这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

一、提高自身的专业素养。每一次参加完教研活动后总是觉得我还有很多东西需要加强。如提高口语表达能力，驾驭课堂的能力等等。只有这样才能更好的完成教育教学工作。

二、不断完善课堂教学。应该说每一次英语教研活动，我们都会从中汲取很多好的教学方法。也就是说。很多英语老师在平日繁重的教学过程中，都在不断地学习，探究，不断地完善自己的课堂教学，从而不断地提高课堂教学效率。

三、重视评价，关注学生的情感。英语课并不是简单地知识的累加，而是一个综合体。每一单元的内容都是有思想的，都是很好的教育材料，应该把情感教育应用到每一节英语课上。简单地让学生只学一些词和句子没有什么实际意义，有些学生态度冷淡，情感脆弱，关注学生的情感态度培养是必需的。一句鼓励的话，让学生兴奋，促使他们集中精力，积极完成课堂上的各种教学活动。

希望能多参加这样的教研活动，学习别人的长处，弥补自己的不足，不断提高自己的业务水平。

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

今天早上爸爸把我和妈妈叫醒，爸爸要送我们到朱雀门集合处参加植树活动。在那里有许多小孩、大哥哥和一些叔叔阿姨，他们都是准备植树的，我和妈妈做的是10号车，10号车里面还有我们班的同学——程梓伦、田欣、樊珂莱和康馨月。我们几个在车上不停地吃喝玩乐，特别开心。

在车上藏老师给我们讲了植树的方法：先用铁锹把坑挖好，再把里面的砖块、瓦片取出来。再把树苗放进去，先填一半的土，把树苗往上拔一点，再把剩下的土填上，接着用脚把土踩实，然后给树苗做一个围坝。

最后再用水桶接点水，给树苗浇上，就可以了。终于到了阳光雨露，我们去领了植树工具——铁锹、水桶。我和程梓伦每人拿了一捆树苗。我妈妈和程梓伦妈妈挖坑，我们两个把树苗放进去，然后填土，再做围坝，我和程梓伦轮流接水，给树苗来个透心凉。可是我和程梓伦的脚全都是泥，终于栽了十几棵树，我们给树上都绑了红丝带，看着我们栽的小树，我和程梓伦心里乐滋滋的。我希望我的小树茁壮的成长，长成参天大树。

全市各单位把“学转促”活动作为贯彻党的十八大、十八届三中全会、四中全会精神以及学习贯彻习近平总书记系列讲话精神的重要举措，形成学习习近平治国理政思想、系列讲话精神、中央和省委各项重大战略部署的常态化机制，在学习过程中形成理论成果，把成果用于指导工作实践。各级党委切实加强协调指导，成立领导小组，负责起草《“学转促”活动实施方案》，组织领导活动开展，进一步明确分工，落实责任，推动工作落实。全市各单位把活动开展与落实党的群众路线教育实践活动整改任务紧密结合起来;与坚持“党要管党，从严治党”，深入落实党风廉政建设“主体责任”紧密结合起来;与进一步深化对市情的认识，全面落实“发挥优势、高点起步、开放创新、绿色崛起”总要求紧密结合起来;与更好地完成全年工作目标任务，深入谋划明年和“十三五”工作紧密结合起来，找准自身存在的差距，对照整改清单，逐条逐项梳理，切实做到知行统一，学以致用，学用相长，切实做到学习工作“两不误、两促进”。

全市各单位强势推动，把“学转促”活动不断引向深入。充分运用好各级党委理论中心组、党组织“三会一课”、领导干部民主生活会等有效载体，通过组织主题宣讲、报告会、研讨会、培训班等学习活动，采取自主学、示范学、交流学等形式，增强学习的灵活性和实效性。日前，按照市委的统一部署，我市选调政治素质强、理论政策水平高的16名领导干部和理论工作者，组成宣讲团，分赴各县区、高新区和市直相关部门开展“学转促”宣讲活动。市委组织部在干部培训网组织统一在线学习活动，针对经济和社会发展中出现的新情况、新问题，运用理论武器解剖分析。同时，通过举办演讲比赛、读书竞赛、有奖征文等丰富多彩、灵活多样的学习形式，在全市掀起深入学习谈《习近平谈治国理政》的热潮。

“学转促”活动全面启动后，宣传部门充分发挥新闻媒体作用，精心组织新闻宣传和舆论引导工作，为全市“学转促”活动营造浓厚氛围。《承德日报》、承德电视台在重要版面、重点新闻节目中开设“学习《习近平谈治国理政》进一步转变干部作风 促进承德绿色崛起”、“县区委书记谈体会”等专栏专题。《承德日报》还结合“学转促”活动进展情况，有针对性地推出了一批评论、言论，深入宣传市委部署，准确传递权威声音。承德广播电视台在重点新闻节目中以“消息+短评”的形式，有针对性地推出言论报道，深化认识，凝聚共识，广泛开展面向全社会的宣传教育，不断推动“学转促”活动向基层拓展延伸，扩大覆盖面，为承德开放创新、绿色崛起提供有力的思想保证、精神动力和舆论支持。
