨匠；文中的松下幸之助自小困窘，最终成为了让人敬仰的“经营之神”……这些例子无疑告诉了我们——成功是逼出来的！

学历低下，不是成不了大器、做不了大事的借口，反之，它是成功的充分条件。当然，也仅仅只是充分，并不是所有的成功者都成绩低下，这也并不意味着所有成绩低下的人不加努力就能敲开成功的大门。学历的低下也许更是是一种无形的促进，使你在走入社会的同时，无时不在提醒着自己：我学历低，应当用比别人更认真的态度来面对一切！因此，这低下的学历就成了一面明镜，时刻鞭策着那些“先天”不足的人们不断的进取、学习，从而达到成功。这又印证了那句话——成功是逼出来的！

体弱多病的人注定无法成为事业的操纵者，上天剥夺了他们健康的同时，也赐予了他们冷静的思考和沉着的智慧。体弱多病，逼着他们不能亲临现场、不能劳累，只能在有效的时间和空间内运用他们的智慧，完成他们想做的事。这是一种限制，同时更是一种厚爱，因为这样的“逼迫”成就了一位受世人尊敬的伟人——霍金；一位意志力为亿人榜样的海伦·凯勒；一位坐在轮椅上，身残志不残的张海迪……无数的体弱多病，成就了一代人的成功命运！

大自然让我们在磨难中奋斗，在奋斗中不断成长、壮大与进步。这一过程是痛苦的体验，但是，人未经磨难是不可能成功的。人一生下来，就要大声啼哭，逼迫肺泡接受新鲜的空气。接着，世上的一切都逼着你去适应，去争取。出身贫寒、学历低下、体弱多病……它们不是阻碍成功的借口——逼迫，可以激发你的潜能；环境和绝境的逼迫可以赋予你无限的创造力；生活所逼、亲情所逼、社会所逼、自己所逼、时间所逼、空间所逼……种种无奈、层层施压、一步步地要求使你不得不努力拼搏，勇往直前。

不要抱怨逼迫，不要无奈，因为被逼是福！

被逼的一生，是奋斗的一生，是幸福的一生。

成功——是逼出来的！

在成功的道路上，不仅需要自己勤学苦练，还需要别人对你的鼓励。我受到过许多鼓励，最令我难以忘怀的是在三年级，我成绩下降时妈妈对我的鼓励。

在三年级上学期期中考试时，我遇到了两道我认为很难的数学应用题，快收卷了，那两道应用题我还没做完，我就没有写，趴在桌子上发呆。考完试后，我问起同学那两题的答案，他们都一一回答了出来。报分数了，我得知我数学考了88分，是全班第二十七名。当妈妈向我问起考试的分数时，我支支吾吾地对她说：“我…我…考了…88分……”“什么？88分？”妈妈听到后大发雷霆，“你这次怎么考得这么低啊，你原来一直可以考九十多分啊。”“因为，因为我实在想不到怎么解答。”“那你的同学解答出来了吗？”妈妈接着又问。“他们都回答出来了”“那你怎么答不出来”妈妈更加火冒三丈了。我站在一旁，闷不吭声。过了一会儿，妈妈的怒火平息下来了，语重心长地对我说：“孩子，上课时候要专心听老师讲课，课后要做好作业，遇到不明白的问题可以请教老师。在考试的时候，遇到不会的题目一定要平心静气，想想老师在上课时讲的重点，自己也要努力思考怎样列式计算。你看，你的许多同学都回答出来了，这说明那道题目并没有那么难。一旦你认为那道题目很难，而放弃去努力解答他，那么你就没有希望会回答出来了。孩子，只要你自己发挥自己最大的力量，那道题目也不会是阻拦前进道路的大石头了，妈妈相信你！”听到这里，我泪流满面，决心遇到困难保持良好的心态，不被困难吓倒。

一转眼就到了期末考试，在考试时，我同样又遇到了几道令同学叫苦不堪的题目，当我又想放弃的时候，我的脑海里回荡起了妈妈对我的鼓励，我便静下心来，努力思考怎么解答题目。功夫不负有心人，经过我长时间的思考，我终于解答了出来，我考了全班第一。当我为同学们讲解怎么解答那几道难题时，他们都对我刮目相看。回到家，我便向妈妈报喜。妈妈听到我的所作所为时，脸上露出了久违的笑容。

鼓励的力量是巨大的，它能使我们不惧危险，不惧困难，再加上我们自己的努力，便可以战胜困难。
